I was not a fan of the Parmesan crusted chicken. It tasted too salty to me. Service was ok. It was a Thursday night with no wait. They were probably missing a few workers because our server was overwhelmed but she kept it together. We were served dirty bread plates and There was food debris in the fruit cup that my child ordered with his hamburger kids meal. The restaurant appeared cleaned with no noticeable smells. This location is near the outlet in HH. I wanted to try a chain restaurant because the local spots were not giving.

The Outlaw steak doesn't disappoint. Longhorn steak is the best steak I have had, anywhere. They know how to get that perfect char on the steak without over cooking. The baked potatoes are usually good but my favorite side dish is the Brussel spouts. These are my favorite side. Salads are always crisp and fresh. My husband loves the loaded mashed potatoes. The bread is usually warm. Staff is always pleasant and prompt without hovering over you. We eat at this Longhorn at least once every 6 weeks

The Unloaded baked potato with no sour cream.

I'm not sure where to begin about this location at Tanger 1 Hilton Head. The food was on par for Longhorn with some minor exceptions such as missing the sour cream on the potato, along with a bit of over seasoning and over cooking of steaks. Medium rare is definitely not medium., but that could have been resting too long while waiting for the rest of the table. However, the problem came from the service. With at least 2-3 runners and 4-5 apparent serving staff on one side of the house it would be expected to have adequate service considering half the back section was empty at any one time. But to start it took 10 minutes to get seated with being asked several times how many people. A few sighs with and attitude 'I guess i will seat you' passed along with a telephone being more important with multiple huddle staff at the front. It was apparent that normal bussing work is a chore too as some tables had dishes left on it for 10s of minutes around us as well as to get the initial drink order. Meanwhile being absent or hanging around POS systems was the normal activity. Empty glasses for extended periods were too much to refill or to get another drink. Oh did I mention a table in the middle of the floor for 6 that is the same size as a booth does not fit 6 just because the chairs touch each other. When the food arrived the normal asking how was your steak ok , or anything else was missed. When brought up we need a drink refill instead of all at once they came at varying times, and my loaded baked potato when opened was missing half then-loaded ingredients. When ordering I had to specify everything on it which I would figure the normal instead of standard as that is what the menu and then was missing largely the sour cream and bacon. When I asked for the sour cream after splitting the potato open it never came. I only remind once and then I left it open and un eaten.... Wait staff couldn't remember and stared at it several times not getting the hint. Bread actually came during our main course as an afterthought. Even more concerning was the treatment difference between differing guests. The table behind us with the same wait staff got all the proper questions and attention but we were left out. It seems that those out of state or anyone different is subject to differing or lesser quality of service at this location and that of any concern is treated with sub par service just as maintaining the establishment. Upon leaving it was noticed that at least every table around us was empty along with several in the back with 3 staff at the front station with over 20 individuals waiting. Not even that current wait staff pushed by our exit instead of waiting for us to pass just to put some bread on the table for service. Poor service, inconsiderate staff, lack of professionalism will have me eat at McDonalds over this Longhorn the next time I am down here for the winter.

I made reservations for Farm Bluffton with an outside table last year. who knew it was hot in July?…read moreMy sister in laws face was melting at the outside table so I had to adjust fire. 2026, I made a reservation inside with our own private table. The restaurant is very charming, it's giving off White Barn Inn Kennebunkport vibes. Once you're seated, you'll see why this is a popular Low Country restaurant. We're all given menus and what I noticed was a game changer. Farm is offering a three course tasting menu but the entire table has to participate. My wife was feeling under the weather so I grabbed the waiter to the side and said, we're all in with the tasting menu except my wife. Can you make an exception? Not a problem sir! The three course menu does not include the popular Farm corn bread. I placed an order before our tasting started. You're probably saying, what's so special about corn bread? Man... If lovin' you is wrong, I don't wanna be right. The corn bread was cooked in a skillet pan, the end result was a buttery, sweet treat. The sharable starters came to the table. Roasted May River Oysters, Beef Carpaccio and Burrata with shaved ham. The Roasted May River Oysters were my favorite bite of all these selections. The oysters were large and plumpy and the chef did not overcook the shell fish. Next, the waiter dropped off a huge bowl of Shrimp Rice along with a Heritage Pork Chop. This is what elevated southern cooking is all about, the pork chop was moist and had a wonderful taste. Another highly recommended dish. Dessert, I was starting to get really full but the Blueberry Olive Oil cake did not disappoint. There was a Toll House Hand Made Pie, also very good but I really full at this point of the meal. First time dining at Farm, it was a pleasure to dine here and I can't wait to return.

Before leaving town, we decided to have dinner, and that is where Farm comes in. We decided to go with the recommendation of the staff up front and the waiter, choosing the Anthology menu for dinner. That selection was impossible to be disappointed with. The food is sourced locally, the taste is exceptional, and the service (shout-out to Justin) is outstanding. We just planned a return visit to Bluffton for May. This is what a low-country dining experience should be.

I was able to make a reservation through Yelp, and although our reservation was pretty late at 8 PM, we walked in and luckily grabbed seats at the bar instead. That ended up being the best part of the night. Both bartenders were absolutely amazing. One was incredibly knowledgeable about wine, while the other knew everything about spirits, so we ended up getting a mini education on all kinds of drinks and even did a little tasting. It made the whole experience so much fun and interactive. We eventually settled on a bottle of red wine and shared a filet mignon. I highly recommend ordering the potatoes because whoever prepares them is seriously talented. They were thinly sliced and stacked into this beautiful cake-like structure that completely melted in your mouth. Between chatting with the bartenders and the people sitting next to us, we ended up staying much longer than planned simply because we were enjoying ourselves so much. I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. It's more than just dinner -- it's an experience, and I highly recommend checking it out.

We had the porterhouse and au gratin potatoes, a wedge salad, and clam chowder, plus desserts. Steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The potatoes were absolutely amazing- yum yum. We got there 15 minutes after they opened and the only ones seated at the bar. You would think they would be on top of things that early in the evening. Nope, my wife had to wait 18 minutes to get her wine (which we bought the whole bottle). Second, they haven't changed their fryer oil in FOREVER!!!! Yes, I know what I'm talking about. As it being an open kitchen and you can see everything. We witnessed them take oil they just cooked in a pan and dump it in the fryer with the other oil. Are ya kidding me??? All the fried food came out dark as all get out it's been that long since they changed it or even filtered it. Third, some of the cook wore gloves and others didn't. No big deal normally. I watched one cook reach in the garbage and then proceeded to start preparing food!!!! No fing way!!!! Four, the Egg Roll was bland, the inside ingredients was garbage. Over cooked and tough. My wife's filet was under seasoned (well no seasoning at all), a cheap cut of meat and dry!!! The béarnaise sauce tasted and looked like it came out of a jar. It was the worst I've ever tasted. She asked for no vegetables and the risotto instead. She did get the risotto. I'll admit, that wasn't so bad. The bread that was under the filet was ICE cold. Not even sure why they served it or put it on the plate. Fifth, this is a one and done for us. There are soooooo many better options in the area with a better menu, price and service. To say disappointing is an understatement. Oh ya, almost forgot. We had to get a Togo bag and it reminded me of the bags you use to pick up your dogs poop. I'm not even joking.
