I came in around 1:30 today because I was craving a sub and I like that Jersey Mike's has the gluten-free substitution for me. The three workers at the front were very nice, accommodating, and fast with my order. However, I do not like how management was speaking to them. He came off very rude and aggressive while talking to one young lady. Being rude to an employee is never acceptable but especially not in front of customers. This establishment is tucked away behind the quickie mart gas station. Place was clean and I was the only customer in the place when I got my sandwich early evening. Same menu as far as I can tell as the rest of them. Staff was nice, place is clean. I ordered a pastrami Ruben. One note: the hot sandwich's tend to take more time than your typical fast food place (jimi john's for sure) to get once you order it. Overall it was a good sandwich, fresh bread that was made on site, good pastrami, good sauerkraut and 1000 island sauce. A bit under seasoned for me. So it was a good sandwich but not a killer sandwich. All good and what you would expect from a jersey mikes. But when I visit the store today there is a manager working the register and she did not greet me because she was too busy texting on her phone. I placed a catering order yesterday for a office lunch today. I had a great experience. We ordered two sandwich boxes and chips. They delivered to our office. The guy who delivered called me when he was on his way to confirm my order and location. He arrived ten minutes early with everything we ordered neatly packaged. Tucked in a strip mall behind a gas station, it has unusually high quality for a sub shop. They slice their own cold cuts to order and have a spice mix they use on the subs tat make them quite flavorful. Hot subs, especially chipotle cheese steak are good as well. read more
