I'm a cheesesteak finatic‼ Jersey Mike's took care of that craving. The staff is always polite, quick, the restaurant is always clean, & you get your $ worth. My body has questioned my sanity cause I need a cheesesteak like another hole in my head to ensure I won't remember who I am next week. Hubby likes meat so he orders the Big Kahuna that has extra cheese & extra meat if you want more. Has a few too many jalapeños for me, the answer is quite easy-take some off & eat. I've never used delivery, it's around the corner. I'm trying to do reviews because had I read them, and given weight as to what was important to me, I could've saved some cash. Let me start by saying that I love jersey mikes in general. A coworker introduced me and it's been hard for me to eat anything else since having my first bite. However, this location always seems to be closing early (almost an hour early) and is always out of multiple things making it so that you can only choose from a couple different sandwiches instead of the whole menu. I've been to this location as it's the closest to my home, and it's let me down every single time. Tonight there was a big guy who I could tell was trying to stay patient with me, which I appreciated. Over all, jersey mikes is great, but this location needs some work. read more

The food is great! But their online app has bugs in it. I ordered and paid for dinner for this very location. I received the email receipt. I went there, but they did not have my order, even though we all agreed I was at the right store. In order to eat, I had to order again and PAY AGAIN. When I brought up the issue with their corporate office, all they said was the owner could refund my money at his discretion! THE APP IS A CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY! Yes, I'm angry. This was last Thursday, and no update and, worse yet, no refund. Go in person, if you must. But avoid the app. With their lack of customer respect, I might avoid the franchise altogether. read more

Moved to Houston a year ago I've been wanting to try this place because it's sure hard to find a good sub down here. My wife and I stopped in to try something different and we were blown away by the customer experience. The staff was extremely friendly, funny and entertaining. So I waited 15 min and only one customer in front of me. 3 employees and 1 rookie was running the line while the others goofed off in the back. I ordered twice and just stood there! Great sandwich for sure (I always get the #11 regular on white substituting the ham with extra prosciuttini). Then I get it Mike's Way (onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices (but I leave off the lettuce and tomatoes and get extra onions (to me the lettuce and tomatoes make the bread soggy))). I also get a large combo (large drink (always get the watermelon ice tea) and chips). I eat at this location several times a week. Very, very, very, friendly and very courteous towards me and others I see in the store. Try it and you definitely won't be disappointed. Jersey Mike's makes great sandwiches. They slice their meat right in front of you, which is great, but unfortunately takes several minutes. The staff is not the best. While eating there, one of the workers had their child in the dining area and was running and playing with them, right next to where my family was eating. A few minutes later, a two teenage boys came into the store to visit a female worker. There was PDA and the couple was behind the counter where the food was being prepared. I recommend coming to get a sandwich, but I do not recommend eating it in the store! read more

Awful service. 15 minutes to make a turkey sandwich because out of the 5 people there, only one knows how to use the meat slicer? Yea, never again. So I tried this place yesterday and I don't think I will be going back. To me it seemed like cheaper or lower quality meat than Subway yet more expensive. The herbs were nice but the meat tasted cheaply. When you have a lower quality product for more of a cost the least you would expect is outstanding service but everyone there seemed like they were being forced to be there. read more

My go-to shop for subs on this side of town! Fresh sliced meats and cheeses, tasty bread, and a variety of bread and wrap options. Customer service is top notch, and the restaurant is always clean. Best sub I have had since I moved from NY 12 years ago. This place does it right. Bread makes the sandwhich and the rost beef is on point. Oil and vinegar...forget about IT!!!! Good stuff!!! Pretty good, but kind of pricy at about ten bucks for a regular turkey sub, chips, and a drink. All the meat is fresh sliced which is nice, but the girl put WAY too much olive oil on the sub... I've heard the cheesesteaks are great, so next time ill get that. read more

Stopped in one evening after work for something quick and easy. The girl working was super friendly and helped me right away. Overall the sandwich was good, and quite large but nothing that made it stand out compared to other sub shops I've been too. Better than Subway by far, but pretty pricy for a sandwich. If you have $20 to blow on a single sandwich go for it but I won't break my neck to get back there. read more

This location sits right in the middle of a strip center. The place I go for haircuts sometimes is next door so after a trim, I decide to come and pick up sandwiches for lunch. Staff was very friendly as I walked in and studied the menu. I ordered the #8 Club Sub: Turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, mayo - and of course - Mike's Way®! and #13 The Original Italian Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. The Club Sub was a giant and the Italian a regular. My wife and I split the giant and we still had leftovers. A huge sandwich and the don't skimp on the fillings here either. The regular was also a good size and would be more than enough for 1 person. The only downside of this place is the prices. Very expensive for a sub sandwich. The quality is evident though and all meats and cheeses are sliced fresh and made to order. I just wish they were a little less expensive then I could come more often. read more

Terrible! The manager was annoying and over the top. Ruined my sandwich by dumping oil and vinegar on it after i clearly asked for just a bit (he was to busy talking to look at the sub i guess.) The employees were great, but if you see a guy in blue with a hat that says Grae, ask for someone else, because he'll just ruin the food. Don't get me wrong i loved the location, but with this new management, prices and the lack of employees (two people on a lunch rush) makes it not even worth going it. Amazing roast beef. They make it right there. Try it with the sweet peppers that they normally only put on hot subs (they're on the other counter, behind the preparers -- you might have to ask twice since they won't know what you're talking about but it's worth it).
