The service was excellent, the staff gives you great suggestions if you're indecisive (that's me ‍and I have no shame about it lol). They also have excellent coffee, very smooth and make my coffee heart so happy. The overall feel of the restaurant is great! It's clean and gives off a high class diner feel. If you have a slice after 5pm, the espresso may have you up till 2am trying to solve world hunger with ChatGPT, ha ha. No dessert spread is complete without their waffle fries, either. I went in for soup today and all three soup containers were practically empty and burnt at the bottom. Most of the deli food looked dry and like it had been sitting there way too long. I went upstairs to eat and the dining area was really dirty too. I'm not sure if there's new management or what, but this place definitely needs a serious boost, and fast.
