They also had signage up that was super informative and helpful for certain situations one might run into in this current environment. The kitchen is super open and the service was friendly. They offer a variety of sandwiches, sides, soups, Italian sodas, and even catering. I went with the Classic sandwich: roast chicken, turkey, bacon, Colby, green leaf lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, and avocado spread on toasted whole grain. I did have them swap the whole grain for sourdough because I'm a sourdough junkie. They were totally accommodating. The sandwich was delicious. The deli meat was high quality and had a great flavor. The veggies were fresh. The sandwich stacked. Highly recommend. They have a bunch of sides like potato, pasta, and even green salads, plus Mac and cheese, but I went with the tomato soup. The tomato soup is housemade with white wine and aromatics and topped with a dill crème fraische. The soup was so good that I would have happily eaten a giant vat of it and would have been satisfied. This will probably be the side I order for life. Although they do have a daily soup so that may have to be tried in the future. Definitely stop in and check them out!

With Chips and a drink it was about $10 more than @Subway however it was more food than I had at subway ordering 3 6" subs of theirs. They have a quality control process 2nd to none, they seal the back and the person who double checks orders signs off like a chain of custody bag for evidence. It was founded by Firemen and the portions designed to feed a Fire Crew after a long crazy shift. A portion of every order goes to help First Responders. When I called to check on my order, the employee who answered was rude. He told me my food had not been delivered yet and then hung up before I could ask the rest of my questions. I was trying to update my delivery instructions, but I wasn't even given the chance. This unfortunately isn't a one-time issue. On a previous visit, I ordered in person and was double charged. When I brought it to their attention, I was told I would receive a refund within ten business days. That refund never came. When I later returned to follow up, instead of refunding my money, they offered me a coupon for free food. However, when I tried to use that coupon, it was not honored. At that point, I requested my actual refund and was told they aren't able to do that- I call BS on that. I have experienced an issue every single time I either visit this store or order online. The late order when the company promises speedy service, incorrect food, billing errors, and unfulfilled promises have made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I am completely unhappy with the service and have deleted the app off my phone.
