My wife and I returned to this place a second weekend and brought our family as their unique bagels and fillings were definitely something we hadn't experienced before. The flavors are incredible with the special fluffy egg that you usually only find at kbbqs. The bagels are also extremely fresh, as my wife on both occasions ordered the whole wheat bagel, which always came out perfectly, well balanced, great bite, chewy and crispy on the outside. My family and I also tried the garlic, and jalepeno cheddar, which are definitely both great options. This place has great vibes, cool decor, and even a patio making them very dog friendly! Let me first start off by saying I REALLY wanna like this place! The inside is full of charm, personality, and a real mom and pop shop feel! I hate chains! But if I'm being honest, the bagel is not the best I've had. The toppings and ingredients are very high quality and done with care. However, I've tried this place three times (to give a fair assessment) and every time the bagel itself was disappointing . I will say I haven't tried the Korean food or kimbap, which looks amazing! But the bagel was dry, thin, and not chewy or slightly crisp. I think if they had better bagels, this place would be a hit! The restaurant is casual with some items being self serve and some the staff provided. Bagels are made fresh and are displayed right next to the kiosk as you order. A few weeks ago, at midnight, I started craving Korean food and Deli Seoul was one of my top three contenders to check out this morning. Unfortunately for them, kimbap, pizza, and bagels are the only things I could tolerate so I came the next day. I got the tofu bowl and three kimbaps. The kimbaps they made fresh and were sooooo good. I also picked up a sweet cinnamon punch since they were out of rice punch. V good. I could actually drink it without throwing up! (Morning sickness. It is rare that I come across a business that immediately makes me feel like I am family. From the moment I entered, to the time I left, it truly felt like the type of restaurant that the community deeply loves. Deli Seoul is exactly that. It has a properly sized menu (not the kind that tries to do a million things), and does so in a humble yet creative way. This is not the type of place that tries to upsell you, they offer breakfast and lunch options with Korean flavors at fair prices. Delicious and homey. I ended up getting the Seoul Steak and Egg Sandwich (on Egg Everything Bagel). The owner apologized that since it was towards the end of the day, there weren't as many bagel options, but that was understandable. I also ordered the Corn Silk Tea and the owner gave me a sample of it after he asked if I had it before. It was my first time trying the tea so this was greatly appreciated. It tastes similar to a Genmaicha but with a toasted kettle corn flavor. Refreshing on a hot day! While I waited, I noticed how nice the seating area was. There was ample space for customers and it would even be a nice spot to study. The wall decor had tons of records and there were some small couches for extra seating. There was also a bar area with some coffee and condiments. I noticed some sauces and the coffee creamer were kept in a mini fridge which is a nice touch. The owner noticed I was reading the sign about his mom's homemade hot sauce and ran to the back to grab me a fresh bottle to use and my food also came out around the same time. Three customers came in after I placed my order and they seemed like regulars with how they interacted with the owner. I got the same vibe when I waved goodbye and he made sure to refer to me by name. I say all of this because you simply don't get this type of interaction nowadays. The bagel was perfectly toasted, crisp exterior and soft inside. Fluffy eggs. The steak was thinly cut and marinated well. I recommend getting a side of the hot sauce on their counter. It's not very spicy but has great flavor, similar to a gochujang base with a punch of sesame. This shop is located in a large lot with many other businesses. It's right next to The Habit on Harbor Blvd. Plenty of parking. Staff are very sweet. I hope they continue to prosper, and I will continue supporting their small business and telling family and friends about this shop. read more

Very customizable options from many different bagels ,cream cheeses regular cheeses toppings and seasonings! I went with a BEC on a jalapeño cheese bagel with the chive cream cheese abd cheddar cheese I also added Chipotle mayo. The bagel it made just right crispy outer layer with some fluff on the inside. Eggs are super light and delicious the bacon was the right amount of crisp. The bagel overall was exceptional! I will be returning. This place is quite popular especially on a Saturday morning. I met up with a friend for a quick bite to eat and very much enjoyed our time and our food. This place had a constant flow of patrons and there were folks of all ages. The staff were friendly and all on the move. You can see all the food being prepped just behind the cashiers. The vibe of this place is casual and has a lot records on the wall for decoration. I was even surprised to see that they even have a kids table with plenty of things to keep the kids occupied with chalk, sticker maker and other fun things!!! You can get everything from a plain bagel with cream cheese to something so unique as a Bulgogi breakfast sandwich on a bagel... and oh my goodness,.. it was sooooo good. Found this place for the vegan cream cheese, went back twice in a row because their breakfast sandwiches are so dang good! They have tons of different fresh bagels to choose from and the egg is perfectly cooked. Breakfast sandwiches may be easy to make, but they're hard to do right!
