The meat was extremely dry, lacked flavor, and tasted like it had been sitting around for a day or two. Huge difference compared to the quality of the barbacoa. She said she could remake my food but why would I want to sit and wait even longer after I was already waiting way longer than I should have? Both workers that were helping me out were rude.
