I tried the Chicken Parm Hot Sub with Jalapeños chips. The best part is it is hot and fresh while the worst is it's messy, soggy and difficult to eat. There is lot of variety in hot and cold with mostly red meat. Overall the subs are good the but not great. I am not a big fan of Marinara on subs and this happened to be that one, so I didn't really enjoy for it's very bland. One can try the different varieties though. read more

Food was ok, but the service was slow overall and the staff failed to deliver our second sandwich until I pointed that it hadn't arrived after other orders placed after ours were delivered. The one cook immediately blamed some unnamed team member. As a result, my son and I ended up eating separately. Unfortunate and the result of a team that didn't seem to be efficiently or effectively managed from my point of view. I won't be back. read more

Wow. Listen, Jersey Mike's is BY FAR my favorite sub shop. Usually love my experience and was super excited to hear there was one located here in Pflugerville near where I do other shopping. This was my first and will be my last visit to this location. Waited over 30 minutes for sandwiches with no one else in the store. Employees standing around not doing anything, no teamwork or motivation at all. I tried to fill my drink, three different fountains were empty... an employee standing behind me waiting to fill his water said nothing. When finally my boyfriends sub was ready (hot sandwich) they had forgotten to make my turkey sandwich all together. The seating area was FILTHY. Tables dirty, spilled beverages on the floor... and this was 3:30 not exactly prime lunch hour or just after a rush. Napkin and straw wrappers on the floor. Eventually an employee can out and smeared the crumbs around, but didn't straighten up the chairs or even really get it clean. Seriously, I am SHOCKED at just how bad the service and experience was here. Avoid at all costs. read more

I don't know who does the training for this Jersey Mike's but it's clearly not the same person that trained the sandwich-makers at the Cedar Park location. The Reuben is my favorite sub and this location just does not know how to make it. It's always dry and has barely any sauerkraut so the flavor is completely wrong. The first time I had a sub at the Pflugerville location (last year), I told them it was bad and obviously nothing has improved. Cedar Park, on the other hand, has never failed. I came in a few weeks ago. The gentleman that took my order used a fake voice, I manage teenagers so I get it they are just trying to have fun and make the time pass. So I just ordered our usuals and went to pay. Well an older lady comes in to order next and the same guys uses his fake voice but this time when the older lady can not hear him or understand him, instead of breaking character and just using his real voice he starts to act sped. Which as a sped educator working with special needs I find it incredibly rude. And the other employees behind the counter can't keep their composure. Some run to the back to laugh, some laugh right there behind the counter. Then they finally start dressing my first sandwich and I ask for it mikes way. Well the guy who is full on acting and speaking as if he has special needs. Starts asking me if I want other things on the sandwich. Then I noticed the bread isn't on wheat, which is mostly because he was having so much fun with his voice he clearly want paying close attention to what I ordered. I say that that sandwich should be on wheat and he just stands there and stares at me. One of the ladies behind the counter repeats that it should be on wheat. So he looks at me and with his normal voice says "my bad" and then goes the make a new sandwich. The other two ladies behind the counter could see I was getting upset and clearly knew his voice and act were fake. So they tried best to be as sweet, kind and complimentary towards me during my last interactions. After we finally got our sandwiches they were good as expected. read more

I have never had to wait 30 mins for a sandwich, and I have never has a sandwich that was made sloppy at any other Jersey Mikes. The last three times I have been to this Jersey Mike's they have either screwed up my order or been out of stuff. Today they were out of TURKEY and PICKLES. I have paid for extra cheese and they don't add it...or asked for regular white bread and they used rosemary parmesan bread. I doubt I will go back to this location as I have a hard time paying $8. for a sandwich I can't even get pickles on because they ran out. Someone isn't doing their job if they can't keep enough supplies to even make your sandwich. I also think they may of been out of black pepper today as the guy kept shaking a empty shaker on peoples sandwiches. I heard him ask other staff to bring more pepper but they never did....and he just kept shaking that empty shaker. read more

I went in to the Stonehill location for the first time, actually it was my first time to ever go to a JM's. I was greeted promptly by a young man working in the back and then later by a young woman who came to the front as well. Since it was my first time, I just wanted to look over the menu first before ordering and I'm sooo very glad I did. Several customers came in after me and went on to order. While waiting to figure what I wanted and searching for gluten free options and prices, I observed what made me cringe and leave! As customers paid for their orders I observed both of these employees, who greeted me promptly, to work the cash registers, give receipts and or change if needed, wipe down equipment, etc and then both proceeded to slice meats and make sandwiches touching meats and veggie ingredients all WITHOUT changing gloves!!! I realized they had both emerged from the back from working back there as well, all while having worn the SAME gloves!!! While I could have asked them nicely to put on clean gloves prior to making my sandwich it was what I then witnessed that sent me out the door!!! Having just observed the young man complete a transaction for a customer, wearing same gloves, he then scooped together shredded lettuce that had not made it into the sandwich he'd just made, which was sitting on the countertop, he proceeded to toss it back into the fresh lettuce to be used for someone else's sandwich...dirty gloves and all!!! Sorry but I can't!! Gloves are not just for their protection but they are for the protection of their customer base as well to keep people from getting bacteria and germs that live on food work spaces, trash cans and yes, even cash registers AND above all currency exchanges!!! Sorry, but it will be a very long time before I ever try to go to a Jersey Mikes. There should be some retraining here or training in this area if it has never been done before!! Great subs. I had the Meatball sub and it was excellent. The wife had a Cheesesteak and it was very good, too. Need to try some more options. The bread was notably fresh. Only complaints was that my wife ordered the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak so she could get mushrooms and she asked for no Jalapeno's. Well, they left them on there and she can't stand them. It was a pain to pick them out. Anyway, I'm not bashing them too hard for that, as the food was really good and we'll live. We will be back! read more

I like jersey mike's I just don't like the one in Pflugerville because of the bad service. They have teens working who could careless about making your sandwich properly or paying attention to your requests. They want to do minimal work, you can tell by the way they stare at each other when a customer walks in. I hope management pays attention and takes action unless you want to close this store due to customers taking their business elsewhere. Luckily there's a Jersey Mike's at tech ridge which is on the way home from work so I stop by here when I want to get a sandwich. read more

Well was back in Pflugerville and had missed eating here so before I was about to head out stopped by last night the food was great as always. However the manager was not so kind. I did realize I was coming in 15 min to closing and was willing to show my appreciation for last min. But when the manager told me over 3 times that is was 15 min to closing and I needed to give a tip for coming last min. That was not appreciated nor was not getting everything I ordered. Went in a couple weeks ago to grab sandwiches for the family. This place is always busy so I knew there would be a wait. As I stood in line waiting for my turn I watched as the young lady made sandwiches and handled money wearing the same gloves. When she asked me what I wanted, I waited to see if she would change her gloves. She didn't so I asked her to please change her gloves because she just handled cash. She took her gloves off and threw them down and told her Co-worker he could deal with this. He wasn't very happy and yelled for her to come back out and help with the line. She didn't, instead she stood in the doorway of the kitchen glaring. I explained myself to him that she had been handling money and I was sorry that she walked out. He was super nice and said he understood and that he wouldn't want anyone making his sandwiches that had just handled money. read more

Normally this place has good service and food. Service is always slow but find me a fast food place these days that doesn't have slow service, I'll take quality over quantity any day. Biggest issue I have is every time we come in, no matter what time of day they are out of Rosemary Parmesan bread. If management knows this is an issue wth do they not just make more Parmesan? Bet Subway would!!! We were even sent to another location once, that's a really bad service model. I went to the Pflugerville location today (Sat. 3pm) The staff was friendly and prompt. I ordered a cheesesteak big Kahuna without the jalapenos and with provolone cheese to go. My goodness it was so delicious. It had the perfect combination of tender grilled steak extra melted cheese and topped off with grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms. The roll was perfect; not too hard and not to soft. Even the un-sweetened ice tea was great. Jersey Mikes might cost a little bit more, but it is well worth it. read more

Went last night... Out of roast beef and onions. No one could work the slicer as the kid who was working it was in the bathroom. Kid adding the toppings was CLREARLY stoned. I used to love their subs however their customer service has really declined! My husband placed an order online 3 nights ago and when he went to pick it up they said they had tried to call him but guess what no missed calls. He was told they were out of bread. Well he wasn't happy because he would have gone somewhere closer to us if they would have really called him. So he was given 2 coupons that were supposed to be for 2 free subs. I took it in today to redeem them and they would only give us 2 free drinks and 2 free chips. Today I had ordered a 56 and the original and two kids meals. I expected to only pay for the kids meals but nope they instead charged me for all the sandwiches and took only the kids chips and drinks off. So I left very pissed. Oh and I had asked for our sandwiches to be on wheat and we got white and they forgot part of our order and made me wait for the people to go behind me before the fixed it. That is BS! read more

I like the subs here better than most sandwich places in town. The ingredients definitely seem more fresh than the place up the street. The staff here works pretty hard to be friendly and get the sandwiches made quickly. Just be careful if you order a hot sub and you are in a hurry. I've ordered meatball subs a few times and its taken a lot longer than I would have imagined. Also, bring a jacket! It always seems chilly there whether its winter or summer. Late lunch at this location proved disappointing. The sandwiches were subpar and lacked condiments. The worst part was that the dining area was disgusting. I counted 7 employees in this place behind the counter but every table was dirty and there was trash and crumbs all over the floor. Did I mention that the place was not busy?
