Great subs and fresh ingredients. Bread is usually soft and the meats taste higher quality than most chain sandwich spots. Staff is generally friendly and the place stays pretty clean. Prices are a little high for what you get and the line can move slow during lunch, but overall it's a solid choice when you want a quick sandwich. read more

If I could leave this jersey mikes a 0 star review I would. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a sandwich place. I was already on the fence about Jersey Mikes and this experience just solidified it for me. The workers were nothing but rude and made everyone in the store feel like they had to rush their order. I haven't tried Jersey mikes a lot so I didn't know what all they offered. Anytime I go to any other sandwich shop they at least let me know how their system works. The workers did nothing but rush people along and didn't explain anything about how the system works. When I finally got down to decorating my sandwich (which they told me to do at THE END) I asked for meat and cheese and the worker got visibly annoyed and told me I had to do that at the beginning (which no one told me). I asked if it would be a bother if they could add it on since it was only my 2nd time at a jersey mikes and they stared like I was in the WRONG until I just said nevermind. Then my fiancé and I got to the cash register and we started stating what sandwich's we got and the lady stared screaming at my fiancé "WHAT NUMBER not the sandwich" and was rushing us again. I will never be back at a Jersey Mikes. It was only my second time here and I will now take my business elsewhere. read more

Let me start by saying I love Jersey mikes! I've been a regular customer since 2003 but lately i've been very disappointed with them! The size of their bread ( giant size in particular) has shrunk tremendously, and it is almost a size of Subway foot-long except it cost $17.30 not including taxes . while I understand everywhere, the food costs going up and the prices gone up, but they are not even consistent with the size of their bread and it leaves. The customer extremely disappointed because the bread is not even puffed to the right size so when they cut it for you, you end up with extremely small and thin bread. So disappointing!!! - to the staff over there today when I picked up my sandwich, but of course they are not to be blamed. They literally told me they have different people making the bread throughout the week and each person makes them different. One person makes them more fluffy. One person makes them less fluffy and so they come out different sizes!!! read more

Very disturbed with how this store is. Nothing placed under the bread while cutting or preparing it. Just cut it straight on the counter next to pens and other unsanitary items. No changing of gloves after touching unsanitary items. The three employees working were not the nicest people either. I got a fountain drink and the ice machine was either not working or empty. When asking them about it or if there was a way to get ice, they just basically ignored me. Nothing about the store felt clean, friendly or welcoming. I had planned to eat there but I'd rather sit and eat uncomfortably in my car than stay there. read more

Just arrived eager to get a sandwich... I had gone once before and got friendly and efficient service. Unfortunately today, I saw 2 employees touching their phones, clothes, and faces with gloved hands, and then used those same gloves to handle food. No change of gloves whatsoever. I sadly left without purchasing anything. :( I hope management can remind or re-train employees about proper glove and phone usage when on the job. I would like to return here again in the future without the concern of food contamination. read more

Excellent sandwich joint! Some of the best sandwiches in Green Hills. I recommend the Roast Beef, the Club Supreme, and the Big Kahuna Melt (Philly with peppers). The guys there are fast and efficient at filling large orders. You won't be disappointed. These guys deserve some recognition. I feel like Green Hills still hasn't caught on yet to the amazingness of this place, probably because it's tucked away in that cul de sac area. Anyway, there used to only be a Jersey Mike's in the Elliston & Berry Hill areas. I love that there's one closer to me now. Really bad customer service from the guy wearing a Vanderbilt cammo hat, short dark beard and dark hair. I ordered a sandwich and when it got to the point of when I was asked what I wanted in the sandwich I said everything the guy shook his head angrily and mouthed "wtf!". I was confused as to why some one would be mad at me for choosing an option on the menu. He then proceeded to slam things as he was was making my sandwich and when he had finished making my sandwich he just said "hey...HEY!". When I looked up and noticed my sandwich was ready I said "thanks man" He slammed my sandwich down shook his head and stormed off into the back room. Also I was literally the only customer in the store so it's not like my request which added thirty seconds to this guy's task was holding up the line or anything. I have been to this place for lunch once before. I had a roast beef sandwich and was quite impressed. It was excellent. The staff however was not very helpful or friendly. I felt they were impatient. I decided to give it another try today. I will never go back. The employee there was not only impatient but outwardly and completely rude. I gave him the opportunity to make it right or apologize but it just got worse and he left to the back yelling at me. All because we asked for mayo, lettuce and tomatoes on our sandwich. We would have told him that in the beginning but we thought he would ask after toasting the sandwich. Please excuse me for asking for anything on my sandwich. We asked for our money back and were informed by the other employee that he didn't hear what happened because he was thinking about what he was going to do this weekend. And these were not teenagers. They were grown men. Unbelievable. And so disappointing. I would have liked to call the owner but wasn't able to find the info online.
