After a good long wait, a different waitress came and asked if someone is getting my drink order, I said no. Instead of getting it herself, she told a 3rd waitress to get my drink order. That waitress, who was having a personal conversation with someone the entire time I was sitting there, asked if I'm ordering takeout? Why would they think I'm ordering takeout? Then someone came and sat down next to me and had his drink order taken and was served in less than 30 seconds. Then both waitresses decided to have a 15 minute long conversation with the person sitting next to me. I've been coming here for 7 years, but I guess go ahead and insult me

All of the fried items were fresh and hot and all the flavors were really balanced. Even the Ramen soup wasn't salty which is a problem I see at many ramen places. Our favorite appetizers were the crab rangoon and the hama rayu but honestly everything that came out was solid. I will say that if you've had shrimp dumpling or Gyoza before, don't expect anything fancy/new here. Pretty standard. The service at this restaurant is on POINT! The servers are always hustling and checking in often despite how busy things are. Whoever is managing the staff and whoever is cooking in the kitchen is doing a bang-up job. We were in and out in 30min. We love efficiency! This is a great place to go after work or just to get a yummy bite to eat. The Happy Hour makes this place so worth it! This is our new favorite spot.

Think - less hipsters, more suburbanites, but still plenty of pretty people. One major improvement is that there's not as much of a wait. Parking can be a challenge, but there is a lot across the street. 1 Star. Service - Our server was great. We had reservations for a group of 4 and the staff was very kind. They were patient with our order and made sure we had everything we needed. No issues here. 1 Star. Food - Wabi House in Frisco's has an expanded menu. There is a large assortment of Yakitori you can order, and some additional starters like their Saffron Mussels. I always start with the Karage because it's a crowd favorite (friend chicken). But if you're here, you're here for the ramen. Now, the hot Texas weather may keep you from ordering a piping hot bowl of ramen. That's ok, because their dry garlic ramen (ramen without the broth) is excellent. It's soft and creamy and the garlic has a bold flavor. Yes, they do ramen right at Wabi House. 1 1/2 Stars. Will I Return? - Only if I'm in the area. I live in Dallas County, and Frisco is a far drive. Honestly, the Wabi House in Dallas is closer, so I'd only go here if I were in the area. The tots come with Parmesan on top, which my partner wasn't too crazy about so we'll ask for it without next time but would have been nice to know beforehand. The fried pickles were sliced longways (idk how else to describe it but they were flat and wide, not like pickle chips), and it was the perfect ratio of batter to pickle--super crunchy! The burgers themselves are thick, cooked to your preferred temp, and there are lots of toppings to choose from. Will definitely be back when I'm craving a heartier burger than In N Out or, inevitably, those fried pickles
