No Mike, I did not enjoy my experience.... but at least you ASKED??? Wow.
Peter I.

This was a sad experience. Went this particular JM's opened, it was the best customer service I've ever had. Coupons, smiles, great execution of sandwiches and just an all around good vibe. We have come here about 20 times and this week was the end. A very rude woman took my order and proceeded to literally throw together a sandwich with a care. And at the end instead of Mikes Way, she did it her way.... no oil, just vinegar. Now, there a tasty sub.... not. Maybe a bad day, maybe short staffed. Maybe a bunch of those things, but without us... Jersey Mikes is an idea on paper. I'll find another as we love the product, just not here.

$9.25 for a 6" sandwich? !!! You've got to be kidding me. Trying to rip off the tourists going to the beach? Bread was mushy.

This is my favorite Jersey Mike's location in San Diego. Rico is super friendly, very hard working and makes the best sandwiches!

I've always had good cheesesteaks at various Jersey Mike's, but RICO's was the best because he timed everything perfectly.

Prager Bros is one of these sneaky good bakeries that keeps it simple and nails it!…read more We began by buying their sourdough breads which, if you're like me, is just an excuse to eat butter. Ok, PB sourdough stands on it's own AND gives me every excuse to eat some more butter! Toasts up nice no matter what you like from a soft to burnt scale. But the sourdough was the gateway drug for me. It's impossible to go into the Prager Bros bake shops and avoid seeing something even more additive. For me, the almond croissant just sings the perfect duet with a good cup of coffee. They rotate in some scones that are equally tempting. The honey walnut, limited offering, was my favorite until they stopped making it. The seasonal scone (date and coconut) is more than a fine substitution. They serve baguette sandwiches that are crispy crunchy and delicious. Highly recommend them.....the danger is you won't be able to drive by one. Heck, you get hooked enough, when you get in your car your Waze may prompt you with the time and distance to Prager Bros. Could be worse I suppose! You're welcome!

Although I am more familiar with their location in Carlsbad, their baked goods appear to be of the same high quality here. We tried a chocolate croissant that was light, airy, and incredibly fresh and delicious. No seating inside or out but don't let that stop you from visiting this very good bakery. They don't have a huge selection but quality over quantity.

Really, really solid chicken sandwich. We got the lowest level of spice and it was plenty of spice…read morefor us. The slaw is saucy, slightly sweet and the perfect complement to the crispy chicken. I like that it was crispy without having to be heavily breaded. The bun was toasted nicely as well to add to the crispy, freshness of the experience. Overall it was just really well balanced. On the critical side, I agree with previous reviewers that this doesn't need to be/shouldn't be a full service restaurant. The service was slow even when not busy which was fine since we weren't in a hurry but under different circumstances unnecessary. We actually got up and paid at the counter as we were tired of waiting. Also, duck fat fries were fun and I enjoyed having a few but having similar seasoning to the chicken was more than I needed. I would have preferred the plain I think. Next time I want to try the fish sandwich because I could see it being really good based on the chicken sandwich quality. Also, all the drinks coming out were so pretty and would be fun to try especially if slightly sweet to balance the chicken spice. Overall, we consider our visit a success and will be back for sure.

Tony! Your staff and Greeting really needs some reevaluation and customer service respectfully…read moretraining help!! After seeing social media posts and videos and growing up in area about this place I finally decided to see what all the hype was about!?!!? :/ I tried to make a stop for Happy hour and try the 360 Chic N Hawk sandwich myself since it wasn't busy. I walked into be seated and 4 employees behind the bar didn't acknowledge me nor another customer looking to be seated. Trying to get the attention of the bar crew distracted by chit chatting and trying some drinks they were pouring instead of hosting guests. After a min of waiting and watching staff super hungry still waiting for seating the 3 bar staff told me to wait for a table. by a bigger set woman who told me I couldn't order Happy Hour without shoes!!! I left shoes at home at wasn't even thinking it was a big deal? She put her hand on counter and told me I couldn't order Happy Hour with out shoes!. Super bummed out! :( So I started to walk out and the Heavyweight server and 4 employees behind bar all started to call me back in and say I could order at full price tho! I probably would have paid full price to go but since the vibes weren't right and something was off about it I left! If you've been here or plan on trying and you had same problem with feeling like you're not welcome! Hope this can get Tony to provide some feedback and support to maybe send some understanding to his staff how they operate with his Name and Company success! The way I was treated was very rude and very disrespectful today! @thrillworldpro

The turn over is amazing. But this time, this restaurant is here to stay! I must congratulation this Italian Couple from Sicily and Naples only to say: This location has finally landed in the right hands! We start with a terrific Italian Red, recommended by the owner. Caesar Salad and Marinated Artichoke Hearts. That's what I thought the menu says but it turns out to be yummy grilled Artichokes, that includes the heart. Next is a Chicken Parmesan Plate that includes penne marinara and I take a Sausage Pizza. Totally authentic. Totally enjoyable. Totally satisfied. We will be back for sure!
