Food was adequate. Service lackluster. Counterperson not very friendly, almost robotic. I checked in on the app to try and take advantage of the offer for free drink and cookie. Even though it said I was checked in, no offer appeared. I showed it to the cashier who merely shrugged and mumbled something along the lines of "I dunno." Today it took almost 15 minutes to get my sandwiches because the workers were busy watching the patriots game. Due the the game, the store was not crowded because everyone was at home. I spent almost $25 and both of my sandwiches are wrong because the employees did not pay attention to what i said or they were doing. I requested bacon & mikes's way on both and got neither. This is typical for this location. They frequently run out of bread and one time a guy in a La Madeline uniform walked in and went to the back. I assume he worked there but he was wearing another restaurants branded uniform. I will never go to this location again. They frequently mess up our order. I will go to the location in Frisco /the colony from now on. UPDATE: I received a quick response from the owner of this location. She called me & messaged me on yelp within 24 hours. She apologized for the issues and agreed that this was unacceptable behavior from the staff. Thank You for the immediate response, it's nice to know someone is paying attention. OK...so i've been getting a sandwich a week for dinner as my wife has gone "Plant Based" but i'm still not buying into that voodoo hokey smokey way to eat. So 4 trips (weeks) ago i hit them up about 7:45pm (normal time for me to eat) and they had all their food put away. They greeted me nicely but when I said I was just getting 1 sandwich to go I felt the glares!!! While they were cutting the meat and cheese I went over to the door and saw that closing time is 9pm. I figured that they had to get out right at 9 for some reason, OK, No Biggie. My issue is that, that is their normal operation. Has been happening for all 4 weeks. Last night the eyes were rolling around in their heads when I asked, "You guys close at 9, right?" "Yes sir" was the response. What they don't understand is that it makes customers uncomfortable watching them get out the veges, meats, condiments, etc...Like i'm putting them out or asking them to drink pigs blood. I've never not been able to finish a sandwich from any Jersey Mike's location. We ordered 5 subs and one tub. The people working today were as incompetent as it comes. Every order was wrong! They even put a slab of mayonnaise on the Tub. If I were the owner I would be pissed as to how my store was being run. This location use to be great. Came into the store at 1:25 today. They were out of bread. A sub store out of bread at lunch time. The manager said, the bread would be ready in 30 minutes. This is not the first time this location has been out of bread. They have a great location and product but the franchise and owners have let this location be ruined by long standing poor management. read more

I recently went to Jersey Mike's new store on Coit and Legacy in Plano. First time customer of Jersey Mike's, ever. Very clean, friendly staff, and FAST service. Even though they just opened, I walked in, waited in line for a very short period of time, and walked right out with my food! The sandwich is fresh tasting and not soggy. Their Sweet Peach Tea is to DIE FOR. SO GOOD. I told everyone in my office how great their sandwiches are so we're all trying it! Also, found out that the owner of the shop actually works the line with the rest of his employees. To me, that says a lot about the guy. He really cares about his restaurant and customers. Already told my office manager that we need to do our catering through them for our meetings. This is definitely the place to go for your sub fix! read more

This was my fist visit to Jersey Mikes and it was not a good experience. The persson taking my order had on gloves but was scratching her face. When I asked her to change her gloves, I received big time attitude and she asked another person to take my order. My order was wrong and when the manager stepped in he skipped me and went right to the next person. He made me a sandwich just not the sandwich I asked for. read more

I have visited this location several times, and I will continue to do so. I always get what I order in a reasonable amount of time. The ingredients are a higher quality compared to the other chains, and I feel that my food is made with care. I also use this location for catering both business and personal events, as they do a great job delivering. read more

Quality sandwich - consistently good. Get what you pay for, so yes, is is more $ than Subway. The bread, cheese, meats & veggies are superior since its all sliced fresh. Hub likes the hot subs - they're huge. I like my sub "Mike's Way" which means it comes loaded with all kinds of goodies. Only downside is that they serve Pepsi. read more

Went in last week at around 830 PM, and they seemed really rude. I understand that they close at 9 PM, but there is no reason to act like that. I wasn't even dining there! No one was friendly, and my sandwich that was supposed to have bacon on it didn't. If the sandwich comes with bacon, it should be on there unless I say otherwise. It shouldn't be something I have to ask for. Also, they seem to have a hard time keeping the red pepper relish in stock. Overall, I would say go to another Jersey Mike's before coming here. I hate to give this place a bad review - but they earned it. I like Jersey Mike's in general but would skip this location. The kids working in this place need adult supervision - badly. The food is fine. I have witnessed the indifferent teenage staff far too many times, witnessed the sneers, watched them talk on their bluetooth phones while they prepare food, etc. - too many times. It's actually uncommon to be offered a soft drink with your meal, etc. I hope the proprietor is paying some attention, or begins to. I was there this past Sunday afternoon - their Diet Pepsi was dispensing Root Beer and they were out of iced tea. I visited tonight (six days later) and their Diet Pepsi was dispensing Root Beer, still. They were also still out of iced tea (empty canisters). This is LAZY LAZY LAZY - you mention it to the teenage staff and get "oh sorry there should have been a sign" - well maybe there should have been a correction? read more

Really dissatisfied. I asked for a Chipotle Cheese steak, & mind you I have been to Jersey Mike's multiple times but never this location and I ALWAYS order the same thing. I had gotten my sandwich back & what smelled to be barbecue sauce on my sandwich was actually a Chipotle Tabasco sauce they put on there along with the Chipotle mayo. I brought it back up to the register and they immediately seemed offended and although they gave me another sandwich, I felt as if I was wrong in a way. I looked online at their sandwiches and in the ingredients for each sandwich, no where did it say it included Tabasco sauce. They gave me my sandwich but made me wait a good 10 minutes before giving it to me and when I got it.. he goes "next time ask for a regular philly cheese steak but instead of Mayo ask for Chipotle mayo". I was confused and said this is probably the only location that adds this to their sandwich because I have eaten here many times and this is the first time I have seen it this way and he kept saying "no ma'am, they must have done it wrong at your location". Customer service, just not good. I know what I have eaten before, so if they would have just owned up to their mistake, everything would've been great. And if I'm wrong about this situation, than someone please let me know if the Chipotle Tabasco sauce actually does get thrown on there as well? Because I was so confused!!! read more

Jersey Mike's is quickly becoming one of my least favorite sub places, from being my absolute favorite. Maybe its this location. This would be 4th visit to location and it gets worst everytime. This particular time it took almost 10 mins for my order and i was the only customer in the store when i walked in. The had no flavor. Very disappointed in the service and food. What a rip off! Used to be a fan but no more. Prices are way too high for what you get. If you order Gluten Free, expect a bit of delay, higher prices even still, and a smaller portion. $11.30 for a regular gluten free #7 with a bag of chips - are they kidding? Then, they have the audacity to ask for a tip as well. read more

This place rocks quick easy a little more then a subway sandwich but totally worth it. Get it Mikes way. Staff is super friendly! Don't forget to sign up for your point system.
