Im a huge fan of Jersey Mike's Subs. But this is the last time I will ever go to any Jersey Mike's. The services from the manager Summer was horrible. She does not have no customer service. Sorry for the co workers who where working with her they are great. I went in at 10:30am today order 5 subs meals total over $67.00. I was trying to pay with a $50.00dollar bill and a $20.00 dollar bill. She did not want to accept it. Her response was because they been rob many times and can't accept any bill over 20. Her explanation does not make any sense because giving 20 or 50 it's the same. I understand if I go in trying to by 1 sub with a 50bill or larger but my bill was over $50.00. This does not make no sense when you are spending over $50.00. Then she goes on and gives me her district managers number with a huge attitude. read more

I've never had a complaint about this store, they're always so kind, but today was slightly different. I wanted something new and I asked the gentleman on the phone what are their top 3 hot/cold subs. He gave me great menu items and also suggested a combo he makes for himself. He described it and it sounded ok, so I ordered it. This sandwich was like trying Jersey Mikes for the first time again (: it tasted like a torta! He called it the Ricky/Eden special. This is my first time here and it is the last time for me. I ordered it online and the sandwich wasn't ready for pick up as promised. The food was not fresh and so dirty. I found 3 strands of hair stuck in the meat. The bread was saggy. I wrote the feedback on the website but no response at all. I paid $9.54 for a dirty sandwich -a piece of trash. Oh no no! Thank God for great fresh sandwich places to eat. I am a regular at the Rialto Jersey Mike's (San Bernardino Rd/Riverside). You can't go wrong choosing Jersey Mike's for a great sandwich. Mind you, they have about 14 cold subs and about 10 hot subs... you can always get it Mike's Way (thinly sliced Onion, sliced tomatoes, Olive oil Blend, Oregano, & Salt), or you can change it up your way, which is what I do by adding Mayo, Mustard, pickles, jalapeños, and sometimes their cherry Pepper Relish...Made with such great tasting bread.... yummy!!!! No I don't work for them or know anyone that does, I'm just a regular there and love their sandwiches. I usually order it on the days I work during lunch time, and pay on their app, I also get reward points, and the best part is that It's ready in minutes for pick up! read more

I love Jersey Mike's. This location is just as awesome as the rest. I would pay more and drive a little further from home for a great sub here than to step foot in one of the 5 subways in my path on the way to this location. 4 star rating is for the funky drinks. I don't care for them. I want my Dr Pepper and Mt Dee options like all the other Jersey Mike's in our location. For this reason I don't buy combos. I get it and take it home. I also don't like that they got rid of the managers special option. That saved us a ton of money with our big family so we don't visit as often as we like. I don't do gluten free, but that option is now available and they keep it separate to be careful not to cross contaminate. Great subs, fresh bread ( not smashed down and sickly like some places *cough* subway *cough*) clean work space. Great customer service so far. Keep it up! read more

I prefer not to give 1/2 star rating (3.5), but I feel this sandwich joint is just slightly above your famous competitor. At this particular Jersey Mike's the staff seems to be friendlier than most of my recent visits to the other place, and the food quality is slightly better. The wait was a little long for calling my order in, but there was a larger order that was called in ahead of me. I ordered the 8" turkey sub "Mikes Way" and it was satisfying to the belly. I wasn't familiar with "Mikes Way," but it's onion, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and spices. I don't see having a sub any other way other than Mikes Way. I've downloaded Jersey Mike's app and created an account. Now I have the convenience of ordering my food with the tap of a finger, and picking it up at their To-Go register next time. read more

Went with my husband and ordered two subs. I told the girl I wanted combos but apparently she didn't hear me so she rang us up each item separately. Two sandwiches, two chips, two soda When I asked her if she rang it up separately or as a combo she said she did ring it up separately. So why didn't you make right for the customer? Could have been an easy fix. Cancel transaction and rering it up for the customer to get the price if the combo. $30 for 2 sandwiches ‍. Yeah we won't go back there. read more

My bf and I got two free subs from a Jersey mike's a few cities away because our online order was missing an item (they were so cool abt it, we always go there and have a positive experience) so we tried to cash them in at this one after grocery shopping. Upon entering we asked if we would be able to use BOTH of the coupons before asking them to make our food because we weren't planning on ordering unless they worked. After the employee (who was very nice) consulted with their manager, they told us, yes, these are good coupons and we can use them. We ordered our food and got up to the front where we tried to use them. They told us it was only one per visit when the coupon clearly said one per person. We asked why they couldn't just separate the ordered since we were both two separate people, the manager said no and told us she would give us a dollar off. In the end, our visit to redeem the coupons we received as compensation for an accident at another store ended up a $10 bill for a veggie sandwich, complete with a bad attitude. i like this place a lot, i ordered the giant #9 for my boyfriend and they didn't give us any bacon on the sandwich at all which is weird cus they were about to close so not like they were busy. they also didn't put any sauces on the sub even though it was supposed to be the mikes way, on top of that they never ask you if you would like a different kind of bread or not. the default is just white bread but damn the bread tasted pretty hard like it was a struggle to take a bite not gonna lie. the food here is good but idk i probably won't place over the phone again so i can make sure they don't miss something on the sandwich next time. read more

If I could give negative 5 star review I would. I ordered a club sub mikes way and was rudely told by the girl that I could order my topping "over there" they began to make the sandwich with white bread I then requested rosemary parm bread like I always do because they usually ask what kind of bread I would like before hand. The manager then refused to make it with rosemary bread saying that they always make the sandwiches with white bread unless requested before hand and that it's not their policy to change the bread. I told her that's not what I wanted, she then said well you can pay for another sandwich lol super unprofessional. The staff is extremely welcoming. I walked into the restaurant 20 mins prior to them opening. I was greeted by Alyssia and she informed me that they were not open yet. As I acknowledge her, she stated that she had no problem serving me and proceeded to make my food. I found this extremely thoughtful and kind. This place is trash. 6' sub with very little meat and veggies inside. Ordered a BLT with extra bacon and avacodo. The thing was tiny. Cheesesteak same thing. Asked for extra cheese but they made it like i didnt ask for extra. Total came out to 19$ i can see why ono hawaiian and chipotle has more customers. You guys! I would highly recommend coming to this location. Jersey Mike's is delicious regardless but the experience here was amazing. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be having fun while working. I love going into places with a happy give like this! They had alt Rock on the radio which just enhanced the laid back feel. To top it all off this place was soooo clean. Every single table was wiped, nothing on the floor. The beverage area was fully stocked with nothing sticky on the counter. The patio area was clean too. What a shame. I had high expectations for Jersey Mike's. But I guess that's what happens when you get franchise locations. The service was horrible. Young kids who don't really know about customer service. But they are young so it's not to be expected. The guy who made my sandwich literally gave me like a thin slice of turkey on my number 7. I mean I was almost ready to order extra turkey to get the amount I normally get at other location. Maybe the manager is tight so that's how they teach them to make sandwiches. So I was hungry for my favorite place. I have been to the Fontana place off Slover; they are excellent over there with speedy service and delivery, despite being very busy ...I live in Rialto and decided to try out the new place in Rialto, off Riverside Ave. My experience, however was not good at all. There were only two customers and it took them over 15 minutes to cook one sandwich. My wife was pissed as I ate my cold sandwich and she literally had to eat hers alone. I will not come back to this place....hell NO!!!! And to top it off we had to give the hot sandwich back because it was not done right.
