This place has absolutely atrocious customer service. Their sandwiches are pretty good considering it takes basically 20 min to make a 6 inch sandwich. The end result is pretty good, but considering people have to endure the disrespect and arrogance of the workers( specifically the blonde Mexican/white girl with grown out roots) that just throw your change on the counter and push a bag full of FOOD YOU PAID FOR while rushing a CUSTOMER to leave. It is not worth supporting this business and their terrible employees. Not to mention the BLATANT disrespect towards people with little English skill is absolutely disgusting and UNPROFESSIONAL. Never going to this location again and the employees need to get checked by their manager because they are not doing a good job AT ALL. read more

Food is always quality here. I go to Jersey Mike's at least 3-4 times a month. Always courteous service until today. I tried to call and make a phone order to pick up, but the phone was not answering and went to voicemail. I just thought, because sometimes some businesses forget to turn their phones back on from overnight, that they just forgot to do that. So I walked in to order my sandwiches and just told the cashier, "Hello, I tried to make a phone order but your phone didn't answer." my comment was neither snarky nor sarcastic. My tone was pleasant, I was just inquiring to see if they knew that their phones might not be working. Out of nowhere, the guy down the line making the sandwiches, piped up and said, " does she not see that we are very busy and don't have time to pick up the phone." I have hearing like a dog, so I heard everything he said, so I talked back to him and said, "That was uncalled for. I was just asking if your phones were working. I can see that you're busy and so am I today, that's why I asked if you knew your phones weren't answering." I told the manager that that was unacceptable, and that I would understand a little bit if I was being rude, but my question was neither rude or sarcastic, or snarky. Never have been treated like that at a Jersey Mike's. So some customer service needs to be done and some training needs to happen for that guy. The manager said he would handle it once he has time. I told him thank you and that I was also going to complain about it a little further up line. Really, that was an unacceptable comment today. Hope someone reaches out to me to resolve this! Got some coupons in the mail, so I decided to try it out. There's a handful of employees that seemed polite, except for this one chick--- totally rude. This is one of the worst Jersey Mike's I've been to. Why? First, the service is incredibly disorganized. Just while I was in line, there were 3 different employees sliding around to cut the bread & meats. As a result, they lost track of my order. Second, the male employee who lost track of my sandwich was rude & never apologized when I pointed this out. Third, the personal hygiene was unsanitary. I don't know how this location has gotten bad reviews. I'm greeted every time I have gone in. They have remembered my order, even one time starting it before I could tell them I wanted something different that day. The store is always clean, well stocked and the food is always fresh and delicious. If you are friendly they are fantastic. If you aren't they still are friendly. Brand new location, nice inside. Subs are great, just like any other jersey mikes. But the prices are too high, and the parking lot is crazy with costco, toysrus, in and out, the habit, lees sanwiches, and chuck e cheese among others. If i could give them a negative amount of stars i would. We ordered lunch for the whole office and i ordered #43 Chipotle cheese sandwich. And on the wedsite nor the menu does it say that it has MUSHROOMS !!! I am highly allergic to mushrooms !!! (may i add that I am pregnant!!)We called the store and told the manager and they said they will be sending some stuff over. They never did. When we called again no one knew what we were talking about. Im not looking to get anything for free, but its definitely not okay to blow off something as serious as a food allergy, especially not having it on the menu. Not a happy camper. I am a regular at this location. Never had any kind of issue and the sub are very good. However today I did one of my regular visits and I was greeted by who I'm assuming is the manager wearing different shirt from other staff members all other employee seemed to be busy as he was standing there on his computer with a girl employee and instead of having him or the employee who were not busy help me he had had another staff member help me as the employee continued to make my sandwich I couldn't help but notice the manager and the employee being very flirtatious and very touchy feeling which is none of my business or any other customers but I seen it as very unprofessional! Especially if it was the manager and another employee very wrong, I was very disappointed in today visit, things like this should be kept out of the work area and out of customers view. read more

first time customers and it was horrible. dried out bread that made a mess , water logged onions, missing bell peppers and onions on our philly cheese steak oh yeah and cheese .....what cheese? my angus steak and pepperoni was flavorless. couldnt believe the prices also. wow 9.00 for a 6 inches , and almost 15.00 for a 14inch? wow that is shocking. both our sandwiches were flavorless and small. I dont know what everyone else is eating here to give a high rating, but our food was just horrible. I dont understand the price, size and the lack of flavor here. Just walked into this store and saw an employee wil a knife off with a rag that was soaked in silver the then night t change her gloves. I tried jersey mikes for the first time 6 months ago and my husband and I have been hooked ever since so you can say we're regulars now. As usual we came to get some lunch and I usually have regular experiences with workers as far as customer service , as I visit but today we received the best customer service EVER, I believe he's new because I definitely would of remembered him, his name is issac. Not only was he friendly , but remained VERY helpful , i always have complicated requests and he confirmed my order to make sure everything was correct and made us feel like he actually wanted to help us. He remained in great conversation and had our food out so fast!! Other employees who work there should definitely be more like issac. I recently moved to Brea but I'm going to drive all the way to Fullerton just so issac can help us out. Good customer service is worth going out of my way for. thank you issac! Yay!!! Finally Jersey Mike's has come to FULLERTON! Now we just need one in Anaheim. This location is new, clean, the employees are nice and helpful. They are still training and getting the kinks worked out but I have faith everything will be running smooth in no time. I love the sandwiches here, never had a sandwich I didn't enjoy here. The customer service is outstanding. The gentlemen that were working here at 7:41pm today were so polite and welcoming. We will never go here again! We had a Terrible experience all the way around! The sandwich was lousy and the price was misrepresented. I Ordered a roast beef and provolone sub. The roast beef was tasteless. The bun was stale and they barely put any roast beef on it. They rang it up at $3.00 more than the listed price on the wall. I asked why. They said it was for the mashed avocado they put on it. I objected that there was no sign on the avocado saying that it cost more than the other adjacent condiments of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and peppers. The answer was a surly, "He told you it would cost more." Then there was a very intimidating question on the credit card machine display asking "Do you want to tip?" Which he asked me to answer. I was a little disappointed with this place for several reasons. People have shared with me about how fresh and delicious this place is, but I'm not sure what the hype is about this place. I was surprised at how pricey this place was, but thought it would be well worth the money. We ordered a pastrami sandwich, but not sure what's so special about this place versus the pastrami sandwich at Togo's. The person taking our order wasn't too friendly or helpful considering this was our first time here. Wasn't sure what to order so took a bit of time to decide, but I guess there's a " Mike's Way". Never even heard of it til after I read the reviews at home. What is the Mike's Way? Wish they would have asked me. I did mention this was my first visit. Anyway, not sure I'll ever find out because I don't think I'll be going back for the price, service, or food. I'm not a very picky person when it comes to food, but I definitely won't pay extra for a sandwich that's no different from any other sandwich place I've been to.
