Then someone came and sat down next to me and had his drink order taken and was served in less than 30 seconds. It's not the best ramen I've had in Dallas but it's a good middle of the road. It's also 25% cheaper than the best ramen in Dallas, so the resulting flavor quality is proportional. Tsukune - my friend got it. They loved it so much. Makes me want to try it next time! Okra bacon - very indulgent. Salty for me but I'm sensitive. My partner loved it. Togarashi helps a lot to cut the fat. 7/10 Ramen Broth - The tonkotsu is rich and creamy. The shoyu is deep and savory. 8/10 Egg - eggsquisite jam, 11/10 Noodles - tasty but not my favorite. Softer side, wish they were firmer. I'm guessing they're from frozen, which is okay. 6/10 Chashu pork - dummy thicc, not as tender as I prefer. I think the marrow crab was a little over hyped, it was still good and I am happy that we ordered it, but I don't think I'll order it again. The lamb chops were alright, a litttle more well-done than I am used to, but still pretty tasty. The tonkotsu ramen was above average and filling. The tsukemen was strange. This may be my own preference, but I was expecting the dipping broth to have a strong dashi flavor, but this was not the case. The dipping broth tasted like a slightly more concentrated version of the tonkotsu broth and felt very greasy. I would not recommend the tsukemen. The atmosphere was excellent. Both my partner and I loved the wood furnishing and felt quite comfortable despite the fact the restaurant was very busy. The service was outstanding, when we told the waitress that this was our first time here, she explained the full menu and gave a number of recommendations in each section.

Like some other reviewers mentioned, it is a bit pricey because the burgers don't include a side, but I will say the sides are good! The tots come with Parmesan on top, which my partner wasn't too crazy about so we'll ask for it without next time but would have been nice to know beforehand. The fried pickles were sliced longways (idk how else to describe it but they were flat and wide, not like pickle chips), and it was the perfect ratio of batter to pickle--super crunchy! The burgers themselves are thick, cooked to your preferred temp, and there are lots of toppings to choose from. Will definitely be back when I'm craving a heartier burger than In N Out or, inevitably, those fried pickles
