This is, without a doubt, the absolute slowest Jersey Mike's you will ever attempt to patronize. Every time that I've walked in to try to order, the line is enormous and does not move. I've even attempted to do online orders and giving them a 15 to 20-minute lead time, only to show up to find that the order was never even spotted, and they still waited to get it started until after I had arrived. I can appreciate the time that it takes to make a handcrafted sandwich, but if you're in a rush, or if you're on a time-constrained lunch break, you're better off looking for another place. Even under ideal circumstances, I find that you'll wait unnecessarily long just to get a sandwich. Many other locations don't suffer from this problem, I just am not sure what's going on with this one. read more

Jersey mikes makes great subs. Usually but today's experience WOW. Not a good WOW. Walking up to the door an employee of JM gets to the door before. I'm right behind her just out of the range from getting to the door. The employee cracks the door just enough fir to slip in and not a courteous bone in her. Walking in there was one person working up front. Sorry for the bad rating I know you where trying. The tiny female who walk in goes to the sink and washes her hands. I almost said sorry you can't reach to soap. Splashing some water on her hands and dries them. I get it you wear glove over your non sanitary hands. She did not make my food. Every since I discovered Jersey Mike's I reduced or stopped eating at other sub shops. My favorite locations are the Morongo , Temecula , & new Rialto shops . I decided to give this one a try since it is closer to me & to support businesses in Fontana. I will agree with past reviews that this location does run out of items quicker than other locations. That being said the customer service has generally been good at this location. Overall,I have had a good experience & hope to visit again soon. Below I have included a few tips and info . Quick tips /info: 1. If you're in the area try thier spinach or wheat tortilla wraps as a substitute for the bread 2. Try adding Chipotle Mayo to your order to add more flavor 3. The relish with added avocado goes well with the Turkey Provolone 4. Sign-up for shore points if you go to Jersey Mike's frequently 5. Try thier hot subs ( Philly cheese steak ). read more

Ordered catering subs by the box for an office party and the service was wonderful! They helped me bring all 18 boxes to my car, included olive oil/ vinegar, jalapenos, napkins, and condiments all on the side. I will definitely be ordering more from this location. read more

I am a huge Jersey Mike's fan and have been for years. I have been visiting this location since it opened and consistency with the quality of food and attention to details of the order have been an issue. I have commented, talked to managers, and provided Guest Feedback through the App. All of this to no avail. This last week my wife and I decided to grab a quick lunch to take home. I have recently been eating my sandwiches in a tub (less carbs same great taste), my wife started ordering a mini sandwich. Well this time was by far the worst experience we have ever had and we will not return to this location. My tub came with two paper thin slices of Turkey and one paper thin slice of provolone (Really you say? Yes, I pulled the toothpick size roll of meat and cheese a part). My wife's mini sandwich was literally 2 inches long and was the very end of the bread roll. While they miniature sized our order, I noticed they did not reduce the price or refuse the tip that we always give them. The key to success in the restaurant industry....is care, quality and consistency! Treat your guests better than you would like to be treated and when in doubt, never serve a product that will leave a lasting negative impression. EPIC FAILURE ON ALL FRONTS! Jersey Mike's is the best place to go and get a Grinder. They greet you when you come in. Place is always clean. Crew members are great. I am a regular and they know exactly what I want. By far the worst experience ever. Placed an online order for pick up at 6:24pm, walked in at 6:22pm and waited to be acknowledged. At 6:28pm I get the attention of someone who pulls my ticket and adds it to their queue and walks away. This whole time I'm texting my husband so that's how I know the exact times. After watching two door dash orders get completed (late) I am still waiting for my sandwiches. Finally at 6:46pm I asked for a refund. After a few more minutes of the employee fumbling to compete the refund she hands me a receipt which is a duplicate of my original receipt. I continue to question her and she tells me that the refund takes 3-5 days to appear. After reading the other not so wonderful reviews, specifically regarding the lack of management I'm wondering if I'm out $26. If I am not refunded I will have to take it up with the bank. only half star because have to. I ordered online due at 12:01. I didn't get there until 12:05 and was told food was coming down the line but when looking it was not even started. I asked how long will it be due to I could come back and was told 10-15 minutes. When i came back I was told again the food was coming down the line but yet again it was not. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund and was told they would do so after helping the customer that was in front of them. Once that order was finished the employee started to help next customer in line instead of doing my refund. The employee then proceeded to tell me that if I kept giving them a hard time because I wanted my refund that they won't give me a refund and call it a refuse to work with customer and then they wouldn't even have to refund my money. This is so unbelievable and I can't imagine the owner would want people like this working for them. And if the owner wanted to know the truth, I am sure there are camera's there catching every moment of this.
