Meh, it will keep you from starving, but will not satisfy the taste buds. I've had grocery deli sandwiches that were far better. They have two options for bread, good cut of meat but the flavor was very plain. I had a club sandwich made "mikes way", meaning pre selected toppings. Lots of vinegar and no veggies. This made for a very boring meal. The size was good, it was pretty fresh, but how can it be good with no flavor! It took a little longer than expected to get the food. This could be that it's a new location and the employees were still learning the ropes. The place is new and clean. First time for me at a Jersey Mike's and I wasn't impressed. I came here nearly an hour before closing and the employees were already cleaning up for the night with the TV blasting away and no customers other than me to be served. I ordered a chicken parm and then after being told it will be a while, I got to watch them to continue to clean up the store. Finally to my surprise, one of the employees who had his back to me had the sandwich made, though I was never asked what size I wanted. And 8 dollars for a regular sized, luke warm sandwich seemed over priced to me. Compared to the San Marcos Jersey Mikes this one needs to step up its game... The subs had barely any meat or anything inside! (Should've taken a picture)...It was basically all bread that we paid for. The service was mediocre but I'll give them credit since we came in on a busy night. I normally love all the jersey Mikes that I go to so this is an odd thing for me to have to give a poor review. but this location served me a very disappointing sub today. I normally order the tuna every once in awhile and it's very good because they don't put a lot of things in it like onions and celery. they do however put a lot of tuna salad on there so that's what makes it so enticing. because after all it's only a tuna sandwich and for the price they charge, almost 8 dollars for a medium, there better be some meat on there at least. today the $8 tuna fish sub had so little tuna on it it's almost like they spread it on like mayonnaise. very disappointing. also this store still has the tip option when you go to pay for your food? its pretty annoying that they have that option there when other stores have removed it because of complaints. I always tip because I feel guilty if I don't even if I get poor service. today I received a bad sub and I saw it before they wrapped it up and I still gave a 10 percent tip. so I will go to other Jersey Mikes locations and enjoy the subs I love but I will avoid this one for a while. read more

All I have to say is watch out when you pay with a card. The cashier ran my card twice. Saying that the first time it didn't go through... Ran it again and said it had gone through them. And today I have 2 charges for the same time! Even a receipt won't help my case!! In a short span these subs went from yum to yargh! Went in today, store wasn't busy, but it looked like a fairly new crew. Ordered a #13 and wanted it heated on the grill. When they took my sandwich off the grill the girl wrapping it squashed it as she wrapped and handed it to me. That didn't get me too much, but when I bit into the sandwich it was still cold. My tongue felt no heat whatsoever , in addition the drink I got was horribly watered down. Meaning either their soda was running low or they adjusted the ratio of water to soda-syrup mix. My friend that went with me quickly ate his meal, but even he said it tasted off. I couldn't finish my meal. I thought about going back in to say something, but enough people had gone in to form a decent size line. I didn't want any mid-day hassles. It's safe to say though I won't be coming back to this location. A waste of my 11 dollars. read more

It is what it is. Yes a chain so either u like their food or you don't. The personnel make it enjoyable. This location the guy behind the counter shoots the shit with customers, some of the memorize orders, but a lot of back and forth btw customers to keep it fun. They even offered to refill my drink for me. So 4 stars- with the big kahuna, no jalapeños, but extra mushrooms and to the dude that refilled my drink with no ice. These subs are my absolute favorite! Originally from the East Coast, I've had many different 'hoagies' as we call them. Jersey mikes remind me of the ones back home. Meat is piled on, bread is soft and yummy, and the 'juice' and spices are on point. They even sell Tastycakes!! And the employees are always so friendly which is a plus.
