Whoever the manager was today was extremely rude, which is uncharacteristic of this location. I am currently pregnant and asked them to heat up the turkey (which they did throughout my last pregnancy). I educated them that pregnant women are advised to not eat uncooked deli meat. My experience was a take out order. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and it tasted phenomenal. Cooking up the sandwich took a bit but that is because they use an actual grill to heat up the meat. Sandwich was a bit soft but the taste was amazing. Definetely worth trying out. read more

Directions are wrong. They are located just one parking lot South of where google maps shows. Otherwise, the subs are great! Nothing beats the vinegar and seasonings. The price is steep. They tend to rush you through and don't really ask what kind of bread or condiments but overall, it's delicious! I've been multiple times. 3 stars because of pricing. read more

Super great service the night my son and I went in to grab some subs! This is my go-to chain for subs and this location didn't disappoint! The girls that made our subs were fabulous! The subs were super fresh, the toppings were fantastic and the store was really clean! Outside of some douchebag taking up two and a half parking spots with his subpar Mustang, this place definitely will get my return business. I know that Jersey Mike's has absolutely nothing to do with the way total idiots park their cars... But seriously, this place rocks!! Oh, and they had Mountain Dew Baja Blast!! Disappointing food・Slow service Just took a break to get sandwiches and am awestruck at how bad it is. Three people working, order taken quickly but prep slooooooow. While I waited for them to make my cheese steak on the grill, I watched them make a couple cold sandwiches on the counter. The way they sliced the bread left it thick and thin - completely unbalanced. They had plenty of meat and about half a head of lettuce on the sandwich but what bothered me most was AFTER they finished the last sandwich that was slathered with oil & vinegar, the cleanup consisted of picking up the lettuce and onions that fell off the side onto the cutting board and not throwing them away but putting them back into the fresh lettuce and onions!!!! Personally I love onions but vinegar makes me vomit. I would hate to get my sandwich (especially at $14+!!!) and when I get home, bite into it and taste vinegar... But we are not done, I ordered my cheese steak with no peppers but extra onion. I watched as the frozen "steak loaf" defrosted on the grill and eventually they chopped it up with the onions and then put cheese on top but less cheese than required, then they loaded the roll that had been sliced open and when I got home to open it, found one half full and the other half about 1/3 empty. I guess that explains the meat I saw on the grill and on the prep board next to the grill - that SHOULD have been in my sandwich!! The coup de gras however was that the meat was so 'wet' that the roll was completely soaked thru so I ended up eating my sandwich with a fork on a plate - the bun was disintegrated!! Now let me be clear - I do not blame the youngsters working there tonight, I blame the owners/managers that have so obviously failed to teach their employees the basics. I am seriously tempted to challenge the charge on my VISA as this was a ripoff in the extreme!!! Follow up - Contacted corporate and they just passed the buck to the local franchise owner. Filed a report with local manager and he hasn't even made an effort to make amends. Close this place down until they respect the clientele!!!! read more

If I could "no" star. Ordered BLT sub....I think I got about 3 slices of crumbled bacon had to lift bread top to see if anything was there!!!! Ordered regular size sub which came to $8.11, no joke! Definitely not worth that price for 1/2 of a sub with crumbled bacon! Guy asked me what I wanted on it and I said it's a BLT but sill had to say mao, lettuce and tomato, seriously! So over priced and not worth getting...I will not be returning, too many other places where you can get a good sub at a reasonable price and feel that you got your money's worth....... read more

Every single table here is dirty. But the place is empty/not busy. It's like they used a rag to wipe up a ton of crumbs and then used that same rag to wipe down each table, leaving crumbs on every single table. I had to use a napkin to wipe one down just so we had a place to sit. read more

It was a surprise to me but I took it anyway and figured I'd have the rest for lunch tomorrow. The steak, bread and cheese were so bland I didn't even save the other half of the sandwich.
