Ive only tried jersey Mike's from the app ordered and picked up at the stated time with no problems. Ignorance is bliss until my bubble was popped. I've never really seen how they made the sandwiches until I went in the store to place a order. I was kinda grossed out by their method of making subs. The sub had no barrier in between the bread and the counter. I watched the subs get made back to back different people switching in an out with the bread just sliding on the bare counter. Not once did I see it wiped down and I was there waiting awhile. At least in other sub places they put the bread on the wrapper as soon as they get out of its storage to get assembled. So I Love Jersey Mikes! There food is so good! The subs are always so fresh and tastes so much better than Subway. I always order the #7 mini! Which is the turkey and provolone sub. I love how they add the oregano to the sub to give it that extra kick. Super friendly and there chips and choices seem endless! Def recommend this spot to anyone who loves sandwiches! read more

Store is filthy dirty, young lady slicing the meat told a customer that was before me to speak English! Customer had an accent but I understood her order. I asked the cashier if they were offering brewed ice tea and he said yes, charged me for a large ice tea yet handed me a small cup. As I fill the cup with tea I learned to container was empty, bone dry and never had tea in it. The owner of this location needs to start staffing the restaurant with the proper head count. The employees even complain about how cheap the owner is. This has nothing to do with Covid, even before covid this location offered bad service and low quality of food prep. read more

It's Jersey Mike's-great subs, friendly team members, clean and comfortable with lots of seating both indoors and outside on the large patio. Cool music playing with soundless sports on the TVs, which I really enjoy. Had a fantastic Chipotle Cheese Steak, devoured is probably more accurate! I really enjoy the sandwiches here and the staff is always courteous here as well. Generally the place is clean and the restrooms clean , at least when I've used them. However I'm giving a 3 today though as literally I've yet to be able to go in this place and come out in less than 20-25 minutes, even if I'm the only one getting a sandwich made. I've been to other Jersey Mikes all over the area and this location is the only one that this happens. The customer service is lacking with the system to make the sandwiches and get people in and out quickly. First they always have the new slower worker on the front line by himself and nobody will help no matter how busy or long the line gets. Everyone else is in the back. The other thing is they have this habit of working on multiple orders at once , mixing everyone's orders together. It gets confusing . They also don't process the online orders until the person picking up is just walking in the door, then they start. And of course to catch up they mix your sandwich in with that order, which happened to me today again. It happens almost every time I go here. I was the only one in line when I arrived. I gave the guy my order but before he could start his supervisor was explaining about this large online order that my guy was just starting. There were bread loaves all over the counter and all different sandwiches to be made. I could tell my guy was getting confused. Then the woman came in to pick up her sandwiches which weren't even started. Finally they start making them. I thought the other guy would help or make my sandwich so I could get out of there. No, he leaves the new guy with all of it and I have to wait while 6 other sandwiches are being made along with mine. Meanwhile another guy comes in for his order and that's not ready either. Several people in line by then and finally another worker comes out and starts helping. She put the finishing touches on the other woman's order and then started with the people behind me. Can anybody wrap and bag my sandwich sitting there finally done and ring me up so I can leave? No way, as my guy then had to wrap and bag all the other sandwiches and then finally got around to me. I was in there for 21 minutes, ridiculous, especially when I arrived nobody was ordering or even in line. I thought great I'll be out in five minutes. Lol. I've been to other locations where 10 people have been ahead of me and I was out the door in 10 minutes. They have 2-3 people on the front line, all putting together the sandwiches and they keep it moving. They don't make you wait while they're putting together 6 sandwiches for someone behind you. Or one person is slicing and another is building so it goes faster. I think I'll stick with my other location from now on especially if I'm on the clock. My husband loves this store, honestly it's usually too busy and more hassle then it is worth. However I went in tonight to pick up sandwiches and a salad and was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and teamwork of the crew working. Please be aware if you use Jersey Mike's App for delivery they choose what delivery service they send your order with. When you do receive your order and it is incomplete they will take no responsibility to correct, refund our complete the order you paid for. They just basically take your money and wash their hands of any responsibilities of making sure you get what you paid for. I will never patronize the facility again. Food is good, accuracy is out the window. Seriously. Not kidding.. The same issue of accuracy has been haunting my visits ever since I first came here. I've gone personally several times five receipts that I can find and two more times I've been brought or asked to go here. I have tried to make the same sub all of these times. I have yet to have had it the way I want it. I guess mikes way means I can't have it the way I want ever. At first I thought maybe they just didn't like me for some reason so today I had a friend go inside and give my order. I TEXT EXACTLY what I wanted and I have em hand over the phone to show what I wanted. The cashier rang it up and I thought everything would finally be perfect. Alas it was not to be. I have been trying to order a no. 26 which is a bacon ranch cheese steak. On the menu online and in store it shows it comes with bacon, ranch tomato and of course lettuce. Four times I have had no lettuce or tomatoes. 1 time with no veggies or ranch - just chicken and bacon that was it. This time today I got steak like roast beef or something not even chicken was present in my chicken sub. I have yet after several visits get the same sub as the one on the menu. Maybe it's just me but I dunno if this would be what comes to my mind anymore as far as food prepared the way I asked goes. read more

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. They have gotten my order right exactly one time. That was right after they opened when all of the employees were new and friendly and smiling and eager to help. Since then, I have had about 10 disastrous visits and honestly, today was my last. They consistently mess up my order in almost every way imaginable. I call in orders and even though they give me a pick up time, they are never ready when I arrive. In fact, they usually have to hunt through the store to find the ticket. One time, I arrived 20 minutes after the pickup time they had given me, and they hadn't even started my sandwich. Then, they put my sandwich in line behind the last customer that walked in so that even though I ordered the sandwich by phone 35 minutes earlier, the guy who walked in the store after me got his first. Today, I placed an order over the internet thinking this would create a ticket that had no risk of human error since I typed everything in exactly how I wanted it. With my experience, I should have known to check the order before I left the store. When I got home, I discovered that my sandwich was a regular when I had ordered a giant. I now had to drive all the way back to the store to have them fix their mistake. I again gave them my very specific order -- light oil and light vinegar -- and as I'm watching them make it, they start baptizing it in oil and vinegar even though the special instructions had just come out of my mouth seconds before. The staff are unapologetic and at most, will offer a free soda as penance. If you like bad service, erroneous orders, and having to carefully supervise every stage of the preparation of your order, then this place is for you. Oh, and the food is just okay. I only go there because it's the only alternative to my favorite sandwich shop, which is closed on Sundays. Update: My wife's sandwich was also missing the banana peppers she ordered which we didn't notice until she bit into it at home. Sorry, but I'm not going back twice in one day to fix an order. I cannot believe the very poor attitudes the employees have at this location. Everyone that helped me had very rude attitudes, no how may I help you? Instead do you know what you want?? The lady that put the toppings on I had to tell her over 3 times what I wanted and she still was getting it wrong. Then I'm at the cashier waiting to pay and they're busy chit chatting amongst themselves. Then I couldn't believe that as your swiping your debit card it asks you if you want to include a tip.. WHAT?? Not with the horrible service I just received. I'm not sure if this is something new, I am often at the Jersey Mikes in Ontario and have never been asked that before so I'm not too sure. Hopefully this is not a new trend because before we know it we'll be at McDonalds and they'll be asking if we'd like to leave a tip as well. On the other hand the food is always fresh, how can you complain when they slice your meat right in front of you.. The prices are a little bit high but for the quality of the meats I'll pay it. Wow. Tried to order a turkey sub. The sub maker wanted to use the heel of the turkey, all fatty and gross. I asked that he open a new one. He refused and said the store policy was to use the heel and it was my bad luck. When I expressed my surprise as I go there all the time, the identified store manager, Oliver, told me he hadn't seen me before. I said it's usually weekends with my dogs. He then made sure I knew dogs weren't welcome there. We love the Corona location but this one has never been as good. I'm sad that I have to give them one star because they don't deserve any! Upon ordering, the person who took our order was very pleasant but the person who made our subs and the cashier were both very rude and unpleasant. They refused to make one of the subs over even though it was made incorrectly when the ticket clearly stated no jalapeños. After the poor service, we shouldn't have expected too much but we were hopeful. The veggies (mushrooms, peppers and onions) tasted like they had been pickled -- "fresh grilled" yeah right!! My first time visiting this sandwich shop, and most definitely my last. The 2 stars are only for the excellence of the staff at this place. They are friendly, helpful, and incredibly nice. I appreciated all their efforts. I got a foot long to go for a little over $15. Took 2 bites and was disgusted. Bad ingredients, terrible bland flavor, and below average bread. Had to toss the whole thing. Inedible. Can't believe people eat this stuff. Worse than subway. Better off going to a deli. Cheaper and better quality. This review is in no way a shot at the people who work here. They are professional and great. Jersey Mike's should invest in organic and non GMO products, especially at those prices. What a let down. No, thanks I'll be paying cash to accumulate points. So I start pulling money out my pockets, I figured I'd like to get rid of my loose change and pay exact, so I hand her a $20 dollar bill, 3 single dollars, and the remainder of coins which turned out to be 44 cents exact expecting to get a $10.00 bill in return...She looked at it confused in disbelief initially thinking I gave her too much, as I explained to her she finally started tallying it up using her five fingers in one hand as if she didn't know how to add, simply struggling..she finally gets it together and says you are short one cent..I continue to reach, checking all my pockets but couldn't find anything. I kindly ask "can you just? or can you grab a penny from the tip jar?" She's like NO I can't do that! then rings it up and tries to return me $14.99 change. I got #13 (can't remember the exact name) size mini with wheat bread. The sandwich just tastes like an ordinary, good sandwich (nothing particularly special), however, I really liked their bread. It wasn't too hard or too soft, just right! I would come back for the sandwiches, but the service here may need some work. The girls are nice and energetic, but it seemed like they were constantly talking to each other which made me feel uncomfortable. I'm going to go easy because this is a new location, but service here is sloooow. Good sandwiches overall. We've gone a few times now and haven't been disappointed. However, because it's new, lots of people going. It takes about 10 minutes to get from order to payment - and that is with 4 people doing the work. If there are 10 people in front of you, it's a 30-minute wait just to start lunch. Hope they can straighten out service issue. I'm willing to spend the higher price for their food, but not my time. Employees are RUDE (seems to be a trend here, eh?) I placed an order online and showed up a minute early. The girl told me nothing was ready - fine, I'll wait 5-7 minutes, so my son and I sat. After the customers that walked in BEHIND us were ringing up, I decided I wasn't waiting any longer and went back over to the "To-Go Order" area to see if I was forgotten (nearly 15 mins later). After being ignored for a good 5 mins, I was finally acknowledged. The employee grabbed 2 sandwiches from the counter behind her, dropped a receipt in front of me and tried to wander off. I thought she went to grab my 3rd sandwich, but instead asked me if there was something else I wanted. I stated my 3rd sandwich was still missing, so she went back to the counter to find it, but couldn't. Another employee said it was made, but instead she stood there staring at 3 or 4 other sandwiches when another employee suggested that she "grab some gloves and open the sandwich to figure out which was which." Instead, the sandwich was remade. It was dropped on the counter in front of me, but still incomplete - I asked for a bag, but instead got an empty stare. I made a comment that I was glad that I ordered ahead of time using my phone. She said, "Ah, humor." I'm glad she could pick up the sarcasm, but it wasn't funny. Finally out of the store a full 25 minutes later! At no point was anything offered. Not that it's required, but it's a good gesture for making me wait 20+ minutes AFTER my order was to be completed. I used the app to order food for my kids yesterday. I arrived at the time my order should have been complete. The employee was confused, didn't know about my order. She then found my order and offered me a WATER CUP for my inconvenience. There were 3 other people who arrived after me and none of their orders were ready either. We were all offered a very generous WATER CUP by the employee. FYI, my orders have not been ready on time at other restaurants in the past - I have *always* been offered more than tap water for my inconvenience. Way to be cheap, Jersey Mike. If you like a good quality sandwich at a fair price, then jersey mikes is the place to go in the area. Meat is freshly carved right before you. Toppings and add ons also taste very fresh. Staff is always very friendly and device is fast. I just wish this location was a little bigger as it does get crowded and seats are limited. I love Jersey Mike's and when this place first opened it was great. I noticed a lot of staffing changes and now this place is no longer good.
