Dining in can get a little cramped during the lunch rush with people lining up right next to the tables. The manager is funny, interactive, and friendly. They support the local schools. This was the worst deal i ever got! I paid over 15.00 for a veggie sub. You would think for that much money they would put a good amount of cheese on it--they didnt. It was pretty much bread and lettuce with super thin cheese for 15.00. I couldn't believe it. I will never be back and i want everyone to know they are getting ripped off at jersey mikes. read more

Don't order online! Twice now that I've seen online orders not realized. Ordered at 12:10, order confirmed and said ready for pick up at 12:30. Show up at 12:30 and they say they never got an online order...yet when I show them the confirmation, they take down the sandwich info and start making them. It's now 12:45 and still no sandwiches!!!!! I didn't have to pay again, because they it was already taken care of. So apparently they got the order, but didn't notice it. Maybe if you order online, call to check and make sure they noticed it. read more

This is by far my favorite Jersey Mikes! The sandwiches are bigger, staff is super friendly, and the do a lot of work in the community. Thank you for being there to support my team and all our needs. My personal favorite is the Original Italian. The Club is also very good and is stacked with meat. If you haven't had a chance yet, next time you are in Juanita give this place a try! read more

This place is amazing! I have NEVER had bad service or a bad sandwich! I would recommend getting the oil and vinegar on the side if you are taking your sandwich someplace else to keep it from getting soggy, but I love every sandwich I have tried! Having no experience with Jersey Mike's in the past, I have to admit that our family was pleasantly surprised. My son now says this is his favorite sandwich. This location is a terrible place, do not support this or marysville locations, the owner Tim is sexist treats his employees terribly, yells at them in front of customers, does not give proper training, makes non shift lead employees do tasks that shift leads do (there is a difference in pay and he does not grant) they ran out of sanitizer for what the district manager said maybe 1-2 months so during a pandemic we were "sanitizing" the store with water. We had to bleach water which sent home one of the girls with hives and another with bleach burns all over her arms even while wearing gloves. the sandwiches may be good but it's not worth the money when you're supporting someone who treats his employees very poor. y'all may see him as some funny quirky guy but is disrespectful & i will never ever support this location and i hope other see this and do the same. i love the company and you guys should continue to love other jersey mikes locations but this one needs to be shut down. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs are the best subs money can buy ! Nothing better than the fresh roast beef, turkey and the crisp bacon . I love the club supreme and the club sub. Highly recommend coming in to Jersey Mike's for lunch and dinner. I come to Jersey Mike's once a week . Can't get another sub soon next week ! read more

This week I stopped by for the first time. When I walked in there was only one other customer. The two women working barely noticed me. When it was my turn to order, I was asked what I wanted. I said it was my first time there and asked if they could tell me about the sandwiches. She motioned towards the menu sign. I ordered the regular size meatball sub on white and a regular tuna sub on white. I wasn't asked what I wanted on the meatball sub. It must just come only one way with no additions. When she spread the tuna on the bread, i noticed she had spread the thinnest possible layer, just enough to cover the bread. I asked for cheddar cheese and was told it doesn't come with it. If I wanted cheese, that would be $1.50. I said "Never mind then. What DOES it come with?" She replied "You just get tunafish." The staff was not friendly and didn't seem concerned that I was baffled by $1.50 for a slice of cheese (cheddar was not available FYI) The vegetable selection was very small, just lettuce, onions, pale mealy tomatoes, pickles and jalapenos. (I may be missing one. . .) I asked for lettuce and pickles. It cost $8.50 for each sandwich. I did not order sides or drinks. A different cashier rang me up It was $18+. I asked her "It's $8.50 for a tuna sandwich, no cheese?" She replied "Yes." I paid and left. At home when we opened the sandwiches, they looked small. I measured them. They were 7 inches long. My husband said his meatball sub was fine, just fine. Just meatballs and some cheese. Mine was possibly one of the worst tuna subs I have ever had. They used dressing and not mayo. It was VERY tangy and wet. Each bite I took, caused wet watery mayo liquid to squeeze out the sandwich. I was wearing a black wool turtleneck which was covered in "tuna juice" if you will. The pickles were thick crinkly cut and too big for the sandwich. After a few bites, I threw the rest of it away and started the task of trying to clean tuna mayo liquid out of my sweater. We will not be going back. Ever. For $6 I can get a footlong sub at a different restaurant WITH cheese and a good selection of vegetables. read more

The internet order pickup is at the front of the line for in store orders, so everyone in line glares at you like you're cutting? Cashier ignored me while helping two people. Eventually the guy slicing meat asked if I was from Uber. Gave my name for the prepaid web order. Couldn't find it. Look around, asked people. Eventually found it at the back of a high shelf behind other stuff. It had been done a while, so the predicted time was way too long as I was there seven minutes early. The Reuben #20 had two flavors, very strong salt and very slight sour kraut. A soft white bread roll isn't so good for a Reuben . Sadly I will have to go back to a sit down restaurant to get a sandwich dominated by meat & cheese flavors with a hint of thousand island and sour kraut on crisp toasted rye. I'm going to go drink two glasses of water and hope the gut bomb doesn't ruin the whole afternoon. Maybe next time I'll try something more likely to work out, like turkey. read more

Usually i love this place. Has great sandwiches and the employees are very kind and pretty fast. They have even let us stay late after closing hours to eat our sandwich once. The place itself is very clean and the sandwiches are very delicious. However im about to tell you what happened when i went in today, and let me tell you it was not pleasant. Walked in and everything seemed fine. I then ordered my sandwich and while they were making it i look over and see three large 30 year old men. They are pretty loud but does not matter. And is not Jersey Mike's Subs fault. Then when i went to tell them what i would like on my sandwich one of the men interrupted and asked for a cup of vinegar. He talked about how he wanted to "chug" the whole bottle. The 2 ladies working there thought it was so funny and went back and stopped making my sandwich to get a bottle of vinegar for him to chug! they then started yelling and laughing. They acted like immature high school students and the employees were laughing and took quite a while to make my sandwich. I then told the employee very nicely that i would like oil and vinegar on my sandwich four times. She repeatedly asked me what i wanted but could not hear my because of the three men being loud while chugging the damn vinegar!!! she then only put oil on my sandwich which tasted really bad. Ironic isn't it? that everyone in the whole place was talking about vinegar but the lady did not put vinegar on my sandwich!!!!!!! i do recommend Jersey Mikes Sub's but not this location in Kirkland because obviously the employees were immature and got distracted by a bunch of men that acted like that had to many drinks. The employees are not trained very well and made this easy experience of getting a sandwich a nightmare. read more
