From the…read moregravelled parking lot to the old sofas, live music, and a food trailer on what was once an abandoned lot, I loved this family- and dog-friendly spot. There are even games in the yard. A real surprise was the food. I had the avocado toast it was tasty, I would order it again. When I tasted the beef Philly I was ready to order one to go, but they had sold out. The rest of my friends had burgers, the vegetarian had fries, even the dog had a pup patty, and everyone enjoyed the food The music was almost too loud; however, because the stage is outside, it was not too uncomfortable. We heard two different bands. The loud music did make it hard to have a conversation. A word of warning that does not affect my rating: bees and yellow jackets are everywhere. There is nothing that the Backyard can do to keep these pests out of the yard.

Have passed by here a few times in my life and barely went to this location. I recently went here…read moretwo times... and I gotta say it was worth the trip. It was a lowkey spot and it seemed to be a sit in turned take-out after COVID. Really small and neat with stickers of local businesses. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a chocolate shake, and everything was fresh and made to order. Fries were not cold and leave salt and pepper packets to your liking. The burger was fresh and didn't feel frozen. The shake was nothing to brag about but it hit the spot. The service was 10/10 with polite staff! The ambiance was amazing too!

Standard order comes with Miracle Whip, I was too chicken to try it and went with regular mayonnaise instead. I'm willing to come back and give Miracle Whip a try, but if I comeback, I'm definitely getting a double burger or trying a Phila Burger. 4.1/5 Garlic fries were ok. Order came with a dollop of minced garlic, would have preferred if it had been tossed for a more even coating. 3.3/5 The absolute highlight of this visit was the service. Being my first visit, the cashier was incredibly patient and took extra time to go through the menu with me and giving recommendations. But this was not an isolated incident. In the short 10 minutes I was there, I watched as this cashier welcome back a old regular, give a child a small to-go cup of ice cream, and patiently work with a customer as they were experiencing technical payment difficulties. Phila Burger is shining light of what a local, small business should be in a community. I will gladly be returning.

Unfortunately the food was just as bad and overpriced as the first time, I really don't understand how this place is so well reviewed. We both ordered 310 Burgers, one on the regular brioche bun and one on a lettuce wrap. The lettuce wrap came in two steamed, wilted pieces of iceberg, while the brioche bun was untoasted, foamy-textured and soggy. Both medium burgers had the consistency of boiled meatballs. The bacon jam was decent, but the overall experience was wildly unappetizing. We also both got plain fries, which were somehow greasy and dry at the same time, and instantly turned stale as they cooled down. We really hoped for this place because it's conveniently located, and all the other decent burger spots nearby have closed, but sadly we won't be giving 310 Eatery a third try.

The flavor is completely different. Smoky, juicy, simple, and done right. Big portions, no nonsense. Just burgers and fries the way they're supposed to be. The fried mushrooms are so good. Add jalapeños to your burger, game changer. 100% recommend if you're craving a true, no frills, mesquite grilled burger.

The patties have that unmistakable smoky char, the kind you can literally smell as soon as you step into the parking lot. It's the kind of aroma that immediately tells you that you made the right choice. This definitely isn't a spot for the health-conscious, but that's part of the appeal. Everything feels unapologetically indulgent. You can hear the constant sizzle from the grill and the bubbling rush of oil when a fresh batch of fries hits the fryer, it adds to the whole, old-school burger joint experience. And don't skip the pineapple milkshake. It's surprisingly good, with small chunks of pineapple throughout that give it real texture instead of just flavoring. Every now and then you get a bright pop of acidity and sweetness that cuts through the richness, which makes it a lot more interesting than your typical shake.

My kids and I pulled off the freeway coming from Sacramento specifically to try Johnny Boi's today. I had seen several reviews on Instagram and they were all good which meant I had to give it a try.. We ordered four burgers, two smash burgers and two Fatboy burgers and two orders of tater tots one Oreo cookie shake and an ice cream cone. The total was a little over $70.. ouch! The first thing I thought while paying the bill was these better be some good burgers for that amount of money. The food was ready within a few minutes. I saw them frying the burgers fresh, which was great! I noticed there were tater tots sitting under the heat lamp when we placed our order....i hoped we wouldn't get those because they looked as if they had been sitting for a while. As luck would have it, we did indeed get those tater tots and as luck would also have it, they were indeed cold. Bummer - cause if you know me, you know I like my food fresh and hot! The burgers were just ok. They didn't have any seasoning and the smash sauce was a bit spicy. Even though I watched them put the meat on the grill which I thought was our burgers, the burgers came out just warm. The cheese was barely melted and the bun, although very soft was also cold. They gave us a small cup of ranch dressing and it was delicious!!! The last thing I got was a Soft serve ice cream cone. It reminded me of the ice cream cones that you get on a cruise ship. SOOOOOO GOOD!!! Overall, The kids rated them a 6/10. Not too bad, but I don't think we need to go back.

Everything we've had so far has been delicious and the portions are really filling. Their hummus also tastes very fresh; I love it! I tried to order their chicken mendi before, but it was sold out and wasn't available at the time I wanted to pick up. I guess it's only available at certain times throughout the day? I finally tried it a few days ago and it was so moist and tender; it fell off the bone! The owners are super friendly and they even give complimentary tea! Halal King is truly a hidden gem and I hope more people find out about it!

There is no one in the place, there are four (high school aged) workers behind the counter. I stood there for a good minute. Not one came over to me. I moved over and got one of their attention since they were not going to come and assist (because you know, they were busy goofing off - there was no adult there). The order was NOT ready in fact, they didn't even make the fries. So they started the fries and I stood there while they were cooked. Why did you tell us it was ready when it wasn't remotely ready? I got my order and left, got home and realized the burrito wasn't there. I went all the way back and they said "we refunded the burrito, it's only served for breakfast" First off the menu does not say this. If it's only served during a certain part of the day THEN SAY IT ON THE MENU. Second, no one thought of letting anyone know it was refunded. Just did and went on about their day of goofing off. The people at the store there couldn't give a flying yahoo when I voiced my displeasure. The last couple times we've been here the service was almost non-existent and the orders are always messed up. And this was the last time. Management will read this and just laugh. They could not care at all. Time for poorly run businesses like this to be done.
