11/23/19 so at 2pm today my first time eating at Jersey Mike's I had my 22 year old son with me first of all I'm looking at the menu and the inhouse made roast beef catches my eye ,well the employee that helped us pulls out this end scrap of beef and starts slicing it maybe 3 attempts of crumbs she puts on my sub then pulls out a new chunk a few more slices of crumbs and that was it oh yeah the provolone cheese was also the end as well no full slices for me I guess, I then tell her just crumbs for meat she replied rudely that's how it comes, this little rude employee didn't ask what kind of bread I wanted I told her the cheese bread she looked at me like I was stupid even my son agreed she was rude, I feel if you're not happy with your job. I picked up a catering order today for a birthday party and it was a great experience, I will definitely come back for my future events! The manager, Grace, helped me with all of my questions and was very nice. Rachael was the girl who gave me the order and she was very helpful and offered to take it to my car for me. Subs were a step above Subway's, staff friendly. MUSIC WAS IRRITATING and lyrics not appropriate for a 'family' restaurant (drinking, getting high,....) volume obnoxiously loud. read more

I have ordered on two occasions at this location the first time I thought they were a little pricey and said to myself that I would not come back since I was not impressed with the sandwich I ordered. I did return a second time , I really wanted a pastrami sandwich so I decided to try Jersey mikes. That was the worst pastrami sandwich I have ever had for $9.55. WORST JERSEY MIKES EVER!!! i saw an employee (tall white boy with colored eyes) drop a slice of bread on the floor, pick it up, and CONTINUE MAKING THE SANDWICH LIKE NO ONE SAW!!! all of the employees were on their phones when i walked in and they all looked so miserable. the young man asking me what i wanted on my sandwich sounded so annoyed with me but i wanted to try something new so i was struggling a little bit. when you work in the line of customer service, you have to be able to have at least decent social skills but CLEARLY no one here does. i asked where the bathroom was and the young tall man that dropped the bread sighed really loudly and just pointed in a direction. i was trying to be polite but its hard when the employees all seem so aggressive for no reason. one young man, i asked for the name and it was Matthew if i remembered correctly. he was the ONLY decent human working in that store. he treated me with the upmost respect while everyone else in the store was being very disrespectful. everyone would throw dirty looks around and two of them even looked a customer up and down when they walked in, AND STARTED GIGGLING. i was so appalled by that behavior i wanted to walk out as soon as that happened but my 2 kids (ages 8 and 10) were in the car starving after being at soccer practice all day. i was already having such a horrible day. i had to finalize my divorce that morning and had to take care of two kids all on my own. i just wanted to feed my kids for the day but this staff was just completely unacceptable and something MUST be done about this. That tall man with colored eyes need to know that that is NOT how you treat customers. the last time i visited this location, it was only a young man with brown hair and a young lady working. now THEY know good customer service. if i could rate NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD !!!!!!!!! read more

Horrible customer service, the Jersey Mike's that I have been too are usually quick, they get you in and out, they greet you kindly when you walk in. Not at this location, the workers have no sense of customer care. While we were waiting for 15 mins with only two people in front of us. Multiple customers left. And the employees could care less. We ended up leaving because the workers were still working on the first order which was only 3 sandwiches still after 20 minutes. Terrible location. I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the Redlands location. read more

Jersey Mikes is one of the only good franchise food places that seem to be on point. Never had a bad experience with any Jersey Mike's so far. This particular one is pretty new and clean, staff is friendly and on it, fresh bread and fresh sliced meat/cheese. Always get the sandwich Mikes way. read more

Definitely one of the best Jersey Mike's I have ever had the pleasure of going to! When I walked in I was greeted promptly and sincerely. Everything was very clean and and tidey. The people there were all very sweet and helpful. The two twin sisters that made my sandwich were very friendly and efficient. The manager Brittany was very kind and seemed to be on top of things. Tried this for the first time and it was pretty good. The bread was nice and soft, flavor was good. Customer service was nice and good options for drinks at the fountain. We don't like subway to this is a good alternative for subs. Tastes way more fresh than subway. Have to try it again soon and will think of adding another star depending on how it goes. read more
