Tried to use a coupon they mailed to our home. The coupon says we can use their app to order. Tried to use the coupon through their app and there is no way to redeem the coupon via the app. I called the business and they said they need to "physically see the coupon" I'm fine with handing over the coupon when I PICK UP my order. What I'm NOT fine with is standing in a line with other customers risking myself and my family getting Covid for a stupid sandwich. Congrats on losing a loyal regular customer over a coupon code and not taking your customers concerns for safety seriously. read more

Amazing service recovery. My fiancée is lactose intolerant and we asked for no cheese. When we got home, there was cheese on her sandwich. Called back and they immediately apologized and we got a new sandwich. The manager was in-store and gave us a free sandwich coupon as well. I've ordered at least 7 times here in the past 2 months through Uber Eats and Grubhub. Each time under the "notes" section on my online order I've put in my phone number and requested that they add my shoreline points. I've always tipped, too. Today I came into the store only to find out I ONLY HAD ACCUMULATED 12 POINTS (1 order worth of points.) So much for reward points. Point system is meant to incentivize returning customers... not turn them away for good. Last time I'll be eating here for sure. UPDATE: manager provides lousy excuse as to his employee's disregard to read the notes on the order. I work at a restaurant in downtown Kirkland. We deal with UberEats and Grubhub orders all the time. The place in which I entered my number was in the "special instructions" section which is directly on the order, where you can customize your sandwich as you please. Nice try, though. read more

When we go to a Mariners game, we'll often stop to get a sandwich to take along to eat at the park. It's often cheaper than food at Safeco and generally healthier. This trip we decided to give Jersey Mike's a try. Bad idea. Ugh, where to begin? We show up about 5pm and no patrons are in the shop. A young man behind the counter says "someone will be right with you" and then scurries away to the kitchen to never be seen again. I am then flatly greeted by Rena. Nothing friendly about her demeanor....."what can I get you?". Okay...so I try - "hey, my parents met down on the Jersey Shore". I get a big zero from Rena. I'm trying hard to be personable, she's clearly not. Maybe she's not keen on the east coast traditions of summering on the Shore....still would have been good small talk or customer service in general. It's a sandwich shop, not brain surgery....have a little fun interacting with your diners. We order our sandwiches which are each made to order with freshly sliced meat and cheese. I can appreciate all freshly cut cold cuts, but there's nothing quick about getting a sandwich to go. Did I mention there was no one else in the restaurant?! Very, very slow. Sandwiches looked well put together with generous ingredient portions. Not a lot of veggie toppings to chose from, but still a hefty sandwich. No discussion of chips, drink, cookie, meal combo, club card....nothing from Rena about what is special about the Jersey Mike's experience. Does she even like her job?! Each sandwich ran about $9-10 range. A little pricey for my taste buds considering other sandwich shops offer something similar at almost half the cost. Restaurant and sandwich counter were very clean. Convenient ample parking located in the Juanita Village. Average sandwich with below average service. This was a first......Ordered a Chicken Parmesan sandwich and took it home. Opened it and was pretty shocked to find what was essentially a tomato, chicken, bread stew. This was the grossest looking "sandwich" i've ever seen. I took a few very messy bites and it wasn't that tasty but wasn't horrible. The sandwich kinda disintegrated as i was trying to eat it. Got about 2 bites in and just threw it away. I've had a few different hot sandwiches there with similar results. Possibly the cold sandwiches are ok but I won't be back to find out. You know, I come and order here all the time on the mobile ordering app. I used to love and get really excited for sandwich days, but more so then ever, I've been having nothing but issues at all the Jersey mikes stores. My sandwich was made wrong I called to tell them it was missing the mayo, bacon, and bell peppers on top of my bread being very soggy- I just wanted to come back to get the missing items- He said he'd put me on list to come back in at another time for a sandwich. I just had the best experience! I've been avoiding Jersey Mikes due to my horrible experience in Burien. I came down here to visit family and walked into this location. This place was clean all way round. The young lady I believe her name was Lexi was a sweet heart. While she was making my sub she was quick to ask my boyfriend what he would like as well, she was really good at remembering what we both wanted, I was surprised she was able to get both sandwiches done so fast. I come here at least 2-3 times a week and I always order through the app. A few months ago I could order online and it'll be ready in the 15 minutes that the app said it would be. Recently in the last month I'd order maybe 20-30 minutes ahead of time and it's still not even started by the time I show up. I'm constantly waiting 45 minutes for a sandwich and about 50% of the time it's wrong. I've decided I'm not spending my money at places that can't even make a sandwich right. Maybe I'll try again in a few months however they need to be able to manage walk ins and online orders In a timely manner. It has been a long week. I was in the hospital, my wife was in the hospital, and just this morning we had to call paramedics. It's been a mess, and since it's been a mess we wanted something comforting and familiar to help take back our momentum. We ordered Jersey Mike's online - the website is well designed and easy to use - and the prices are good for the amount of food and the quality. I went in to pick up our order looking pretty much like the Unabomber. I haven't been able to present properly since the hospital, but the folks working there were pleasant and patient with me just the same. I'm not a "sir" - not that they could have possibly known that from the way I was looking - but I really appreciated their professionalism and courtesy just the same. It was training day for a new employee, and I watched the supervisor/manager patiently taking extra time to show the rookie the right way to do things, which I respect. Anyway they were apologetic about the wait (which was only about three minutes anyways) and the employee who was helping me actually did a kind of superhero move to save me the trouble of picking up my own cookies. It was very impressive and we had a good chuckle about it together. I recommend this location to anyone looking for subs. The staff clearly know what they are doing and respond coolly and professionally to all sorts of stressors throughout the shift. I can't speak for the negative reviews - maybe there're a few bad eggs somewhere in the bunch? I certainly haven't seen any, any of the times we've gone here. read more

First off, I've been here more times than I probably should be, mostly for the cookies and brownies. THEY'RE AMAZING. Not what you would ever expect from a sandwich shop. The chipotle cheesesteak is my go to - the combo of meat, cheese and peppers. Seriously, THE BEST. I'll be honest and say that if you're expecting a real greasy cheesesteak like they do in Philly, this won't be it. But if you're look for a helping of delicious cheesy goodness on mounds of meat slapped on some carbs, then you'll be a happy camper with this bad boy. Most importantly, some people may complain that the subs are on the pricier side of things but you do get what you pay for and their excellent customer service just goes to show that it is well worth it. From the owner Tim, to Sean and all the girls in the back and on the line, this place couldn't be anymore of a hit in my book. If you want mediocre than go get your foot long elsewhere, but if you want quality, cleanliness and helpful friendly faces every time you come in than this particular Jersey Mike's is the place to be. read more

I have used Grubhub and Amazon Prime Now. 6 times now that Jersey Mike's has totally screwed up my order....even when I've put in specific instructions for the order. Missing items. Wrong items. I have ordered from this location via Amazon Prime Now three times in the past month. Each time, they either messed up my order or forgot items. When ordering online, I even made comments in the special request order box so they would pay extra attention and not fuck my order up. Tonight was strike 3. I came in last month and ordered a sandwich, as I normally would. I was one of two customers that ordered in the time that I was there, took 15 minutes for me to receive my order. To make it worse, it was wrong, with a couple of toppings missing. I went to talk to an employee, and described the issue, but a second employee quickly walked up as if to help me. Instead, this second employee cut me off when I tried to repeat my issue to him, and said that I "should've ordered it right the first time", rather than trying to resolve the issue. The first employee gave a quick look of surprise. The second employee was about my height, about 6 feet tall, with long brown hair. He didn't give me his name when I asked for it. He did not wash his hands before resuming his sandwich making, and when the gentleman in front of me asked for extra mayo on his sub, he turned around and appeared to spit in it. One employee goes even beyond that whose name is Tori, she helped my friends and I and made our night with some of the best sandwiches we've ever had.
