The ingredients are fresh, the bread is toasted not burnt and it's just good overall customer service. Definitely recommend. I work long hours this month, so I don't have much time to make food or go shopping. But I can grab a quick sandwich "to go." When I work in Fullerton, I stop by this Subway store at Harbor Blvd and Orangethorpe. the parking is a bit crowded because it is across the street from the Costco, Five Below, and AmazonFresh stores, not to mention an In-N-Out Burger. But once insiide the place was clean, the staff greeted me as I entered. I placed my order and the helper behind the counter was able to finish making the sandwich without any waiting. I went to subway today for the I lost count lol I've been coming here since I discovered the subway coupons in the mail it's been about 2 months that I've been going about twice a week... I even joined the rewards program and I've been getting subway dollars it takes 2 dollars off so that along with the coupons is a great deal! The staff are always nice friendly and helpful when I have a hard time scanning the coupon! The sandwiches are always tasty the bread is always soft just how I like! Kind of disappointed as I did a mobile order for a sandwich and a bottle of smart water for my lunch. Upon arrival, the lady told me to grab my water in the fridge. I opened the refrigerator and stared into it for a minute or two until she rudely stated that "Dasani is the only water we carry." I responded, "oh no worries. I ordered a smart water so that's why I was looking confused when I didn't see it." And she looked at the receipt as if she didn't believe me. I politely asked, "are the waters priced the same?" And she bluntly responded "yes." It's not a big deal, but maybe refer to the receipt next time or politely tell me, "hey we don't carry smart water anymore, is Dasani okay?" read more

ZERO STARS Thieves and liars. friend left her wallet there ( yes we have proof from cameras on her car ), when she realized we called and the girl working said nothing was there. Didn't trust that so I went in to double check, asked again, girl said same thing. I asked for information on how to obtain video surveillance since we would be filing a police report said manager would be there Monday, asked for managers information, both workers went to back room for over 10 mins, watched the girl climb on a latter to grab a plastic bag, go to another table to write on the bag, and then bring out bag to me which happened to be the wallet which conveniently said "left in the morning" ...lies it was after 2pm when we went. Checked wallet , thankfully everything was there but everything was moved and not organized the way she left it. This happened 2/18 around 545pm and it was two females working both with VERY grown out dark roots and yellow blonde hair. We will be filling a formal complaint with management, just know this subway has some shady characters not only outside, but also inside. read more

Nice and clean location. Super friendly service! Employee greeted everyone as they came through and acknowledged them. Thats always nice. Food never disappoints as it's subway standard and you know what you're getting. Bread smells delicious as you walk in the door. Parking can be cramped but I didn't have a problem. This is a VERY small Subway location, but one of my favorite! Please don't be turned off by the small parking lot, or the aged look of this entire center, this Subway is modern and always kept clean. While there aren't many large Subway restaurants, if there were this wouldn't be one of them! There is only about 20 seats in the whole place, but usually you will find several available. The only other downside of this location is that it has no restroom, so you will need to be locked and loaded with a bottle of Purell, or simply walk next door to Starbucks if you are a frequent-hand-washing-germaphobe like me! : ) This location is always well staffed with plenty of friendly Sandwich Artists to serve you and it is kept very clean. It has a modern look (menu's signage, etc.) and if it weren't sort of hidden in the back of the lot, I am sure it would be much busier! read more

I've been to many different Subways. Today was by far one of the best experiences I've had at a Subway. I don't know the correct spelling of her name but "Z" was such a great help! I noticed that she knew the order of one of their regulars by heart. She had mentioned to me that he comes in every Sunday at the same time and orders the same sandwich. He was an elderly man and I appreciated the service she gave him. The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. And as more customers came in during the rush I could tell the staff didn't cluster and they acknowledged each as they came in with a smile. I could have chosen something else. Purchased a sandwich on 3/13/18 at 10:35 pm. After getting home and eating almost half the sandwich i relized the bread was full of mold. I made a complaint online and received a call the next day from the manager who at the time sounded sincere. He apalogized , gave me his cell number and told me to call him next time i visit and he will take care of me. A little over 3 months later when i decide i can finally stomach it , i gave him a call. I reminded him of the incident and informed I was pulling into the location now. He was rude, acted as if the incident never happened and then questioned why i waited so long. Upset with his lack of customer service, i asked for his name so i could talk to the corporate office again about the issue. He refused to give his name and told me call them then hung up. I wasn't going to review this place until the oddest thing happened, that and the sandwich was a little over toasted and just didn't taste so nice. As I was eating, there had been a man sitting down. He got up and climbed the soda machine to check something in the back. At first I was like, what the heck? But the employees didn't say anything so I'm guessing he was the owner. He was wearing open sandals and his feet were right were people go and fill their cups with sodas. Not only is that disgusting and unhygienic, but we were sitting right there! I'm always really happy coming to this Subway on weekend mornings before work. It's usually empty, but the staff is very attentive and friendly. The veggies are always fresh. I order the egg white flatbread and Martin usually hooks it up with the veggies and makes it just to my liking. This spot is somewhat hidden, but very easy to find. Walking in, there was only one other person in line so we were helped with really quickly. The service was great which is why I'm giving 3-stars. That being said, I was appalled that they were serving people with their masks half-off their face (nose breathing all over everything!) during a pandemic. This only puts workers and customers at risk, and made the experience extremely uncomfortable for me. All it takes is asking them to please cover their nose while inside. I will definitely be avoiding this location for the rest of the pandemic. read more

I don't typically review small sandwich locations, however, the service I got today definitely warrants it!! Needing a quick sandwich, I walked into this store & was immediately greeted by "Jessica". She was not only attentive, she was courteous, friendly, outgoing, & in very good spirits. She made sure to repeat my order back to me to make sure she was making the sandwich I was expecting & she even went as far as to ask how my day was going while my sandwich was being toasted. I'm mentioning all this because I don't normally receive this type of service at this type of restaurant location. First of all the hostess was really rude, she didn't get my order correct, she did not offer me a drink (which is supposed to come with breakfast sandwiches), AND she did not offer me the promotional 6 inch sub that should have come with my order since it was well before 9am. This morning I went to go get the $6 meal & the person working was extremely rude. Today Thursday May 7, 2015 @ 8:40 am I went into subway. It wasn't busy & right when I got in the girl was on her phone texting. She told me to hold on on moment & I did. About 5 minutes later she came to me. I saw her on the phone the whole time. And while she was making my order her phone rang. She stops helping me and go look at the phone. I was so annoyed & disgusted with the service. I wish I could give 0 stars. This is by far the worst Subway I've ever eaten from and I've eaten at some questionable Subway restaurants. It's so bad that I couldn't wait to do a yelp review on how bad they are lol. I've eaten at this Subway only once before and one of the employees even made a comment that I was making her work too hard by adding veggies to my sandwich. The owner of this location is the worst. I've been doing the surveys that are printed on the receipts and other locations will honor what's offered in return for doing the survey; either one 21oz drink or two cookies, for FREE! I brought in a receipt from a different location and was told that it had to be a receipt from that store. It was understandable and after reading the terms and conditions of the offer I was cool with it. But, it was the way that this guy just seemed so penny pinching and stingy and cheap that annoyed me. The first time I bought something from this location I went back in with my receipt with the code for the two free cookies. The owner only gave me one. Today, I bought my second meal from this location and the employee making my sandwich ripped the bread on accident and didn't replace it. And when I came in later with my receipt to redeem my free cookies that man asked if I was the same guy who came in previously and took my phone to check if it was an email that he could look up and see what the offer entailed. I did not appreciate him holding on to my phone and scanning over the same 1 page offer that seemed pretty straightforward. He begrudgingly told his employee to get me the two cookies and when I went to the soda fountain to refill the cup I bought with my order not even 2 hours ago, that petty man said refills weren't free. Very convenient place to stop by on your way out of Disney land to pick up FOOD POISONING !
