Ordered a BLT from door dash. It came to my house with no lettuce or tomato on it! Just the bacon and bread (and added peppers I ordered). I was so mad when I opened the sandwich and saw just bread and bacon after waiting 45 minutes. When I called the store the manager said it was because I "didn't click that I wanted lettuce and tomato" why would you have to click that for a BLT?!!! Bacon lettuce and tomato, those should always be on a BLT or else that isn't a BLT. You don't have to click "tuna" for a tuna sandwich so why would I have to clarify I want lettuce and tomato on a BLT. It should only ever be left off if someone writes "no lettuce and tomato". I don't get how this was such a hard order to make and the entire time the manager took no responsibility and just said "it was door dash's fault for the way their ordering system is set up". read more

Worst food ever. I ordered a veggie wrap and even the guy behind the counter tried to talk me out of it but I wouldn't listen. It contained a big glob of shredded lettuce dipped in something like vinegar with a small pink slice of tomato. None of the fire-roasted peppers mentioned on the menu were present. Extremely poor customer service. Staff could not be bothered with us when we walked through the door. The two employees behind the counter were working on phone orders and despite seeing us walk into the restaurant, didn't even acknowledge us as we entered nor made any attempt to take our order. Finally another employee emerged from the backroom after a few minutes and seemed to notice we were standing there at the counter waiting for service or to even be acknowledged as customers. I just got the impression that customers were more of a nuisance than valued guests. Another concerning thing about the restaurant was how unclean the dinning room was from previous guests and we were the only people in the place. I sent feedback to Jersey Mike's customer service site, but never heard back. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

Friend and I opted get a giant chipolte steak sub! It was pretty dang big and good totalling just under $18 with 2 drinks and bags of chips... Only thing that would have made this 5 stars if they put more meat and toppings in the sub. I feel like the amount of meat/veggies/cheese could have fit in a 12" sub....A giant sub needs to be stuffed with meat, cheese, vegggies etc! read more

I am in the area every now and again so I stop by for a 99. Really well ran, good crew with a great manager. Clean and courteous place. Manager takes time to help the for by counter and takes orders. Leadership by example. You can tell a difference in this store to others and other chains in the area. Pride in your is lost in today's work force but at this location of Jersey Mike's. I've never really been to Jersey Mike's, but I was starving and on the go. So when I walked in and it was full, I was like, ohhhh crap I don't know what I'm doing. My sandwich maker was actually really awesome and helpful. It was quick and I didn't feel rushed at all. The cashier on the other hand?? He didn't even explain how the tip thing worked, he was just like, 'choose a tip.' And felt a little rushed at that point, but it was fine. Hate to drop a one star and I NEVER write reviews. I was in there tonight to get a Hot sub for my GF and I'll admit I was that guy that showed up 15 mins before closing BUT I dropped a %20 tip plus $3 cash so I paid $15 for a $8 regular sub. Any ways the Customer service was the worst I have had in a while. The employee threw an absolute tantrum over having to re heat the grill. He was throwing the food around as he gathered the supplies and was slamming the spatula on the grill and made a total halfway sub. I even apologize for being that guy and said I will toss a tip his way for the inconvenience. He then rolled his eyes and yelled " ya well next time call and ask." Then he threw the sub in the bag and crumpled the end and slammed it in my hands and said out of lettuce btw and walked away.. First off this kid isn't my dad I don't need to call and ask during business hours if they can make me a sub. I will never go to this place again and I will be speaking to the manager tomorrow. Great subs. Just go light on the Mikes way. They dump way too much oil and vinegar on the subs which makes the bread super soggy fast.

I love Jersey Mikes they're sandwiches are the best and customer service is great the only thing I don't like is that why do they ask you for a tip when your about to pay ??? This is the first sub restaurant that I have been to that does that it just makes the customer feel uncomfortable when kinda obligated to leave a tip when you have the register guy right in front of you and I'm sure he can see on his screen if you have chosen to leave a tip .... First time going in, I went during the rush and it was a big mistake! There was a line and I was a little confused. But I ordered my sandwhich to go and sat to wait for it. They had an online order to make so I asked if they were making mine as well. When the guy handed me my sandwich he was kinda annoyed by my questions but when I thanked him and told him it was my first time he got really nice and gave me a cookie. Every Sub is delicious. We have tried #7, #9, #13 and thier Tuna (MELT). We really Enjoy all but the Tuna Mike's Way which is topping the veggies with Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Italian Seasoning and Salt. Their BREAD is so soft and crunchy at the same time (Italian), a perfect combination with thier selections of meats and cheese. Think ITALIAN STYLE and don't expect Cheddar, Muzzarella or other cheese. They only have Swiss and Provolone. Their Roast Beef is so tasty, the best Deli Roast Beef! read more

This review is based on service only. I tempted to place a large order for some middle school kids. Initially I called and the person on the phone was anything but helpful. He seem to have no interest in placing the order or earning the business. I decided that I would go in to the restaurant during a non-peak hour to speak directly with the manager. My experience with the manager was no better than my experience with the employee on the phone. He seemed in no way interested in helping me out or working with me. Staff was super friendly, not one complaint about the staff. I ordered chicken parm and was not that impressed. The chicken was definitely freezer food quality. I probably should have ordered a cold sandwich. The sandwich was super large, I was able to eat two meals with there large sandwich. Came in here at 8:45 pm last night, and talk about the shittiest service ever. Wow blown away at the unprofessional of the staff. I walked in there was 2 people at the counter being waited on, and one family sitting in the dining room eating. I hear what can I do for you, I'm thinking he's talking to the couple ahead of me but then he says um what can I do for you as he's standing near the register so was unaware he was talking to me as I'm standing in front of the deli cooler and menu trying to decide. So I take the #56, then I go to check out and ask if they can put bacon on it, and he acts like I'm requesting something abnormal as they have a whole slew of bacon on side full. I grab a bag of chips and ask for a drink he said is that all, I'm like yes pay hands me my cup I take the chips and cup to go fill up turn around and my sandwich was wrapped up for me to go. I'm like no toppings really, I didn't have the time nor patience to deal with ignorance anymore coming from the employee that made it seem I was doing him a disservice. Last time I go to the Vista location got home and went to the store and got my own lettuce tomato and onion along with condiments to through on top since the $14 sandwich was to much for the employee to handle. read more

So I was craving a big sub normally I don't eat subs for lunch it's to heavy and makes me feel stuffed. If I eat it at night I can't sleep because it is to much bread. So today is sub day do you know what I mean? It the day you crave a big sub! And you fail to fight it you just don't have a choice and feel like you just have to go. The sub guy recognized a kid through the window that a couple of minutes ago stood in line and ordered a big sand which and was holding the bag upside down and the sandwich feel out of the bag when he crossed the street. The sub guy not sure what his name is rushed outside and grabbed that kid brought him back into the store and made him and new big tasty sub that kid was in shock and all that just happened in front of my eyes like seeing something good happen in slow motion.
