If I could give no stars I would! This location is always out of something whether it's bread, avocados or meat. That's one thing they're always consistent with: being out of something. This is my closest location and the inconvenience of having to drive out to the next closest store is getting out of hand. The employees don't care either! They won't even bother giving you an alternate option to what they have missing. I understand places can run out of things but the amount of times they've been out of something as simple as bread is mind boggling considering this is a sandwich place. This place has the WORST customer service I personally have Everest experienced. After my associate and me both took a bite of our sandwichs and determined that they were the most Bland sandwich we have ever eaten we went in to get our money back and were told that is against their policy they do not give money back for customers who do not like their sandwiches. On December 10, 2018 I bought 3 Giant Subs from this location. I was in the area for my granddaughter's autism evaluation and had arrived early so decided to feed everyone. I had never been to a Jersey Mikes and thanks to this location I will never go back! I had them cut my subways three ways so I could share them with my grand-babies. I was the last to finish my piece because I was distracted doing my granddaughter's paperwork. Anyway after finishing my piece I was about to throw away the paper the sub was wrapped in when I decided that I wanted to taste the seasoning that had fallen into the wrapper because it looked pretty tasty. I had chosen the rosemary bread and I love flavorful seasonings, as I was reaching for some of the seasoning I discovered a cricket. I thought I was imagining things so I asked my grandson and niece to look into the seasoning too. We separated the cricket and I immediately called Jersey Mikes and told them what I had found in my seasoning. The person I spoke to was pleasant and I must apologize because I didn't write down his name so I can't thank him. I explained to him that I couldn't return immediately due to being at my granddaughter's doctor appointment and he told me to just return when I could. When I arrived I spoke to a person who identified himself as the General Manager by the name of Noah. Let me first say that I'm a 53yr African American female who served this country for 23yrs in the United States Navy; cross assigned to the Marines because I was a Hospital Corpsman and as a Veteran I'm now earning $120K annually! I explained to that young man what happened to us and afterwards he proceeded to tell me how the cricket looked like a pet cricket or a cricket from a household that has pets, I told him that I wouldn't know what pet crickets look like and I don't have pets thinking that he thought I had pets in my car that might have carried the cricket into my car, but then he proceeded to inform me about his pest maintenance schedule. So I informed him how I have my house done too but still get a bug here or there. I pointed out the fact that his breads were sitting out in the opening versus being stored into something for protection and the door gets opened a lot. Then he decided to tell me how several people have tried to tell him that they found a bug in their food in an effort to get a free sandwich and that all he would do is give me a regular free Sub. I was completely disgusted because this dude had just accused me of telling a lie to get a free Sub as if I couldn't afford to buy one when I had just spent $37.85 in his store! I've heard of these experiences before and this has never happened to me, I was super embarrassed to have to return to the restaurant with this kind of information anyway then this dude accused me of planting a pet cricket, what the hell is a damn pet cricket!!?? So I informed him that my return had nothing to do with getting a free Sub and that if I was to except a free Sub he would give me what I had purchased and nothing less. His statements have led me believe that other people, probably of African American decent has tried to inform him in the past of his pest problem and because he doesn't trust black people for some reason he's chosen to ignore the information being given to him. So this review is a warning to everyone who eats at this location, they have crickets for sure and GOD only knows what else because Noah is not very bright person! and definitely shouldn't be a General Manager in anybody's restaurant!!!! I will also be contacting other authorities regarding my horrible experience at this location, but good luck to anyone who decides to continue eating here. I know crickets, ants and some other bugs are considered delicious in other countries but I don't prefer them!!!! I thought I had found myself a new Subway restaurant, I was excited because their menu is so much bigger than Subways but I won't eat bugs and then be accused of placing them in my own food, I know everyone can't be trusted but I don't have time for stupid juvenile games. I came in today and we waited like 15 mins just to get our order taken when we only had 1 person ahead of us. Than we had to wait another 15 for them to start our order there was a girl there she did not know what the hell say was doing??? The guy white male was good at his job. If I had to guess this girl was knew she was clueless she did not know how to make a sandwich it was a hot mess... thanks to this girl there was a huge line after us. I cancelled my order didn't even get to making my husband's sandwich cuz he told her easy lettuce and she did not listen over drained it with the vinegar sauce I could not eat that. I have to say in the future you shouldn't have a new person making sandwiches on weekends. Food is good and employees are always nice. My only problem is that I always do an online order to save time but on multiple occasions they just miss the note or didn't get to it. They always apologize but the point of ordering online is to save time and it's never the case. I would have saved time coming in and ordering my food at that moment so they don't spend 5-10 minutes looking for the order and what happened. I love the staff here! They are so nice and cheerful! There are 2 workers in particular that have really caught my attention though. I first went when they opened and I had the coupon for a free sub with a 1 dollar donation. It was super good, I ordered the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and the wait is never that long. This place used to be a cool place to come get a sandwich and watch a game on tv, but supposedly the new owners are too cheap to pay for cable service so now the place is quiet as a library because no one wants to stay and sit down in the deafening silence. I'm pretty frustrated with today's visit to jersey mikes, I have a tight lunch schedule and figured instead of waiting in line I would order my meal online so that I could pick up , my order was placed online at 12:21 and I was told it would be about 22 minutes and to pick up at 12:43, when I went to pick up my order at 12:43 the order hadn't even been started...but the cashier said they were working on it...another 10 minutes go by and I ask is my order almost done...the cashier goes to look and they still haven't started it and he says sorry and starts scrambling. Giving them a 1 star solely based off the customer service-or lack thereof--I received today. The young lady (blonde hair) was rude upon my entry. I asked for salt and pepper on my sandwich and when I saw she only grabbed one of the shakers, I asked her if she put salt AND pepper. Of course she lied and said she did! So she thought I wasn't looking and she reached behind her to grab the other shaker to add the pepper. And because I said I didn't want my sandwich Mike's way and proceeded to tell her all the condiments I wanted, she cops an attitude and says: oh so basically you want it Mike's way without the onions! First of all, little girl, it's not Mike's way if I add mayo and relish on it.
