This location is by the Walmart in its own strip mall, as an end unit, next to a wings place. The service was very good. The store was kept clean and tidy. The staff members were friendly and upbeat. The sandwich was decorated with the toppings I had asked for and the customizations I requested. The sandwich I ordered (#13 Italian) in a mini size was a perfect size, had thinly sliced fresh meat, and a delicious soft rosemary parm bread. There is plenty of parking on the side and the front. It's annoying to exit (obviously not the restaurant's fault, but the developers'), where you have to go all the way to the Sam's Club to reach a traffic light. read more

Located right off of 198 and BW Parkway this location serves some of the freshest subs. The staff are always friendly and prompt. I always get the club supreme, cheesesteak or the Italian sub. There is plenty of parking in this shopping complex. Don't forget to set up for their rewards program to earn points. Just be careful when you leave as the entrance is one way. read more

Well, this was an awesome visit! I actually met the owner and operator Lorraine before placing my order. What a wonderful woman! I was pleasantly surprised when I walked up to the door to find out that she is offering 25% off to all federal government employees during the shutdown. On Sunday 4/12 at approximately 11 AM, I observed an employee with Assistant Manager on her badge making multiple sandwiches. Without changing gloves, she cashed out an older white gentleman and a young black woman. While cashing out the older white man, she touched her face, then took his phone and was touching his phone helping him to find something. She then rubbed her face again and went back to making the multi sandwich order on the back table. This was scary to watch. Please be mindful of sanitary requirements when working with food. Stopped by to celebrate the Grand Opening and the service was great! The team was upbeat and cheery. The atmosphere was great and made you want to grab a sub or two. If I could rate this place a negative zero, I would. Lorraine who is the "owner" sucks when it comes to customer service. I had a problem with an order that was advertised and she would not honor it. Instead of doing the right thing to honor the special, she said she if going to see about getting the special removed. I do want to give flowers when due, her assistant manager Tristian was more than willing to assist, but of course she had to override him :( read more

While standing in line, the female with the long braids delivered a sub to a customer, while returning to the line to make another sub, she put her finger into her nose, and then made a sub. I've been meaning to write this review for a couple of months, I went to this location in June and I wanted to say thank you to the staff for being so accommodating when it came to me needing gluten free bread. They were so careful to make sure nothing got cross contaminated, switched gloves multiple times and even grabbed a newly made container of tuna to ensure no wheat bread crumbs could have gotten into the tuna. I missed the grand opening, but there were still signs around. This location is more accessible and open than the old long time competitor down the street. The staff is great. My organization was extremely impressed with the Jersey Mikes located at 3569 Russett Green E off of Hwy 198 in Laurel who catered our event, Delta Days in Annapolis. The owner worked with our organization to deliver close to 100 boxed lunches including effectively handling last-minute changes to specific orders less than 24 hours before the event. The service provided was outstanding. The caterer stayed after delivery to ensure that there were no issues with the order and to be able to address them quickly if anything arose. The food arrived on time, each box labeled with names and alphabetized for easy distribution. All lunch orders were correct, and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Extra pans of toppings and condiments were included for those who wanted to add them to their meal. Everyone raved about the food.
