The sandwiches are delicious they are super filling and very tasty. The meat is so juicy and the vegetables very fresh . The staff are very friendly and as soon as you get there your are greeted with the smile. You can chose chips bottle drinks or fountain. This is my new spot my mouth is watering as I am writing this post. I took my sandwich an hour away from the location it was still fresh and I'm quality was intact. Last night, shortly before closing, I arrived thinking I had just gotten in under the wire. It turns out they were out of bread and couldn't serve. That would not have been that big a deal, I was just getting there right before closing. HOWEVER, the person at the counter was serving two other people at the counter and avoided eye contact with me for 6 minutes until finally she turns to me (after lingering with the other people for a couple of minutes after they finished the transaction), then turns to me and tells me that I can't get a sandwich. TEACHING MOMENT: When you know that you cannot help the next person (only) person in line, you ought to not waste their time. I have been to this location many time and have enjoyed the product, but I am feeling reluctant to return after being treated so poorly. read more

A solid and tasty sub consisting of good meats and cheeses and nice bread. From an East coaster, nice is an accolade. Service was professional, not Bay Area surly, which was another plus. They must be doing something right considering how packed the place was during lunch time. Jersey Mike's May cost more than Subway, but they are well worth the premium. I'd recommend this location, it's staff, and it's manager/owner who took the extra time to help make sure that my gift card would work before processing my order. Sure that's part of the job, but it was done with a smile rather than making me feel like a nuisance. read more

Tried Jersey Mikes for the first time for lunch today and ordered the #43 Chipotle Cheese steak and #17 Jersey Mikes famous Philly. I can say I prefer them over other sandwich food chains such as subway and Quiznos . Both sandwiches were made fresh and hot and love the amount of cheese that was placed in the sandwich as it was very cheesy and fresh . The grilled onions and peppers give the sandwich some crunch and a taste of sweetness . I wish they would of added more on the sandwich as it was overpowered by the meat and cheese . I choose the rosemary bread which gave it a great smell and the right amount of soft and crunch to the sandwich . I would come back if I needed a quick lunch and the staff are nice and kind at this location as well . read more

Came in on NYE and could see that the team working was really cranking out sandwiches. While busy, they were still friendly and apologetic to the long line for everyone. Customer in front of me needed everything perfectly put on their sandwich but this did not deter or slow down the staff. I ordered food for my wife and I and waited for my sandwiches to come up. I being the difficult jerk I am, asked for no cheese on my sandwich. My wife was fine withe sandwich coming as is. Grabbed the food and went to the car. Got into the car and when I opened my sandwich I believe through other companies screwing up my order in the past, I noticed caramelized onions making me think they had in fact put cheese on my sandwich. Pointed this out to my wife and she wasn't as certain. Something I am very used to lesser named brands doing. So I went back in and mentioned to the cashier the error. She without hesitatation took the sandwich and offered to remake it. Apologized and let me know that it would be a couple of minutes to remake. I said no problem and thank you. The person making the sandwich came over and pointed out that the sandwich I had brought back did not in fact have cheese on it. I looked at it a second time and realized my stupidity. I apologized and offered to take the sandwich back. She could have easily handed it back, but instead (while still being busy) offered to remake it anyway. I apologized for holding them and the rest of the store up and both people I had interacted with said mistakes happen. They were very much busy and here I was, a jerk that was so used to other companies screwing up an order and they didn't. I really appreciate the willingness that this team took to take care of me. I was NOT expecting what I got. Full disclosure, I was expecting something more along the lines of Subway (mediocre food), but alas, I was hungry beyond belief and decided to indulge in mediocre food. I always order through DoorDash but DoorDash doesn't allow me to make changes like the amount of CPR or juices I'd like on it, nor if I'd like the inside of the bread scraped off or if I'd like to have it grilled I've called and amended the order through them directly before the dashed is able to pick it up, each time they are willing to accommodate what I ask for and each time it's delivered just as requested! The younger staff members there are a bunch of spoiled brats. They complain about customers entering the store at the last hour and do not want to uphold any promotions or deals that are advertised in the store. I show up at 8:10pm the store closes at 9:00pm this entitled kid says, in an abrasive manner "jack in the box is open, taco bell is open, but you want to come here!" This behavior is unacceptable, if it wasn't for a senior employee I would've left and never came back. read more

I have had nothing but great experiences here the food is amazing the wait time is non existent the front end staff is amazing I'm talking about the young man at the front counter he looks like the kind of guy that drives off road jeeps really cool guy but i just had a very unpleasant uncomfortable visit that must be noted mainly directed at the grill the older woman had no control in talking about customers while they are still in the store. no filter on that woman, me and my kids were in the waiting room waiting for the food and in the back of the store near the grill i could hear her saying how she really can't believe people bring their kids in here and let them scream. she quickly said she can understand they are children and can't control it. then she directed the blame on me as a parent. first off kids are loud they also have no filter. kids will scream they have no control. kids will do this constantly and parents become used to it. as long as its happy screams of joy from being tickled by a sister i have no problem with it as long as they aren't fighting but if its screams of anger or fussing then yes at that point ill step in but if you think for one f damn minute Im going to stop my child from laughing when he is being tickled by his sister then we have a problem! don't criticize my parenting don't be brave enough to say it loudly! and when i'm still in the store! i know your at that age were you are upset with everything and everyone but if your going to talk about customer's parenting skills do it on your own time not at work very unprofessional very unpleasant the rest of the staff is amazing learn something from them. read more

Jimmy John... well, regardless of how you feel about owner, the 'wiches are above decent, but they don't toast. C'mon, what's a guy gotta do to get the sandwich they deserve? Fortunately, you've got places like Jersey Mike's that come to the rescue. First and foremost, it doesn't have the biggest eating space, but I feel like that's the norm with almost all of the sandwich places out there, tasty or not. But the service here is fast and friendly. They quickly sling out cold subs of many varieties and they get hot subs out to you in no time. I believe they prepare the hot subs in the back, which is great. The front need not be hampered with the possible complication of preparing cold and hot all at once. I was the recipient of a giant-sized Big Kahuna Philly Cheese Steak. It was MASSIVE and they didn't skimp on the meat.... Subway! It was packed with steak, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and cheese. I also asked for bacon and chipotle mayo. It was viciously delicious. The bread was tasty as well. Nice and crunchy on the outside, but soft and warm on the inside. And somehow resilient to all of the juices. It was incredibly satisfying. It is a tad bit on the pricey side, so I GUESS Subway has it beat there. But you pay for quality and you get quality. I went to this place yesterday for the first time and I was so impressed by the way Alice, the head chef, has been treating the customers. This woman should be elected as the Mayor of San Pablo for God's sake. I don't understand how nobody has discovered this amazing person who has unbelievable people skills. A true diplomat indeed. I hope the local television channel would do a documentary about her. I watched her making the sandwiches for the clients with such care and treating everyone with so much respect. This is now going to be my home away from home. When food is served with love, that is when you get the benefits of the nutrients in that food because really, what we eat carries it's unique energy that is esoteric in nature which feeds our soul. My first time at this location and upon entering the restaurant I (along with all of the other Patrons there) immediately started coughing due to was later identified as "grilled jalapeño's" by the Staff. Being asthmatic I had to go to my car until being notified by another Patron that my order was ready. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful when addressing this concern, which I appreciated. My next issue that resulted in my low rating is that my order was one where I clearly asked for "No onions", which was repeated back to me .. only to arrive home with a sandwich filled with onions. I immediately called the telephone number on their website and Yelp to only received a generic voicemail (that does not state that you are calling Jersey Mike's), where I reluctantly left my contact info hoping I was calling the right number. I am hopeful that I will receive a return call to resolve this issue, as I now try to find something else for dinner. read more

Service A+ very sharp, smart, and responsive. Even if they were busy making subs for other customers, someone would welcome me in and tell me they'd be with me shortly. I was surprised that even an employee sitting at one of the tables welcomed me in. Food: Tastes as great as always. Lettuce was a wee bit crunchier--fresh. I think the local area trainer was working that day--very energetic, personable person. The soda machine cherry pepesi got stuck on "on" while I was using it. I promise I didn't break it! After asking for help!, someone came over right away, put a bucket under it until it stopped, and put a "out of order" sign. All within 2 minutes. The manager greeted us with a smile and offered suggestions since this is my first time here. The folks behind the counter was enthusiastic. We got some coupons for Jersey Mike's. Free subs!!! I'm giving them a four because our sons felt subway sandwiches are better, tastier. BUT they said they were still good sandwiches. They ate em. Me personally, my meatball sub was yummay! Mmmm I want one now. I actually wanted to order a veggie sandwich but it didn't have everything the subway veggie sandwich has. As crazy as it sounds I love subways veggie. Anyhoo, the service was good, though I felt the girl could've been louder talking to me. I kept saying WHAT? WHAT? and I ain't deaf. Okay, guys, this is my 2nd review for this establishment, and it's disheartening to know that absolutely nothing has changed since my last visit. The young lady with the bracelets was there today wearing her bracelets. Unfortunately, as she made my sandwich yet again, I saw her bracelets touch my sandwich as she was cutting it in half. Once again, I left without my sandwich. CROSS CONTAMINATION MAKES PEOPLE SICK!!! How does management not do something about this? The sub was good, but the rest was disappointing. Everything on the sub was fresh to order. When it comes to what tops off the meal wasn't. It was, at best poor. The chips were extremely stale and of limited choice. Their ice tea tasted like it was made out of a dirty sock. The is no reason for either to happen, but especially since the store was open for just over a week. On top of that, it is an expensive place to have poor quality in any part of the process. If you are going to charge premium prices, you have to deliver on all points. The last thing is minor, but part of their shtick is to be loud, meaning the staff is very proud of saying a lot of stuff that has nothing to do with making the product better. I can't give more than two stars because of the un professionalism. Although for the sandwiches I'd actually give them 3 1/2 stars. For one the young lady cursed a lot with her male co-worker & we had brought our 2 young nephews. They were sitting down so thank goodness they didn't here. She also was just way too concerned of who was coming in to the establishment then focusing on her tasked at hand. She continued to have non work related conversations while still taking our order. Just very immature and not professional at all. The sandwiches were not bad at all. Definitely get the seasoning with the vinegar/wine dressing. I'm always pleased with the taste of the cold subs from this location. I did have an incident last month that was frustrating. I ordered three giant subs through the JerseyMikes app and they are delivered through DoorDash. The DoorDash driver, Roger W apparently picked up my order from the store but never delivered to me. I tried to call him and it went to voicemail. So then I called the store and they redid the order and I just went and picked it up myself towing my sick dog in the car with me. And this may sound petty but dammit I want the tip that I left the driver in the app order back! The store said that DoorDash deals with the payment, DoorDash was clueless and they referred me back to JerseyMikes corporate. I emailed Jersey Mike's and they said they referred back to the store and I never heard anything from them. I'll never know but I hope Roger W didn't get that tip. read more
