I'm a regular at this jersey mikes and I was in there not to long ago and there was this crazy lady claiming that one of the employees took their hair down in front of the meat but she was no where near the meat. She was on the opposite side by the Pepsi machine and you can literally see it in her review, no where near the meat(which is behind the covered glass) . I love jersey Mike's but this store falls short of the Mike's standard. They even skimp on lettuce. Sometimes the produce is wilted. I will stop by the store in citrus plaza on the way to highland in the future. Decided to try this location again yesterday and was happy to see that this location improved greatly. Love Jersey Mike's but will never go to this 1 again. Came home and bit into my 99 and there are pieces of bone in it. It was close to closing so I called to let them know that there are pieces of bone in my sandwhich. Instead of apologizing the kid Tanner who answers the phone laughs and says maybe it's onion or mushrooms because our meat doesn't have bones(umm meat was once attached to bones, and a onion or a mushroom don't cut your mouth when you bite them). I didn't call to get anything just to let them know to check the meat, but thanks to Tanner's shitty attitude and for hanging up on me I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning. Very upset about my recent experience on 2/27/21. Ordered online which stated my order would be ready in 15 min. Got there a little after 15 min and they haven't even started on my order. I advised them that I was there to pick up my online order and they still helped everyone else in line before they even started working on my order. Went in here last week, walked in and the 3 female employees are shouting at me for not wearing a mask. I get it, a business has a right to tell people to wear a mask. That's fine with me. The problem here is that the employees who are yelling at me to wear a mask, aren't even wearing their own masks properly. 2 of the 3 had masks over their mouths and not their nose - what's the point??? *sigh* truly embarrassing that they can't even follow their own rules. Out of all the chain sandwich shops I would say that jersey mikes is the best. Lots of different sandwiches to choose from. My wife doesn't like this particular location because they don't offer regular sodas other then Pepsi. They have Stubborn fountain drinks, which is kinda irritating if you wanted regular soft drinks. They may have bottled sodas, but then again you don't get any refills.. On 7-8-18 I came back here and the service is absolutely terrible. I was waiting in line for about 10 min. with only 1 person waiting in front of me. They even got fed up with the crappy service and left. We stuck around for an addition 5 min and decided to leave to. There was 2 people making sandwiches. And the person they were serving only ordered 3 small sandwiches. Really disappointed in the bad services. The workers didn't even acknowledge the fact that they were taking forever. We walked out and the 2 workers started smiling and giggling. I'm not really sure why they would be giggling, for one it's a Saturday and you work at a sandwich place, 2nd multiple customers walking out means you're losing business.. and that equates to either you getting fired or the store closing down.. won't go back here again and will tell everyone I know in the area about the service read more

The whole staff was great from start to finish. When I went in they were all moving with fast and being so nice to every guest. Riley was a big help when I couldn't decide what I wanted in my sandwich. She was so quick when she made my sandwich and it was definitely the best sandwich i've ever had. Went in to get my grilled veggie wrap and noticed this location has a limited menu compared to the others I've been to. They didn't have the grilled veggie on the menu, and have never heard of it before. After explaining how they make the wrap elsewhere the crew didn't hesitate to jump into action and try to make it for me. Not only did they do a great job making the wrap exactly how I like it....I think it was even better then usual! It's hard to find employees that will go out of their way to please customers these days. In majority of cases like this employees would just say "we don't have that wrap on our menu....sorry!"Whoever owns this franchise needs to give props to the staff for going above and beyond to make your customers happy! There is an update!!!! Before update : I went on 5/6/21 to the HIGHLAND location and will never go back to this location again. When I got home the whole order was Incorrect. I was given 2 different peoples orders. By the time I had gotten home and realized this I called the store and told them that I would be coming back to return one of the sandwiches but the other one we were just going to eat because we were just coming back from a long day and was HUNGRY. When I returned to the location there was a whole new staff and the employee I was talking to couldn't have been any more rude, I felt like I was being interrogated that I was just trying to get a free sandwich.. I asked for a manager and they said they would give the manager my number to call me and they would be calling me right away, and no response. I asked for the managers name and they could not give me that either. I called back the next day to no avail. Still waiting,,, ohhh and I returned with the other half of the order just to get that replaced and was eventually told that the manager told him not to replace my order, so now I returned a half order that was incorrect and didn't even get a replacement for that!!!!!!! Soooooo UNhappy with this location when every other location I have been to shines so bright in customer service compared to this place!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE luckily there are other locations!!! UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!!!!!! The district manager Courtney followed up on the complaint that I submitted. I was astonished to finally be talking to someone that actually cared about customer service.!! Very disappointed. We called in an order which included a Giant Portabella Cheese Steak. Person on the phone failed to mention they were out of the Portabella's. Found out when we arrived to pick up our order, no biggie, it happens. Told them just take off the mushrooms and make it a Cheese Steak. Get home with our 3 sandwiches and open up the bag. The "Cheese Steak" sandwich was made plain. And by plain I mean ONLY had Cheese and Onions. Nothing else!!! Paid $15.45 for a piece of bread and a little cheese and onions on it. Tried calling the store, several times and NO ONE answers the phone now. Send a message to 'corporate' and they say they would pass onto the owner since they are all individually owned. Staff needs more training. Have to intervene when they assemble sandwiches as to what actually goes on them. They don't listen very well either. I just left the store and the girl cutting the meat was extremely rude. She wanted me to shout my order to her over the customers before me which is completely rude. She made my sandwich's smaller than usual. When I ordered my #13 I asked for it salami and pepperoni and she only put 3 slices of each. I am paying full price for the sandwich and only getting half what I paid for. When I asked her to substitute the missing meat with more salami and pepperoni she rolled her eyes at me. My sandwiches were made extra sloppy and the bread was half off when they were opened. The rude girl also went to the back kitchen and I could hear her talking crap about me to another employee. She said "omg customers are so fucking rude". Like seriously? Does she expect people to not be rude to her when she was being rude the entire time I ordered?
