I really like this store, the people are so nice and the outside of the store is very clean. I just feel bad every time I order from here because they are so busy and also so understaffed. I put in a mobile order for 1 regular sized sandwich at 12:20, it told me my pick up time was 12:40. I showed up at 12:45 and my sandwich wasn't started yet. and it's of no fault to the employees who were working that day. how could it be? there was only 2 of them on a friday afternoon. Jersey Mike's is a POS.. we had an order in to pick up at 12 .. 10sandwiches $70 .. got there at 12..they hadn't even started it.. we waited 20 min before we even started getting angry.. til we see a group of 6 and everyone else that walked in after us getting food before us.. then the kid said "bummer u didn't get ur food sooner" no manager on site.. I pulled a girl to speak privately and told her we were getting sandwiches for my friends that spent 3 weeks moving me out of my house after losing my husband.. when he gave us our food he said "the world doesn't revolve around you " I almost went over the counter.. literally had to be pulled down.. Walked into this place last night at 8:10. Mind you, they don't close until 9pm. My son and I ordered two cali club sandwiches. The young man making my sandwich must have been new because he was unaware that my sandwich contained avocado. Confused, he walked over to his coworker and she said to him snobbishly, "they can't have avocado because we already put it away" ....really!!!! I will not be returning to this location. They are incredibly disorganized, lazy and dishonest. I ordered an online order and when I went to pick it up they hadn't even started it. No big deal mistakes happen. They were busy so I patiently waited. I ended up waiting 45 mins for my order and when I checked it, they made 3 of 4 sandwiches incorrectly. On one on my sandwiches I upgraded and paid for gluten free bread (my niece is allergic to gluten and gets very sick when she eats it). They gave me wheat bread so I asked them to remake the sandwich. That's when they told me they didn't even have gluten free bread. I told the worker they really need to communicate this information before putting someone at risk of getting sick and she said "ya we should say something ahead of time". She never apologized. My niece ate a few bites of the sandwich and was sick for a few hours. It's ridiculous that I waited 45 mins for a online order and they purposely used wheat bread instead of just telling us right away the do not have gluten free bread. This kind of laziness is inexcusable. Food allergies are serious and it's negligent to disregard special requests. I would have spoken to the manager but I felt like it was a lost cause. read more

This is the 3rd time I've tried to get gluten free bread from the Corona Jersey Mike's and they haven't had it. The first location kept us waiting for 15 min in store before informing us they "lost" their Udi's bread, so I placed a mobile order for this location. Instead of calling me to inform me they don't have the bread they wait until I arrive and tell me they could make a bowl instead. If I had wanted a bowl, I would have ordered a bowl. This is not the usual Jersey Mike's I go to but I was starving and in the area. I ordered it online for pick up. When I got there, it is set up perfectly to adhere to social distancing guidelines. However that was the only thing perfect about the location. It did not feel like the cleanest location but I was thankful I was just running in to pick up my order. When I walked in, I was the only customer but was not greeted by either of the two employees. The woman who was making my sandwich, looked up and asked if I was picking up an order. I said yes and she explained she was still making it. She told me to grab any bag of chips because the one I wanted, they were out of. As I was deciding, the woman finished the sandwich, wrapped it up, bagged it, and walked away. She never told me it was ready. The other employee was working on something and didn't say anything either. So when I turned towards it, I double checked the bag, saw my name, grabbed it, said have a nice day, and walked out. Once I got in my car and opened my sandwich, I smelled a rancid odor. Of course it was my sandwich. I obviously did not eat the sandwich nor did I return it because why would I? I come to this Jersey Mike's once or twice a week because it's very close to my house although I do enjoy their sandwiches I notice when they are busy they don't really work too well together as a team and their lead usually seems pretty stressed out because the other workers lack speed and seem like they are stressed out and the food will take a long time to be made especially if they are backed up with online orders sometimes the bread that I receive is stale or over cooked and it's really hard and crumbles so make sure if you go you pay attention to the bread they're giving you or youll be home with Stale over cooked bread , I think this place would be a lot better if they took the time to really train their employees on how to be efficient with their time and help each other out more , it is a lot of young employees at this location honestly this is the only Jersey Mike's location that I've been to where they're pretty slow I've been over to the Jersey Mike's off Ontario Avenue in Corona and they were really fast also I went to the McKinley Corona location and they were really fast as well and had way better customer service. hopefully this jersey mike starts improving because I feel like they could be going downhill at the moment I also noticed that sometimes they don't have the open sign turned on. read more

I keep giving them chances to make me the customer happy. I called in to order a sandwich tonight but they told me they don't take orders over the phone after 8:45 PM. So my husband drives down there (we live close) and they tell him they are out of bread. Why didn't they tell me that over the phone?
