The first time we went here the food was good but the second time the food was not great-dry roast beef. The service was terrible. The place was not very clean and the staff was disorganized. Music was super loud which makes ordering confusing. Had to ask every person what they just said more than once. Seems pricey for the food, the atmosphere and the service. Coming from the East Coast, I been waiting for Jersey Mike's to hit the West Coast. When the chain arrived here in Cali, I went out to the Jersey Mike's in OC to eat. But in a few years, they started to come to the IE. The store in Temecula is the one I frequent a lot. I always get the turkey, bacon, and alvacado giant sub with Mike's Way. This sub is da BOMB! The staff was polite but the place was filthy. There were bits of food next to where you slide your credit card just sitting on the counter. My sandwich was prepared on a surface that looked like it hadn't been wiped down in hours. The floor where the workers stand had food and rubber gloves littering the ground. I politely ask the girl at the countet why it was so dirty and she said that "they've just been really busy". I was one of three people in the restaurant. Never been before and this one just opened up in Temecula. I have to say, the staff is VERY friendly. Food is bettern than Subway, but so much more expensive (Submarina is also very expensive). That really is the draw back...feeding a family of 4 here is not cheap. read more

Issue was under investigation but never followed up with me. My debit card information was stolen at this location by a young black male at the register (didn't catch his name). He seemed nice, but something was suspicious about the way he wrung me out. This was the first time in over 3 days I used my debit card btw. He had me swipe my card over 4 times, and I never signed a receipt. The next morning I woke up and checked my bank account (like I always do) there was over $400 purchase to an online Adidas store. I immediately called the only place I knew might know what's going on and that was J mikes since it's the only store I've been to in days. So I called, that same cashier answered the phone and acted extremely suspicious. He answered my question about a rouge purchase before I even brought it up. He tried to say "oh ya any weird items your seeing in your account is from our register system, it's not real it will disappear" He knew he got caught and tried to talk his way out of it. Good thing the transaction didn't go through because within 15 minutes my funds were back and transaction was cancelled. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. Oh My Gosh!!!! The people who work here are THE NICEST EVER! Every single employee i see has been helpful in one way or the other. And they always have a smile when they look at me. I worked for Ralphs for 23 years and customer service was Always the Most important part of my job. As far as I was concerned, anyway. At this place, not just one or two employees but Every single person that works there on Temecula Parkway have All been Extra Polite, Nice, Outspoken and Soooo Very Helpful. I tried this place only about 6 months ago for the 1st time and i was not only impressed by the employees but the sandwiches are AWESOME. I've never been to a sandwich place that actually puts more meat on the sandwiches than any where I've ever eaten. I dont even put that much on my sandwiches at home. Its Wonderful! My husband who's always told me, dont make him sandwiches for lunch because he doesn't like sandwiches, is now suggesting that we go here at least once a week and some weeks, twice. Id say it is his favorite place to have lunch. And for me, i like it more and more every time we eat here. The Bread is Awesome and Everything else is too. Worst customer service out of any location I've been to. Asked for a turkey wrap and they just made it as is without asking me if that was ok. Then when I said something the employee lectured me that I wanted a 7 sandwich just in a wrap....No. Any location I've been to before they always ask whether it's a sub or wrap or anything from the menu if you want to change or add anything. They remade it and it seems left all the turkey on the first one. The one I ended up with seemed like a lettuce wrap with next to no meat, oh yeah and there was no cheese. OMG I my 6yr old and I were soooooo excited about this location opening up because we live right here in Vail ranch! So not having to drive constantly to murrieta toget our fix is a relief! The kids meal sandwich was no more than half an inch long! I looked at her and said "are you kidding me? That's not even half the size of a mini?!" She just rolled her eyes and continued. I WANT #8 MIKES WAY! the questions continued, she then tried wrapping it up when I said "where's my mayo, oil, vinegar and bacon?!" It was about a 15 minute battle as with my daughters kids meal again and then about ringing my daughter sandwich up! "No this is a mini! It's not a kids meal!" Umm I'm ordering it so I'm pretty sure it's a damn kids meal! ! Out if spite she doused my sandwich with oil and vinegar and mustard, it was so bad it went straight to the trash when I got home. Not normally a fan of chain sub shops, but I like this place and occasionally go to Submarina, but Jersey Mike's is better and they got the bread down right! Grew up in the sub, hoagie, grinder, hero capital of the universe, NJ, and this place does it right. I've been to the first and original one down the Jersey shore in Point Pleasant. This location gets crowded at lunch but they move the line along pretty fast. Sometimes an employee will come out and ask who's ordering cold and those ordering hot, so the grill master can expedite orders. The kids working here are friendly and efficient. They're generous with the meat and veggies, and yowza, the oregano, oil and vinegar punctuate NJ style (Mike's way). It's not quite like the thousands of Italian delis located throughout NJ and NY where ya get dirty looks when asking for mayo, ketchup, or mustard unless it's pastrami that comes with mustard, but it's really good. I was once in a NJ deli and the customer in front of me asked for mayo and avocado on his roast beef and the guy behind the counter went apeshit. The menu here differs a little than east coast locations, they're missing the # 2 Jersey Shore Special and the famous pork roll and American cheese on a hard roll! Parking at this location can get a little hairy but you can park near the adjacent Home Depot. read more

On February 28 2016, I had the misfortune of deciding to go to Jersey Mikes for Lunch. I ordered 3 managers specials and only received 2. I was asked 8 yes EIGHT times how I wanted a ham bacon and cheese sandwich and then she rolled her eyes at me. When speaking with the shift leader she said "I don't care if it takes 12 times" Really????? The shift leader doesn't care if I'm asked 12 times how to make a ham bacon and cheese plain sandwhich ? This is the customer service I deserve for being a weekly customer of Jersey Mikes??? And don't forget that I'm missing a Cali Club sandwhich I ordered. Oh that's right I forgot to mention it 12 times for them to understand, so I guess that's my fault as a customer. I've never met such rude and disrespectful employees. Are they exempt from having to provide curteous customer service and just take my order and charge my card so that I can go about my day? Is making sandwiches at the same skill level as brain surgery? The service that was provided to me was completely unexceptable and should not be tolerated by Jersey Mikes Corp.
