Extremely rude/incompetent employees. Came in around 5:30ish p.m. Only one other customer in the store. Apparently he had ordered online and nobody there bothered to make his food. All of this should have been clues to us. Now instead of just making the other customer's, now over due, order the one employee just kept looking at her computer screen in confusion. Eventually a second employee emerged for what appeared to be sole purpose of stocking a single bag of chips. After making eye contact with us she just turned and went back into the void from where she came. No greeting of any type...other than a dismissing eye roll. We continued to stand there patiently. The "confused one" eventually diverted her glossy gaze from her computer screen long enough to make eye contact with us. A greeting? A "we'll be right with you"? Anything?....Nope. Just right back to staring off into oblivion through her screen. For a reason that to this moment still escapes me we continued to wait patiently. In time the "eye roller" once again emerged. But this time with no apparent purpose. Was she there to once again stock a single bag of chips? Nope. Was she there to greet, or even acknowledge the only other customers in the store...sadly it appeared not. She seemed to have made this appearance with the sole purpose of once again delivering her, now signature, eye roll. And with that *poof*...she was gone again. After a few more minutes of watching the "confused one" continue to, as I imagined, watch her hopes and dreams continue to fade away through that computer screen we had still not even been addressed. Now mind you that other customer who had previously ordered online in an attempt to make his stop as quick as possible is still waiting on someone, anyone to even act like they were going to begin his process. A few more minutes and...look who it is! The "eye roller" has rolled herself back into the light. Fantastic! Will we get it? Could it be so? Indeed. There it is. A third and I must say the most spectacular eye roll of the evening. Will it be followed by another form of interaction? We wait with bated breath only to feel that, now all too familiar, cold wave of dismissal wash over us. But wait. She stops. Attention drawn to that other customer (who's still waiting). She stands mere feet from him. Shoulder to shoulder with the "confused one". Is this it? Will these two now combine to form some magical or at least competent "super employee"? She's going to speak. And what angelic words come out..."YOU GONNA ORDER?!?!" seriously shouted at him. The majestic union of these two employees sadly was not meant to be. So as the "confused one" silently continues to review the choices in her life that have lead her to this very moment...through her screen. Now the burden of once again explaining the situation with his "long" overdue order falls on the shoulders of that other customer. He begins... Not two sentences in and...the "eye roller" turns with such a fierce quickness that it caused her hair to snap much like that of a whip. And proceeds to disappear once again. And it was with this that we decided to take our leave in search of obtaining sustenance elsewhere. read more
