I used to love going to this Jersey Mikes. I love the food, the service used to be great, and more importantly they used to get our orders right. I'm not sure what changed but now they always get our order wrong! I order online because it's convenient and quicker. Whenever I get there they never seem to know what's going on or where my order is. I finally get my order and something is always wrong. It's gotten to the point where I have to unwrap the sandwiches while I'm in the building just to know what I'm missing or what has randomly been added to my order. Today we ordered online again. This time my girlfriend went to pick up the order, brought it all the way home just to find out neither of our subs were correct. I will more thank likely continue to go to Jersey Mikes because I really enjoy it but i will not longer be giving this location my business. There are far better options in the area that actually know what they are doing. read more

#9 (Club Supreme) on wheat nearly brings me to tears with sandwich joy and restores my faith in food service. The first things I noticed about my first Jersey Mikes sandwich were that the oil, vinegar, and sauces were perfect (not drenched like a carelessly-made Subway or stingy like Quiznos), and that the tomatoes were soft and flavorful like the ones from my backyard, rather than the stiff, bland ones at most eateries. I always order online for pickup, but from what I've heard, the meat goes straight from the slicer to your sandwich. It certainly tastes like it. Horrible staff! Horrible Service!!! Been here several times and EVERY time I've been here in the evening, they get my order wrong. Enough is enough. The cashier put in the order incorrectly and the employee working the back making the hot subs made a chicken parm sub which is not what i ordered, the cashier advised the guy in the back that it was suppose to be a meatball sub and they began bickering back and forth. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. I know the manager working the day shift takes care of business cause my day trips to this location are non problematic and always correct. I ended calling them back because I was unable to return and spoke with a girl named Aja. She took my information down and said I should be expecting a call back from a manager tomorrow morning from either Ashley or Walled. We will see how that goes. The food is really good; whenever they get your order right. Why have an online list when you can't follow it? This happens over the phone as well. By the time i get home and realize i am missing or have a wrong order... i almost dont care to come back. This is about the 6th time its happened. I used to their subs. Great alternative to a burger after practice on a busy weeknight. I've tried to be patient, but the past three times I've stopped in to grab dinner my orders have been made wrong. The food is fresh and the service is always friendly but that isn't enough. We always get the same thing- a giant Philly cheesesteak with just meat and cheese for the kids, and a giant cheesesteak with mushrooms, peppers & no onions for the parents. One time I came home with 2 cold-cut subs so laden with condiments that I had to go back out and return them at 8:30 at night. Not pleasant. The next two time onions & peppers on everything. It's not worth getting take out to either have to return it, or throw it out. Maybe it's a management change or something, but three screw ups since August is too many. read more

I always go here for the Original Italian - the cold cuts are sliced to order, the tomatoes are always fresh and bread is very tasty. Love the oil and vinegar and seasonings also. I finally found a place that makes these sandwiches like my Mom used to! The only thing I wasn't happy with so far was the New England Clam Chowder. It had more potato then it had clams. The people who work here are friendly and they ring a bell if you leave a tip. Its nice to be noticed for that. They also offer a frequent visitor card. Extra star for roast beef being made "in house" and lots of toppings to choose from. Other than that: roast beef was dry. We split a "giant" sized roast beef sandwich- since meat is sliced super thin, even with a "giant" sized sandwich, you barely get any meat and its more of bread roll and tons of toppings if you get it "mikes way". So this review is for those who have never been to a Jersey Mike's before. First thing you will notice is their menu is very limited and their prices are high. If you are looking for a small $5 sandwich and a bigger selection then head down to Subway. This place caters to those that are happy with these choices and quality food. Plus the prices are justified by the amazing sizes they give you. When I come here I order the largest sub I can. Turkey or tuna is great. Lettuce, tomato, salt & pepper, maybe some mustard and cheese. It cost me about $12 bucks! But guess what, they cut it into 4 pieces and I have a meal for 2-3 days. Totally worth it! Oh yes a Jersey Mike sub tastes just as good the third day as it did the first. That's how you can tell the quality. Oh and if you are hungry and can eat the entire large when you get there they also have the big bag of chips too. The workers are very nice at this location always smiling and ready to help. Remember you live in LA and we don't have enough restaurants for all of us. So during lunch time expect a huge line. I go after 1pm to keep my wait time down. read more

I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches but am very disappointed in their pre-order service. If you are going to have a pre-order service...it needs to work! On the app I pre-ordered one sandwich at 11:44am and the pickup time on my order confirmation was 12:04pm. I arrived at the store right at 12:04pm, waited in the pick up line for a few minutes and then told the employee my name. He grabbed my order ticket and said my sandwich was just about to be made! I received my sandwich 10-minutes after the pick up time. I took note of who the last person in the regular line was and he actually got his sandwich before me...so it would have been faster for me to wait in line. When I said this to the employee his excuse was that they were busy -- yes I know this that is why I pre-ordered!! In their defense they were incredibly busy but that is the essence of the pre-order..to skip the line. Many people are in a timecrunch or on lunch break. From when I first placed the order to when I received the sandwich it was 30 minutes. That is unacceptable. This is really a complaint for upper-management. If you are going to have a pre-order system you need to have one or two employees during busy times who are strictly dedicated to that service and make sure it is executed properly. The sandwich should be made in the 20-minute time period that is allotted from when the order is placed. I know this is a fairly new system so my hope is that they iron out the kinks fast. read more

I called in my order and PAID for it over the phone just so it can be a smooth transaction when I get there... Bc lets be serious- no one has time for it. Pat/Pam assures me that my sandwich would b ready in 10 minutes. Dear Pat/Pam don't promise your customers that if you are backed up with orders. When I get there of course there's a line and my sandwiches are nowhere in sight. Oh! I forgot to mention that I got there in 15 minutes instead of the 10 she told me. There was one customer ahead of me in the pick up line and when it was my turn I gave Pat/Pam my name and she asks me for $44. I looked at her like... Ughhh I paid! Then she went through her receipts and what do u know... I sure did pay. She tells me they're working on my last sandwich. Btw- I ordered 3 GIANT sandwiches. Guess what guys? They didn't even start on my sandwiches. I waited an EXTRA 20 minutes and they had the slowest guy working on my sandwiches. He had the nerve to stock his area and work on my sandwiches at the same time. There was a worker just standing their laughing and talking when she could have been helping him work on the sandwiches. "Less talking more working please" This was a HORRIBLE experience. I have them 'a star' bc the sandwiches are great the service not so much. Smh. I'm a regular customer at jersey mikes, but this is my first time to this location. I always get #56. Usually, it's made to perfection at every other location we've been to. This time though, the sandwich wasn't even warm!, the cheese wasn't melted and the meat was full of fat-to the point we couldn't chew the meat and threw half of it away. We talked to the manager. She was nice and offered to make us a new sandwich, but we were turned off by the sandwich after getting halfway thru it and couldn't stomach another one. This place is well worth whatever it takes to get there if you want a quality sandwich. They don't take shortcuts like some of the big chains. Tried this for the first time the other night after a year of wondering. Ordered the buffalo chicken sub (on the wrap menu but as a sub). Pretty decent sized sub, tasted good too. I think it was a lot better than Subway and a smidge better than Quizno's (less greasy). However, a regular sub plus a small cup of soup was $11!!! Honestly, for the price not really worth it. The neighborhood is decent in the daytime but at night can get shadier. A deaf man was asking for handouts in the restaurant and the staff were oblivious. Not the best way to spend a meal. read more

Overall I think Jersey Mikes subs are really really good. I have one minor thing to suggest. When you are asked if you want it Mike's way they add the lettuce, then the tomato, then the oil and vinegar on top of the tomato. It just splashes off the tomato all over the counter and doesn't get on the lettuce. I always ask to put the oil and vinegar on the lettuce, and then add the tomato so the lettuce isn't dry. Maybe they should reconsider the order of topping. Anyway the sandwiches are really good and i recommend them to everyone. read more

I went to this Jersey Sub for the first time last week. I can only say the food was great but the customer service means I will never go back. We did not open our sandwiches until we were 10 minutes away. Both were wrong. I said no tomato because of a diet restriction but my sandwich had tomato. My husband asked for wheat and got white. He also said only a little oil and got vinegar,salt,pepper and oregano. No attention to the customer. I did email Jersey Mikes customer service but never receive a response. read more
