Add a drink and snack bag for $2.99 to make it a combo. The stores are always well kept from the properly displayed and stacked snack bags to the Cleanliness of the tables and floors. We visit this location probably once or twice a month and the employees have always been great. Today 08/28 around 4:15PM we went in to get 2 sandwiches, chips, etc. The employee greeted us which was normal. We always look at the produce to see how it looks. One other time before the lettuce was not fresh and had turned brown and we ask the employee if they had fresher and they were happy to get a new bag. However this time, when we ask if they had more lettuce she said no. It was obvious the lettuce had been there quite a while. We were the only customers in the store. If that is all the lettuce the store had it would be unusual I think, we got the feeling she did not want to bother. We thanked her and left. Not sure we will return to this location. read more

Unfortunately, the last two times we've been to this location, our orders were mixed up with his sandwich choice being made on a regular bun and mine on the gluten free bun. One visit, the girl making the sandwichs didn't understand the difference between the regular and gluten free buns. Which is scary for someone with celiac disease. The tuna sub was extremely fishy smelling and tasting to the point we had to throw it out because and the steak & cheese one was flavorless with little hard things in it thst you bit into. My sandwich is always correct, service is always friendly and professional, the grill is always clean and, regardless of how busy they are (and they get seriously busy), my wait is always bearable. While standing in-line there was a customer who decided that instead of being a collected and mature adult, he would then instead be an irritable and unreasonably rude individual. And because of his own issues decided to give the finger to the gentleman on the slicer. Nothing was done by this poor guy working to deserve the treatment and instead of getting mad and showing out, decided that he would instead keep calm and continue with his day. I believe his name was Tyler, and he sliced and topped my sandwich just the way I liked it, plenty of meat, and overall a nice guy to talk to. I decided to give Jersey would like another chance, my 1st experience was less than positive. I went to a different location and I must say right off the bat the customer-service was far better. Staff was very friendly, professional and cordial. This particular location was robbed earlier in the morning, along with 11 other Jersey mikes from the airport all the way down to they meadows. Staff maintained a positive up beat and thankfully nobody was hurt. I ordered a veggie sub nothing special however I will give credit where credit is due and they made it the way I had asked. DID NOT enjoy my experience at this location today, waited over 10 minutes for one regular sub just to get the sub and it only have meat and cheese, no veggies/sauce. When I called about the issue, the worker continued to say she could not hear me even after repeating myself time and time again. When I went back to the store, the lady on the grill only offered to add the toppings to my sub and not remake it even though the sub was drenched in grease from all the meat and cheese. In the end the ladies on duty added the toppings to my already tired sandwich and sent me on. This would not have happened if the young lady on grill decided to pay attention and not talk to a man who had just walked in prior, in addition the other lady on staff was not helpful to the process. I simply went in for a turkey sub, and asked if it could be ordered hot (i.e. placed on the grill). I was told that is not possible, and that the only subs that could be hot are those that were on the menu as hot. I was told that it was a "Corporate Policy." When I mentioned that I had been to many other Jersey Mike's locations where having a "cold" sub made "hot" wasn't an issue, I was told that it was a policy implemented per franchise. So, in fact it's not a Corporate mandate, as it is a Franchise choice. In addition to the conflicting information of Corporate vs. Franchise excuse, I was then told that I could have a "cold" sub prepared "hot", ONLY IF I was a pregnant woman. Apparently in the case of pregnant women, my request could then be accomplished. So I said "next time, I suppose I have to order with a pregnant woman with me in order to get this simple request satisfied." I was told I could do that or I could wear a large shirt with a pillow under it to make it look like I was pregnant. Again, this whole exchange was to simply get a turkey sub thrown on the grill, of which I've had no trouble having accommodated at any other Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. This place is way over priced. I guess they brought their Jersey prices along with them. A 6 inch sub with chips and a drink is almost $12. Essentially, 12 bucks for a medium sub combo. First off they took it very seriously and we're very careful about cross-contamination. But not only was the food and the quality good, The people that they have working there were awesome.
