Just tried the new sandwich deli at Lincoln Center and it did not disappoint. Friendly service and meats sliced fresh to order. The beachy decor makes it feel like you stepped into a coastal spot. I got the Giant Mike Hot Italian on rosemary bread togo -- hands down one of the best sandwiches I've had. Warm bread, hot and tender meat, fresh lettuce and tomato, and just the right amount of spice. Pictures honestly don't do it justice. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be back, probably ordering online next time since the wait can be a little long -- but that's because everything is made fresh. read more

Although there's nothing wrong with the setting here, place is always clean definitely more of a grab n go vibe.. the service was TERRIBLE! Not a good impression. Right when you walk in it's already chaotic.. we stood there for a few minutes before anyone greeted or asked if we were ready to order. I get it.. it was busy so I was waiting while we looked over the menu. When we ordered I mentioned it was our first time and the gal offered no guidance. My son ordered the hot mike and I asked for no relish but to add peppers they didn't do it and when I asked the gal put them in a container and aggressively slid the counter to me.. then I asked for them to cut it because it was getting messy and WHOA... it was like I cussed them out you would think! The girl said WE DO NOT CUT HOT SANDWICHES.... Ummmmm sorry?!? It's my first time here and what's the big deal I thought:.. Tried Jersey Mike's Subs and had a really good first experience. The moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted and helped. The ordering process is similar to Subway, but tastier selections. The restaurant is small with a few tables to sit and eat for a bit. I ordered the Big Kahuna, which is one of their hot sandwiches. It was really good, well seasoned, and yummy. The only thing I wish they offered was the option to add fresh veggies to the sandwich for a little extra crunch and customization. I waited for this location to open with serious anticipation. I have been there several times & unless I go in which I can't always do because I have a medically complex 1 year-old & a 5 mo old my online order is 9 times out of 10 incorrect. Sometimes I call & let them know when my order isn't made as I ordered it & most time I just don't say anything. What's the most frustrating thing about this issue? Is that every time I do an online order, I call after I place it, speak to a manager & ask that they make sure my order is made correctly. Today I odered 2 Italians not made Mike's way. I also got a Mountain Dew. Sure enough when I received my order the sandwiches didn't have extra lettuce & my Mountain Dew wasn't in the bag. I'm not sure what it is with this location about extra lettuce, but they typically do not give it to you on to go orders when you request it. The most frustrating thing that made me go out of my way to submit this complaint is that when I called the manager was going back-and-forth with me. Basically calling me a liar & saying that he knew the Mountain Dew was in the bag and that there was extra lettuce on the sandwich. They day has arrived. For yrs Danny De Vito and to an extent Eli Manning have been talking up Jersey Mike's and now its time to give them a try. Cool names for thier sandwiches and equality as tasty. I got the #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak, add bacon, add the signature red pepper relish extra Chipotle mayo, Gigantic sandwich. Its was spicy ish, filling and cheesesteak. Lol. I dont think I'll do it up again like this. I now know I perfer a more traditional cheesesteak. Nonetheless enjoyed every bite. The service was great. They didn't get anything wrong on my order. Ambiance was just like other build your sandwich in front of you place. With the expecting of Jersey Mike's lingo when dressing your sandwich. First time in and they did not disappoint. Great service, friendly staff, amazing sandwich. I had Mikes Philly Cheesesteak on Rosemary Parm bread with a side of Chipotle. Perfect!! Super savory and tasty. Will definitely be back. I recommend getting a Giant size if you're hungry. I got to town around 1:30 and went in after a quick stop across the street at Trader Joe's. I was quickly attended to in the pick up line, let the worker know that I was thirty minutes early, he said no problem and asked for my name. The few times I've gone since they've opened have always been pretty packed no matter what time I go so make sure you download their app and order online for pick up! The best hack. With that being said, make sure you OPEN the bag and make sure it's the right sandwiches. We have eaten here 3 times in the last week and a half. The first time was the second day they were open, we live in the area and free sandwich with donation cards had been gifted on our door. We were impressed that the service was so smooth despite how new they were. Our family tried two number 8 and one of the Italian meat meals. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. The second time I ordered door dash and liked that you can customize the sandwich so well on the app. We tried hot sandwiches this time. They were really tasty but the #8 is my favorite. I ordered on the app for pick up the third time and had them cut a giant sandwich into 4th which was 3 meals for me and 1 lunch for my husband. Service was friendly and they pile the toppings on the sandwiches. I recommend the #8 mikes style add pickles and mild peppers on the rosemary bread. They are clearly still in the early stages of opening and feel unorganized. One thing I really did not like was that when my bread was made incorrectly, instead of remaking the sandwich, they simply transferred all the ingredients onto a new loaf of bread. I found that unacceptable. Additionally, I paid $18.95 for a Giant #26 but was given a regular-sized sandwich instead. The location is great, but their current system does not seem prepared to handle the volume of customers they are getting. read more

We were so excited to try this place but when we did we were so disappointed. The place is so loud you can't hear the questions asked of you. The wheat bread is so hard you can click the ends with your fingernails. The lettuce is extremely overloaded while the other items are skimpy. The sandwich was dry and to top it off there was a hair in the middle. I will not be back. If you want a sandwich go to Subway, even they are much better, which says a lot. read more
