I eat there several times a week. Placed my order today......was in a hurry. The counter guy took my order and started cutting the bread then he asked the guy behind me what he wanted. He stopped my order and wrote his order down on a tablet. He then he asked the guy behind him what he wanted and also wrote it down. Really don't understand why he couldn't finish my order. We are Jersey Mike's frequent flyers and absolutely love their sandwiches. However, we will not be back to this location. They have a special for 50% off your sandwiches today if you use the online ordering system on their app. Well the app was not working... we tried for 30 minutes to complete an order consisting of 3 sandwiches and continued receiving error messages (pics attached). My husband was already waiting at the store to pick up the sandwiches. When he went in to tell the gentleman that the online ordering was not working and asked if he would still honor the pricing he said no. My husband showed him the error messages and the worker was very rude and said that he had other online orders so it was clearly working. He was very snippy and unhelpful - which is very unlike Jersey Mike's service. He was so unhelpful and rude that we ended up leaving without any sandwiches because we couldn't bring ourselves to pay for service like that. read more

Let's start with the environment of this location! The floors as well as the tables (every table) were dirty, to the point my husband had to ask them to clean them! Now down to our food order. My husband and I got the same sandwich a #56 on rosemary parm bread with Xtra cheese and meat. No onions, peppers, or jalapeños. Ok on the side because he usually gives them to me! my husband received his sandwich and it contained onions, peppers, and jalapeños! He only found out after biting into the sandwich, which is absolutely a no go due to him having gastric-intestinal issues! My husband politely told them about the mistake and explained to them why he couldn't eat the sandwich as is. He received negative attitude from the works there. They then remade the sandwich and once again incorrect. It was missing his extra cheese, mayo, and was on the incorrect bread. Again, my husband told them. Didn't bother with remaking the sandwich just asked for mayo and his extra cheese on the side. The employee told him he could give him mayo but not extra cheese, even though we originally paid for it on the first sandwich... The disrespect we received was unconscionable and disappointing to say the least. We have never been treated as such especially mistakes that were not our fault. I hope this is a teaching moment for the leadership of this corporation to improve on appropriate customer service. My husband is the kindest person you'll ever meet, which is why I took so much offense to his disrespect. It took everything in me to not intervene but I knew my husband did not want to make a scene at the moment. read more

I have loved Jersey Mikes since there first store in rice village. I was diagnosed 7 years ago with a wheat allergy so stayed away from the amazing sandwich gurus. Until now! Udis gluten free bread is available now and the staff is great about cross contamination. I can now enjoy my mikes original or my other fave turkey and bacon! Fast food done right. read more

I love Jersey Mike's but my experience today was garbage. There were four people working behind the counter. 3/4 were working hard and polite, and the 4th was constantly badgering them, yelling over them, being rude and saying things like "hurry up, where the hell is my order...." Etc. Etc. He even went out of his way to argue with a customer to say he did not like the way she ordered her sandwich. Just a complete definition of a unprofessional representation of a company. This person seemed as if he was newly promoted into a lead position and had something to prove, his style of managing his team is the micromanagement style. He was arguing so frequent that they didn't hear me order double meat and double cheese. My sandwich was sub-par to say the least. I am unsure who this tall skinny Caucasian male is at the 10123 Louetta Rd, Houston Tx 77070 location Store # 15064 but reconsideration of promotion and retraining should be considered by the GM. Great subs. I stopped in tonight for a sandwich. I got the original Italian and "mikes way" and it was delicious. It wasn't very crowded so the service was fast. My only complaint was the drink station, which wasn't completely kept up with and I took a sip of sweet tea and spit it out because it tasted so old. Other than that, nice workers. I have been to this location several times and each time the customer service is amazing. They always listen and are very friendly. It's always very clean inside and outside and including the bathrooms. The sandwiches here are my favorite, super delicious turkey and provolone subs. The place is well lit never notice any light bulbs out. The parking lot is huge and I never have any issues getting in or out. I am also alway happy with the music that is playing usually some classic rock will play with some of today's pop music, and the radio always is at a good volume. I wish there was some flowers inside but I just love plants, the decor they use reminds me of surf style kind of vibe. I am also impressed with the speed of service. I will keep coming back! My husband and I visited this Jersey Mikes on Feb.1,2019 and we were extremely impressed with how clean the restaurant was. The ladies room was so clean that I actually did not mind using a public restroom but most importantly I could tell that it was legitimately cleaned properly. I asked the young man who was arranging my sandwich if he carried gluten free bread and he not only did but he used mayo that was seperate from the other and was careful to not touch anything without changing gloves first. I was a long time customer in Carlsbad, CA so I assumed that all locations are the same. I ordered my sandwich online and came to pick it up, the staff was friendly, service was great. My issue was I'm not sure what they use in their dressings, or mayo because without getting into TMI, lets just say the sandwich and it's ingredients didn't agree with my digestion system. Ever call a restaurant wanting to place an order to go, and get put on hold . . . no one ever picks the phone up, but you can hear everything going on ? ? When they finally picked the phone up I was WAY past irritated and asked to speak to the manager. Andrew the GM of the 10123 Louetta Road location quickly took responsibility for the error as they were very busy. He apologized and I told him (stuff happens) but I called because it's a challenge for my wife to eat out following a stroke, even though I'm getting better at following directions when ordering her food, it so happened I was out of town and missed her Tuesday order with coupon, and when I returned the coupon had expired . . . I explained my request to Andrew to see if he could extend us the courtesy and approve the use of the coupon. We were Extremely Impressed with the above and beyond Customer Service provided by Andrew, it really counts and the free sandwich was unexpected and my wife really appreciated it. BTW the #17 Jersey Mike's Famous Philly Cheese Steak is simply outstanding, and we would hope that the owner / corporate management keep searching for more people like Andrew. read more

This location can't handle busy crowds and allows anyone to cut in line, which turns into a conflict among customers. I watched how they were taking orders and we're getting confused with the orders on who's to prepare first or who's was already complete. Lead guy behind the counter reacted the wrong way about handling the conflict when it was their (Jersey Mikes) that we're causing the havoc. The orders calling in vs those walking in and placing the orders, some would walk in even after calling in the orders and sandwiches hadn't even been made yet, keep in mind there was 4-5 employees behind the counter. I have had around 50 Jersey Mike's sandwiches around the US and this was by far the worst experience I had with them. Not only was there less pepper and cheese than I have experienced, the manager was extremely short and extremely rude when I talked to her about the sandwich's that were delivered to me and instead of simply saying that they may have made a mistake, rudely implied that they made it to their standard quality and that I seemed to be the one that was wrong about the quality of the sandwich. Based on the quality of the sand which and the quality of the customer service I received, I can not suggest this particular shop to anyone. read more

had lunch there yesterday at around 12:30. Was not very busy and had my Big Kahuna in about 10 minutes. Watched them cook the sandwich on the grill.
