Used to love this Jersey Mikes but recently super disappointed in the lack of freshness and stale bread. My last order was a #7 turkey and provolone, I ordered a giant to share with my kids and paid for extra meat. There definitely was NOT extra meat. In fact it almost seemed like less meat! I also ordered the tuna for my husband and they skimped so badly on the tuna, it was pretty shocking. They also did not add tomatoes which I asked to add to his sandwich. The worst part was the bread, which is usually my favorite part. It was so hard and stale and seemed a week old. Unfortunately I will not be back here. read more

Drove up, waited maybe 5 minutes as the 2 female employees catered to the one inside customer. The wandering employee grabbed our bag and stopped by the chips to complete the order. Handed over the food, home we go. Upon unwrapping the 2 sandwiches noticed the ingredients to both were switched. The services was horrible took over 25 minutes to even start taking my order cant believe how slow and unfriendly the people working at this location are. The lady cutting the meat looked to be interested in helping certain people kept on going out of her way to make sure they were taken care of everyone else in line didn't seem to matter at all. I ordered a catering box for a party. Since there would be a specific number of people attending, and many small eaters, I opted for each sandwich to be cut & wrapped into quarters. When I got home, they were cut into thirds. This leaves me with not enough sandwiches to go around, and more than most of my guests will eat. When I called to ask what could be done, they said, "Bring the sandwiches back for a refund, but that they need 24 hours notice to make another order." I don't have the option to cut & wrap them individually myself, so now some of my guests will go without a sandwich, and most will throw portions in the trash! What a waste - of my time, of my money. They gave me the wrong bread, when I called to ask what happened the employee told me "we ran out of that bread earlier, our website isn't updated, so we just put it on white bread", instead of contacting me and asking if they should continue to make the sandwich or cancel my order. Descent location, nice staff and they get through the lunch rush pretty quickly. While I don't eat here, my husband does every so often or I will come here and get him a big Kahuna cheese steak, the only thing he eats here and loves every time. Prices are a bit high at $14 for the giant size, but it is huge and can be easily shared (though he doesn't) they offer specials and send out coupons to make up for the prices a bit and my husband says the meat and quality is much better than other sub shops. They don't have any real veggie options that interest me, but since my husband loves it, they are ok with me. read more

I recently visited this location. The workers that day were Margo and another girl. I got the name from my receipt. One girl had a nose ring so I'm not sure if that is Margo or not. But these 2 girls were not very friendly. I ordered a pastrami Ruben and asked for grilled onions. I had gotten this at 2 other location before. The staff at those locations offered them to me when I asked for onions. So I ask for them for my order and was told by the first girl that they don't do that. Then the other girl chimes in and says we never put those on a Ruben. I felt a little taken aback by this and started to doubt myself. So when I left I read my review for the Tustin location and it confirmed my previous orders. So needless to say I listened to them and didn't get my sandwich the way I wanted and requested. Plus no onions whatsoever were put on my sandwich. I was very frustrated by their attitude and also being lied to. I have always gotten great and friendly service from other locations. The manager needs to talk to these two girls about not giving customers the items they want. I also asked for some banana peppers on the side. They seemed bother by this request. When my friend saw I got some he asked for some also. They said oh you want more? I said no, he wants some for himself. This place makes a decent sandwich, but I feel it's a bit overpriced for what you receive. In Norco, your options for a good sub are slim. I have visited 4 or 5 times, when I'm craving a sub & in the area. I get my usual sandwich with no swiss or peppers. Both provolone and swiss cheese come standard on the sub. So you'd think if I don't get swiss, they would at least give me another slice of provolone. Nope! Just the one, unless you Demand more. Most times, these young ditsy girls will go on auto pilot and start dressing my meal with peppers anyway, even if was just a few seconds ago I said "No bell peppers". They will ask you at Least twice "You want it Mike's Way, right?", and I don't. The way the staff acts, it's like they get paid commission on those sandwiches made "Mike's Way"! I like both breads they use on their subs. Options for dressing your sandwich are not as extensive as Subway or Togo's, but Mike's has good topping choices for what they do carry. Would like to see an older age group of employees, or just ones with better work ethics, get incorporated at this store. Most times the teenage staff is just goofing off and not paying attention to their customers. With Riverside county having some of the highest unemployment rates, I figure the owner would have more choice in a better staff. I feel the sandwiches here are a bit chintzy with their meats and cheese. If you want a sandwich made YOUR way, not Mike's, try Togo's. Their business motto is designed around having lots of meats and cheeses stacked on your sub. For the same pricing as Mike's, you get a sub with at least double the meat and cheese! You will have to hop on the 15 & head over to Corona by Sam's Club. So, the value of a better sub is your call to make the trek or not. Best thing, there is no "Togo's way", that employees are repeatedly pushing to make your sandwich! read more

The other night he purchased a $15 sandwich got all the way home and noticed that they put onions when he asked for NO onions. It was close to closing time, however he called and spoke to a manager who told him that his name would be placed on a "list" for replacement. That was a few days ago. I went in today to retrieve the sandwich and was told that his name was not on the "list" and the best they could do was 50% off a new sandwich. Hmmm... how is that for customer service?? The sandwich is $15+ and literally thrown out because of their mistake and they aren't willing to make this right? This marks the third visit in a row where my bread was hard and stale. I see the employees handle the product. Can't they tell it's old... yes they can. The meat and cheese is fresh and they slice it in front of you just like going in the deli unlike other places where they have it already sliced and it's just separated by some wax paper, who knows how long it's been sitting there. The blend of the spices they put in that vinaigrette is just so tasty. The bread tastes fresh as well. Customer service is wonderful, fast and friendly too. Price is a little on the higher side compared to other sandwich places but it's worth every bite. Place gets busy during lunch hours but it goes quickly. Highly recommended place! read more

First off, I am writing this review after at least 4 similar experiences with this location. What I am about to say is not based on a single visit.. It seems like every other time I order from here, they are out of gluten free bread. And my neighbor, who also has a gluten sensitivity, has had similar experiences here too. If you take the time to advertise "gluten free subs" on the front of your business, please actually HAVE it on hand. It's so frustrating. Going through the refund process is always an ordeal with this place too! I ordered off the app--if you are out of stock on a particular item, it is easy enough to note "item temporarily out", just like other major companies like Starbucks does. I drove all the way up here to this location, only to discover you are out, once again. A waste of my time and money! I would advise anyone coming to this location to simply drive a bit further into Eastvale to either of the two locations over there. The positive reviews are what brought us here and man were they right. Such a nice clean place, tvs for sports and staff was friendly. Best things about this place they sliced the meats right in front of you!, I ordered the cali club that has thinly sliced turkey but they add so much to your sandwich, thinly sliced deli meat is my favorite! The bacon was so delicious, the crunch in ech bite was just wonderful. It's a very basic sandwich: Provolone, lettuce, peppers, jalapeño, tomato, onions, pickles, salt, pepper, oils, and oregano. That being said, it is extremely flavourful and very filling. What I appreciate the most however; is the staffs attention to detail. They change their gloves, build sub at another location, and are very friendly while doing it. Cross contamination doesn't happen as result and I get the security of knowing my food hasn't contacted meat. I truly appreciate this because it's an after thought for a lot of people. Well I use to love coming here. I would walk in the door and EVERYONE would say "hi how are doing?" And as of today this changed. I walked in and 3 employees looked at me and didn't say a word. There's was ONE other customer in the building. So me being me I said "hi everyone how are y'all doing today?" The girl slicing the meat gave me the dirtiest look and said "fine" and that's it. 3 more customers came in behind me and still no greeting. So I ask the kid taking my money if they stopped greeting their customers and he said no. Well obviously they have. However, after expressing my displeasure for the wait, the owner, Erol, who was also working the line, spoke to me. I could see the genuine sorriness for what happened. He ended up shaking my hand and offering free sandwiches. Look, there's always going to be mistakes made in businesses.
