The inside was dirty and had trash everywhere. The trash smelled bad. The place where you get your forks and knives, there was no napkins. 3/17/26 about 2:33 PM. I needed a side of sour cream. The cashier asked the white girl for it. When he gave it to me, it had red sauce at the bottom indicating that some sauce was in it and she still put the sour cream on top. I asked for a different one and showed him the red sauce. He asked the same white girl for a new sour cream and she made it and slammed it down. It's not like the restaurant was busy. When I got home and opened it, there was barely anything in there. It's not even six o clock and and we've been 2 separate times and both of those times all the employees said they were either out of Barbaccoa or they weren't making any. We went on Dec 21st at 5:45pm and they told us that no more was being made but then another employee said there some in the back. I asked if I could wait and they all told us "we don't know." No one could tell us if we could even have some on the side and when some barbacoa was given to us, it was given to us in a little dish. We were charged full price. The fact that we were told different answers and staff weren't on the same page and is ridiculous. I moved to Russett in November 2020, and the first time I visited my local Corridor Marketplace Maryland City Chipotle was in August 2020 when I was looking at the home I ended up buying. I've been to my local Chipotle many times over the years. Food is very good & fresh. I've never had any major issues here. I had a couple of issues with deals over 5 years of time. Their corporate chat & app isn't very good, but the staff here is nice. They get pretty slammed at times with Mobile orders, which can cause some extra stress for them. One time I did a Mobile order as I had to do that way to get whatever deal, and that wasn't ideal as I had to wait a bit longer. Normally, I just go through the line and point out the various ingredients I want in my bowl, and I either take home or eat there. I've even eaten outside in the 3 seats to the corner of this small part of Corridor Marketplace shopping center. read more

Exploding burrito bowl Moments before my burrito bowl exploded on contact with the porch, the Door-Dasher yelled as he was getting in his car, "It's wet!". The burrito bowl evidently had been tilted on end in the bag, and excess water leaked out and weakened the paper bag so much that when my wife picked it up off the porch, the bottom instantly ripped out and dumped. Door Dashes fault for just leaving the delivery like that? Chipotle's fault for way too much water in the bottom of the bowl? Trying to use Chipotle's customer service chatbot on their website was useless. It stopped responding and I had to track down a phone number to arrange a refund. When i had my bf pick up the order they were already closing so i believe this was just a lazily made order. HOWEVER when i opened the bowl it had been noticeably eaten out of...which is disgusting and disappointing. Not to mention the bowl didn't even have the toppings i requested on it. This Chipotle is set up like all other Chipotles in the country. A few things stand out: 1) Speed: The line moved much slower than at other Chipotles. This chipotle stays open late and it's right across the street from the wal mart and sams club I frequent. They aren't the best, but not the worst either. Somewhere in between. There's also I target behind and a Rita's right next door. So as you can see a great location and very convenient due to the late hours they stay open. I always get the tofu or whatever they call it at chipotle. I get it with with brown rice or lettuce and salsa. It's a great alternative to eating fast food and always consistent. read more

We went here for lunch after grocery shopping (because that's what you do sometimes, don't judge) and while in line, people were social distanced, but when you got up to the food assembly line, workers were standing side-by-side asking you what you wanted, which is fine, except that the person in front of me is standing THISCLOSETOME because they haven't been able to move forward yet because someone is trying to pay. I get it, you want to get people through the line, but I don't want to have to YELL to tell someone my order because I'm trying to follow protocols that your company is requesting customers follow when they walk in the door. My boyfriend and I walked into the store and tried to order a burrito bowl. We asked for extra rice and beans and were told it cost extra. After going back and forth with the employee for a bit we attempted to proceed with the order, but ultimately left without our bowl because we could not justify the price of that. As we were leaving, the employee urged us to come back and said he was just kidding but at that point we didn't want to deal with it. If chipotle is going to nickel and dime for extra rice and beans, I'd rather just go somewhere where that's free. And to my understanding, extra rice and beans are not an added cost so I'm not sure where the issue was. read more

I REALLY want to like this spot. I usually eat from here about once per week. Not trying to trash them online but... over the years... quite a few bad memories have accumulated in my mind. To be fair, I always think about contacting them to give them a chance to make up for things they did wrong but, to this day, I haven't bothered to reach out to them (shame on me). Of the fast food options around the area, their menu is one of my favorites. But we all know that - in the not-too-distant past - the chain has had issues with customers getting sick. Here's a taste of my complaints... There have been too many times when my rice wasn't fully cooked (I hate that) and there have been times when meats from their makeline that I didn't ask for found there way into my bowl (I stopped eating meat decades ago). Also, there have been times when I've seen employees do things that definitely wouldn't fly with a health inspector. Still, I keep giving them a chance. Please find a new manager to run this restaurant!!!!. A young man was trying to serve me with blood on his forehead (from a scratch or pimple). After telling him that he had to go and obtain a bandaid to cover up the blood, the other female employees seemed very unprofessional. After the third person entered into the store, then an employee decided to take my order. She's is making my order then proceeded to place a very small scoop of soffrita in my bowl, when asked to place the correct portion, she indicated, "there is an extra charge". Worst. Location. Ever. I've been frequenting Chipotle locations for 12+ years, and this location takes the cake for worst/smallest/slowest location, by far! Arrived at 8:25 p.m. last night and the line was out the door. The line did not move for 15 minutes... That is a bit excessive, even for Chipotle standards. Being my first time to this location, I was surprised by how tiny the inside was. Barely any seating and the area behind the counter was so cramped, no wonder why they only had 2 people processing orders and one person working the register. Awful! Ended up jumping ship and driving over to Panera before they closed. I could not fathom waiting an additional 15-30 minutes and then receiving terrible food (according to the many reviews on here). I don't mind chipotle being busy. I'm gonna eat the food regardless. But for improvement the guacamole was very clumpy like the Avocado wasn't mashed too much nor enough salt , maybe that's a preference. I feel bad giving a place 2 stars but honestly this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a chipotle. I arrived around 8 the line was to the door which is normal for dinner time, it took about 15 minutes just to get to the front and then once I did it took 15 more minutes between starting my bowl and paying. The food was just okay and I think something was a little wrong with it based on how my body has been reacting since then. The employees were so obviously swamped with work in both online orders and people actually there and I know that can get overwhelming but there should've been a bit better planning. I love how they have changed the game in fast food and have made it healthy and sustainable. They use simple ingredients that are good for you. A bunch of disorganized, rude teenagers left without any management. Luckily there were only 2 people in front of me, but it still took me 10 minutes to get through the line. They ran out of chicken and fajita veggies with no back up ready. The little girl running the register had a nasty attitude, and was too busy rolling her eyes at everyone to do her job. I was happy to see another Chipotle in the area since the one in laurel lakes is always packed, but this was a first and last trip to this location all in one. Terrible. I would also like to add that the food does not taste like Chipotle food at all, and I almost broke a tooth on the crunchy, undercooked brown rice. My daughter's quesadilla was so overcooked I couldn't get the foil off, there were 5 people on the assembly line and only 2 were working. Coworkers have their friends in the back, the rice is always undercooked, and the tables and drink area are dirty. I frequent Chipotle and usually am pretty satisfied. We went the other night around dinner time and it was an absolute zoo. A line out the door, not enough seating, and the employees didn't really seem to care. After a ridiculous wait, we were finally "greeted" and we both ordered. Because they ran out of barbacoa, they tried to go with about a third to maybe a half portion on her taco. They didn't have any more and just tried to push them down the line. Luckily, my wife noticed and asked for some steak to be added, which they then looked at her like she had 12 heads. Also, I got a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side. I'm not even joking, it ended up in the foil rolled up like a ball. They normally roll it up almost in quarters, and decent looking... certainly not a ball of tortilla. Anyway, the staff had zero urgency in making anything the proper way, or handling the line and getting the orders done. I've never seen anything like it at any other location. Attitude and scowls all down the line. At least the cashier was reasonably pleasant. Find another location and enjoy. I'm not going back, that's for sure. read more

I ordered 2 burrito bowls online and set the pickup time for 6:15. I showed up at 6:30 because I know they are always overly confident that they can make the food that quickly. When I arrived I was told they were just now making my food. One employee asked for the order to be printed meaning they hadn't even started. I was offered a small drink in addition to the one I paid for. I graciously accepted. Then I proceeded to wait for about 15 minutes for my food to be prepared. Meanwhile people in line are moving in and out with out issue. Finally my food is handed to me and the employee smiles and says he included another 2 drinks in the bag...I ordered 2 bowls. Clearly there are only 2 people eating. What am I supposed to do with 4 drinks?? A bag of chips or something would have been fine. Hell I was content with the first additional drink. If you're going to try and placate the customer by offering something free don't give them more of the same. read more
