The ladies of this location slay... they hands down super friendly service and I literally don't know what they do but they make a fire sandwich every time. The guys as well but most of the time I went it was more girls than guys. But I'm pretty sure they make it Hella good to. Traveled to the store and was met with five in line for orders and four waiting on in-store pickups. Four workers taking orders answering questions and filling requests. Updated review 5/26/2023 2 stars for the inability to write the correct names on the correct sandwiches. Placed a pick-up order for my work. I wrote every name correctly for each sandwich in the app. I even called to ask them to please write the names. None of that matters clearly, because names were written incorrectly for the sandwiches. We assume these names are properly written, to decrease opening UP EACH SANDWICH to see whose is whose. This is frustrating as a LOT of places give you a slot to even PUT a name, and yet, they're never really transcribed properly. So what's the point. Just remove that feature to not disappoint people. read more

I want to share that I did not have a good experience at Jersey Mike's on Malvern in Fullerton. I ordered a #7 Wheat wrapped. This is a cold sub, however upon eating, I noticed black particles on my provolone cheese. There was nothing in my order that had this color and my wrap was not grilled. I asked the staff what this could have been and they told me it could have been the burned residue from previous orders. GROSS. But beyond gross, eating burned food of any kind is harmful to health and even cancerous. This kind of negligence is beyond unreasonable. The part that upsets me is that I ate those black particles until I noticed it was there. I truly regret my visit to this Jersey Mike's. read more

Food is fine, but I do want to mention that this branch will be stingy on their ingredients depending on who's working. The employees also seemed to be in a bad mood? Ordered the giant sized sandwich club supreme and the guy making the sandwich almost forgot to add the bacon (had to remind him). Literally the best part of the sandwich. Anyway, after reminding him, he proceeded to put 4 small pieces onto the bread. 4. Small. Pieces. On a gigantic sandwich. Lmao I then asked if he could just add a piece of bacon or two cause something didn't seem right. He told me they charged extra for that. How much money do you think the company is missing out on by adding an extra slice of bacon? Saving a couple dollars on an ingredient versus returning customers/satisfaction is an obvious business decision. Friendly and helpful dudes here. They just opened in late August and this place is still a hidden JM's so it's not crowded. My go to is #8. It's a cold sub and called Club Sub. (Provolone, applewood smoked bacon, ham and raised without antibiotics turkey, mayo.) Make sure you get the bacon!! And Mike's Way. 8" is more than enough. Sit back and enjoy! Clean. Friendly. I been coming here for the past 2 years and most of the time ordering from thr app. After my now 2nd experience, 1st time about 6+ months ago while I was in there one of the workers made a sandwich then used the register, handled cash and went back to make the next order!!! I was speechless and disgusted! I told him to get another pair of gloves and trash the sandwich and make a new one. 2nd time was last week when I decided to order inside because the app orders seemed less like meat and didn't taste as good. Again, the worker did the same thing, made a sandwich, used the register and back he came to make the sandwich. I was like your not going to change out your gloves?!?!? He replied would you like me to?? WTF seriously? I understand they employ high school / college kids but damn! Is there no training on handling food?? Iimagine how many pairs of hands touched the blocks of ham/meats that all the customers consumed!!! All that bacteria from the pos system, cash, counter, meats, cross contamination.....Gross!!! This afternoon I was dining in when I got to witness "When Karen's Attack"... this woman was ridiculous in her requests, she berated the staff, even after they remade her sandwich and then was appalled when they wouldn't accept her large denomination due to company policy. The staff continued to treat the customer with respect and dignity, they didn't raise their voice or stoop to her level. I told the staff after how well they handled the situation and that I would gladly speak to their manager on their behalf, if necessary. I know sometimes people are having bad days but there is absolutely no reason to take out your frustrations on well meaning customer service employees. read more

The cashier overcharged me twice for my order of a mini sub and kid's sandwich. The first total was a little over $15. I asked him the price of my sandwiches, and he said he charged me for the wrong price (no apology). So he rang me up again and it was a little over $13. I asked him for the price per sandwich again because it didn't add up, and then he rang me up again for the actual price which was $10 and some cents. Please make sure to check your order before paying - I would have paid over $5 more if I didn't pay attention. Mistakes happen, and I normally wouldn't take the time to post a review, but the one star comes because of his response showed lack of care. We've been to this location before without problems - so hopefully you will avoid coming when this employee is working the register! read more

If you want a place with employees who hate their job----this is it. Hands-down the worst Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. Employee Gabe this evening looked terribly upset that I came into the store. No hello, no greeting, no smile. He looked pissed off. He ignored me for the first minute even though he knew I entered the store. I felt as welcome as a fart in an elevator. this is the fourth time I have been here and will not subject myself to feeling unwanted, unappreciated and as though I were wasting somebody's time. Rest assured not a penny of a tip but had he said two or three sentences I would have left to dollars. If you don't want to work in service leave. The other times I have visited was shortly after it opened and it was somewhat dirty to my surprise but I thought I would give them further chances. I eat jersey mikes at least once a month and this one should be skipped. If I ran this store this employee would be gone the end of the evening.
