First time trying this place and it was great! Everything was fresh and service was spectacular.

This was a disappointing experience on several levels. On 7/14/26 I couldn't decide on dinner until 9pm ... so, I was pleased to see if could pickup an order at Jimmy John's until 10pm. This is a newer location that I can drive to in about 10 min. Nice! 1. I ordered using the Jimmy John's app. Having not ordered from them in 2 years, I needed to update the app, first. I ordered a "Toasted" #9 Italian Night sub w/ lemonade and a side of Potato Salad. The app gave me a total of $19.33 .. which I paid, fully, using Google Pay. 2. I arrive at the restaurant, on time, at 9:30pm and press the "Check-in Button" in the app to let them know i had arrived. Then for 12 minutes I sit in my car watching 2 employees in the store through the large front windows ... with no customers ... completely and deliberately, ignore me. Finally I actually call the store to make sure they know I am waiting. 2. The "manager" who answers tells me she is not allowed to bring me my order because I still owe $.35 cents. I am not kidding. She was going to simply ignore me over 35 CENTS!!! I reminded her it was a mobile order and had been paid in full. That didn't matter to her ... she told me that according to the computer in the store I still owed 35 cents. Not wanting to argue over some idiotic computer glitch that somehow she was failing to grasp, i suggested she bring out the order and I would give her the 35 CENTS. DUH! She finally agreed and came out to collect without bringing the order. I handed her a dollar bill and she heads back inside. Finally, at 9:50pm she walks back out with my change (LOL) and my order. No apologies, whatsoever!! 3. I drive back home (10 min) ... looking forward to a toasted Italian sub. It wasn't warm ... the cheese was not even slightly melted. It was sad. (Maybe they need to be trained at a Subway or Jersey Mike's?) The potato salad (prepackaged) and the pickle were great ... even the lemonade was very good. The sub, itself, was sad!! 4. I called the Jimmy John's customer line to explain my experience and, more importantly, bring to their attention that the online (app) and computers in their store were coming to different totals. In fact, it was the calculation of the tax that differed. I was told the actual store owner would call me. It's a week later and of course, that never happened. And yes, I wanted them to realize how poor their customer service was that they had a manager in a store so incapable of treating a customer respectfully and recognizing a problem that was not the fault of the customer.. rather, Jimmy John's. THEY DO NOT CARE!! I am sharing both my mobile app receipt and the in-store receipt that was taped to my bag. "DELAY" ??? (printed at the top of the store app) ... NO KIDDING!! read more

I've made a couple of visits here recently. What drew me here was the introduction of their pickle sandwiches. A sandwich that uses a pickle rather than a piece of bread. I tried the Vito Picklewich. I'm a fan of good quality pickles, but this pickle was a little on the small side, and most disapointingly, tasted more like a cucumber than a pickle. There was almost no vinegary dill taste to the pickle. The contents which included salami, capocollo, provolone and vegetables, were fine, but the overall result was disappointing. (2/5) I've also tried their Country Club sandwich. It was a solid sandwich. The sandwich contents stuck together somewhat, which made eating it a challenge because the bread surrounding the meats and cheeses was sliding around, forcing me to try to wrap the bread around the contents as I ate the sandwich. (4/5) The service was civil, and proper, but the people working there didn't look like they were having fun. read more

Jimmy John's will forever be my go-to as a reliable source for my deli/sandwich needs. I stopped by during my lunch break to try the viral "PICKLEWHICH" and pickle chips. This location is a bit small, but there is seating available for wait time and dining in, the staff are typically friendly but order online if you're stopping by during their lunch rush. The turkey picklewhich was delicious! It comes with a whole pickle, hallowed out, with your protein of choice, with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. It had the garlicky juicy pickle goodness along with the crunch of lettuce, tomatoes and adding the pickle chips gives it an elevated dill flavor and crunch. While a bit messy, it tasted great. While I absolutely love Jimmy John's, especially their dill pickles, I don't necessarily feel it was worth $9.50. It's quite small, I had to come home and add more protein (turkey and salami) along with more veggies to make it more filling. It just comes to show, it definitely didn't look like how it's advertised or on social media. It a great snack, perfect for those on keto, or low carb, but not a meal the slightest. While I want to eat it again, the cost wouldn't allow me to. PRO TIP: If you love their pickles like me, you may be better off purchasing the pickle itself for $3 and add your own cold cuts to it, because their pickles are unmatched! I'll return, but I'll keep ordering other menu items. read more

Every time I go to this spot, Sidney makes the BEST sandwich's any one could ask for. She goes out of her way to make a memorable experience, one sandwich at a time... And she couldn't be any friendlier. My go to is the Chicken Bacon Ranch! It not only will leave your mouth watering but will have you wanting to come back the next day. Can't forget to mention the store Manager Valerie who runs a tight ship and makes all of her guest feel welcome. If there's an issue with an order, she get's to work and makes it right on the spot. I ordered a Turkey Tom and was so disappointed when I opened it. After traveling all day I was so hungry and was looking forward to a delicious sandwich. There was only two tomatoes, a sprinkle of lettuce and maybe two slices of turkey. The bread wasn't very soft either. I did not finish eating it. Walked in about 45 minutes before closing on 09/30/24 after a long ass roadtrip. Never been to JJ so didn't know what to expect. The service was AMAZING. There were 3 people. This is consistently the worst JJ around! The staff has no professionalism or customer service skills. JJ as a franchise has good sandwiches and ingredients. However, this particular location never makes the sandwiches right. There's always missing toppings and they barely give you meat. Sandwiches are yummy~ I ordered a regular #7 and giant #10. I really like the bread here more than those "other" sandwich shops. I know some of the reviews said that their sandwich was a rip off and didn't have enough portions of meat and vegy, but I think it was perfect. Inside the bag was a packet of mustard, a packet of mayo, a bottle of water, and a 3 inch half of a sandwich containing half a slice of processed turkey, half a slice of processed cheese, a teaspoon of wilted lettuce, and half a slice of tomato. Talk about being anal and stingy...So apparently if you don't want a sauce on the sandwich and on the side, you have to pay extra. I ordered my sandwich online but wanted the creamy Caesar sauce on the side, but the app doesn't have an option for that. So I went to pick up my order and the guy tells me it's extra. I explained to him that I don't want it on the sandwich, I just wanted on the side. He said yeah it's extra, and I told him that makes no sense. I feel like every single time I go here which has been 3 times now I get really minimal customer service. Which is a shame because I love Jimmy John's and think they make very simple/tasty sandwiches. But EVERY time I go here no one is ever at the counter when I walk in and the service is just nothing outstanding. The last time I went here is was the same thing, no one at the counter and this particular time I asked if they could make the sandwich as normal but put the deli meat on the side because I have to microwave/heat up the deli meat when I get home. I'm pregnant so I have to heat up the deli meat plus I was really craving a sandwich! Anyways I didn't think it was a super inconvenient request but the lady said they aren't allowed to do that but after having to explain why they finally agreed to do it. Let me start by saying I really enjoy Jimmy John's when it is what it is supposed to be. I have been to this particular occasion a couple times and the employees at this one are incredibly incompetent. They are also rude. How difficult is it to make a sandwich without mayonnaise? Or to substitute one protein for another? If you are too stoned to stand up you need to reevaluate your life and the choices you have made that's far. You should also not be making my sandwich.
