The past two times I ate here the bread has been dry and hard. I told the manager the first time because my husband actually cut his mouth eating it. I was assured that he would rectify the problem. The manager is a very nice guy(seriously) There is only one way to get into this location and it favors if you are coming from the freeway. The parking lot is strange and I usually have to park out from the business. I will stick with my Apple Valley location. read more

Very disappointed in the quality of the food. I asked the employee if the bread was soft and she told me "yes it is it was just made" well to my disappointment the outside of the bread was extremely hard and unsatisfying. To top it off the bacon was burnt and tasted like it was sitting there cooking all day long. Will not be coming back. read more

Friendly service, generous with toppings, what's not to like? This location is a ton better than the Subway on Escondido and Ranchero, those people are seriously lacking in common courtesy skills. I have been here a few times and the sandwiches are great but 3 out of the 4 times I've been they only have white bread, what type of sandwich place ONLY has white bread? Visited this location on 24th January 2021 and ordered 2 cold sandwiches and 2 hot sandwiches. The cold ones were made immediately after waiting in line for 15mins and was told the hot ones would be ready in 7mins however after waiting 20mins I asked if my sandwiches were ready and was told no. So waited another 10mins and still no sandwiches. Asked again as customers who came in after me were getting theirs and leaving and as I asked they had 1 ready and placed it in a bag with the other hot one which had been sitting there a while and was now cold. I told them about this and they offered to remake the cold one or give a refund. Asked how long it would take and said 7 mins by this time I said never mind I have a microwave at home and was very upset as I was there 40 mins and didn't want them to make up another one so the other would be cold too. I thought by spending $66.00 I would get great service and food but I guess not. read more

I just wanted the owners to know they have the greatest staff at this hesperia location. I came in with my daughter who is 5 years old. We got a mini sub to share which was great. My daughter wanted a cookie but unfortunately i couldn't afford and she was so sad. The manager freddy was so sweet he look at my daughter and told her if you smile I'll give you a cookie. My daughter put the biggest smile on her face i just wanted to cry. I'm a single mom on a fix income and twice a month we come to jesery Mike's. I don't ask for handouts but for someone to do that just to make a child smile is great and shows they care about there customers. I will forever be a customer here. Food is fresh, not pre packaged/measured like other sub restaurants. Nice to see they cook the bacon used for your sub, instead of fake bacon between two pieces of wax paper. ATTENTION High Desert and those that are traveling through. This Jersey Miles has a very racist employee. Her name is Shelby. She assisted in making my sandwiches. Shelby originally put a very small amount of avocado on my bread. I then asked for a little more and she rolled her eyes and huffed under her breath. She then doused my bread with vinegar. When I asked her to stop she continued to put more on. I then sat down with my food and found mushrooms all throughout my 2nd sandwich . I then told the young man it was wrong and she told him to go and get the messed up sandwhich from me and throw it away. The young man made it over. She then continued to talk loudly and rudely about the situation. As I was getting ready to leave Shelby then received another persons complaint about their sandwich. Not only did she let him keep the messed up sandwich but she gave him a card for free chips and drink. When I asked her for mine she ignored me. I then said Shelby do I me get one? She then rolled her eyes and started going off about how the situations were different. The only difference there was was the color of my skin. The other gentlemen was white. People like Shelby need to learn that everyone should be treated with respect. PATRONS BEWARE!!! read more

The best roast beef ever made! Place is always very clean, and the employees are always friendly and welcoming. I'm a creature of habit, and they've even gotten me out of my JM comfort zone. Yummmmmy!!! So much better than subway! The fact that they are made fresh off the deli slicer makes it even more amazing! I had the mini (which is plenty enough for me) turkey club with the rosemary cheddar bread the jersey mikes way and oh my goodness... Delicious!!!! Nothing special. First timer. Ordered the chicken parmigiana hot sub. Came out luke warm, super chewy, flavorless and soggy. Expected a really good bread also being that its a sub place. Was disappointed with that as well. Decent portions but you won't want to finish it... Won't return. read more

I just want to commend the employee that made my food today. I wish I had gotten her name. My receipt says Shelby, but I don't know if that was who was helping me. The customer before me was bitching and moaning about anything and everything that was being put on their sandwich (amount of bacon, amount of mayo, the way things were positioned) and had a permanent stink face and a HELL of a bad attitude. It was EXTREMELY frustrating for me to stand there and not rip the customer a new asshole and watch the employees being treated like that, but the employees kept it cool and did whatever they could to make the customer happy, although that would be nothing in this lady's case. I feel for employees who are just trying to do their job with a smile on their face no matter how unsolicited of a bad attitude the customer is throwing your way. By the way, my sandwich was perfect.
