Went into this location at 11:30 Saturday October 11. We were greeted with stares and irritation we would want lunch at such an inconvenient time for the staff. The building was packed with the four of us who had yet to order. Both servers did well at rushing us and made sure to be as unhelpful as possible. We had to leave so we didn't see how wonderful they made our sandwiches until we were on the road. 40$ or more for two 6 inches and foot longs is a steal if you weren't hungry and you only like the taste of bread. Literally the most kind hearted and helpful people!! As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by the staff! Went there to try it for the first time and I asked for a gluten free bun, and they were very considerate and even asked if I had celiac because they wanted to ensure for safety!! Stopped in for my free birthday sub (sub in a tub). I placed the order online and arrived early, so I didn't expect my sub to be ready yet. I did get to watch them make it, which was entertaining... First they filled the tub with a small handful of lettuce. I asked for no tomato, no onion and no oregano. I watched the tomato and onion go on the sub - off the sub - on the sub - off the sub - on the sub - and then back off the sub for good. The struggle was real with that tomato and onion. Then came the slicing - nothing like fresh cut in front of you meat and cheeses! Oil and vinegar was added to the top. I saw them use a shaker on the salad, figuring it was salt. I get home and found out they put oregano on it, which I am allergic to and why I asked for no oregano. Sweet! I am glad this was a free sub - I would have been pretty disappointed if I had to pay for it. read more

When I asked again I found out they didn't even start the order. I had to leave and get back to work- without lunch or a refund. I told them to cancel since they never started. Extremely slow and disorganized. 45 minutes for an online order which would of never of been made if I hadn't asked where my order was. The owner shouldn't be cutting bread and meats since he can't even read the tickets correct must less work the orders as they come in. I'll never go back to this location. Omg let me just tell you were were greeted by and amazing young man who took time taking me and my kids order even though they were very busy he stayed engaged and wasn't getting annoyed when my son changed his mind twice on what he wanted. He was so kind said hope you guys are having a blessed weekend. He spoke to all the customers so nicely and very polite. All the employees were working very hard and never looked annoyed or bothered which is rare to see now a days. Food came out and omg it was so fresh a super delicious! Five STARS because this Jersey Mike's is probably the best in Michigan! Greeted by all three employees. Made suggestions about the menu and offered extras like cherry pepper relish, banana peppers, and pickles. Restaurant was clean and EVERYONE who came in was welcomed in the same warm way. One thing that really stands out here was I watched two Firefighters come in and place their order. They were offered a discount for their sandwich and told "Thank you for your service to cour community." OUTSTANDING! Everyone knows I enjoy Jersey Mike's subs but this restaurant is Amazing! Great things going on here. When I am in this area I will definitely return. Trust. read more

I enjoy your food. I especially like it delivered to my door (thank you door dash person wearing mask and gloves!). I even had a choice of using redeemed points to make it free but didn't. Simply trying to help my neighborhood store during this crap of a situation make a little money even though you are graciously offering half off subs. One thing to PLEASE think about as an owner of a franchise in a neighborhood that is heavily inundated with your competition. Reading the order, having it made and delivered properly really helps one stuck at home not completely lose their sh*t. I don't want a credit or even an explanation, hopefully you messed this up because you're crazy busy. But...All you have to do is not mess up three sandwiches and three bags of chips, one pop. I've been eating Jersey Mike's for years. The lettuce they used at this location was cheap garbage and the turkey tasted like someone used it for toilet paper prior to putting it on my sandwich. I've reviewed my local Jersey Mike's before, but this was my first time visiting a different location. This location is considerably smaller than my home store. It was still very clean and bright. True to the motif that Jersey Mike's is trying to put out there. I ordered a #9 Mike's Way with added cherry pepper relish (this is a must on any sandwich). The relish gives this delicious sweet, vinegary, spicy taste. It's literally heavenly I could eat just that with a fork. The only reason I knocked a star off is that the place was fairly busy and they were definitely understaffed. The employees were very friendly, but I'm not a big fan of waiting that long. Food was delicious as I expected. I'll be back since Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub shop by far! read more

I will admit, the second you walk thru the door, the whole place is overwhelming. I had been here twice.. Both times, I was greeted immediately.. Hi.. How ya doin'? what can I get you? Ever been here before??? Easy... Slow down.. I love enthusiasm, but back up a little bit...Let me at least read the menu for 10 seconds!! They offer cold subs or grilled.. Either way, everything is fresh and made to order. It's a bit pricier than some other sub shops, but definitely worth it.. I would not recommend my first pick, the grilled pastrami Reuben.. I really wanted to like this, how can one dislike a Reuben??? Well, it was unfortunately very dry.. So my next visit, I tried the famous Philly.. It was tasty and not dry like my previous sample.. If you frequent the establishment often, I'd recommend signing up for the club.. You get a little key chain card like CVS, etc, earn some points and get some discounted grub!! Make it a combo! My wife and I really like Jersey Mike's, but we had a disappointing experience today. We used the jersey mike's app to do a curbside pickup order as we have many times before. When I arrived to pick up our subs, I clicked "I'm here" and got a the normal response that an employee would bring out our food. I waited for five minutes, and since it was dead in terms of activity, I called to make sure that my request had gone through. The employee told me I could come on in; I politely declined, and asked him to bring the food out because it is a curbside order. When he brought the food out, he told me that everyone else just comes in, so I could come in too. I responded that because of the ongoing pandemic, I preferred not to enter the restaurant. The sandwich artist told me that the pandemic is over. While I'm taking a wild guess that he is not an infectious disease doctor, he did seem frustrated that he had to walk my food order 20 feet outside. My message to management (which I'm guessing he is not a member of either) is not to advertise curbside pickup on your app and on a large sign in your storefront if your employees want to argue with the customer over bringing their order outside. If you don't want to order curbside service, that's fine; but it's frustrating to me as the customer if you offer it and then treat me rudely for trying to utilize it. read more

I love coming to this jersey mikes. Yes, it is a smaller store than many of the other jersey mikes in the area, but I love this store. I've been coming here ever since it opened and whenever I am going by this location I have to stop. All right tasting but over priced and very light on meats and cheese. I ordered the $13.25 Italian expecting it top be loaded with meats and cheeses and it had roughly in comparison to what a dump like subway would put on a sub. For that kind of money really expected a lot more. Should of stuck to my original thought of walking out of another of their stores when I saw the prices. But I thought I should give them a chance. The experiences we have had with this Jersey Mikes are horrible. The first time I went into the restaurant, I walked up to the counter. The young lady working was talking to another person who was there before me. She turned to me and asked if she could help. I started to say "yes, I'd like a.....". She interrupted my order by saying "we have no bread"! It was 7:30 pm and claiming to have no bread at a sub shop! This was my last time in there until a couple weeks ago. The second time (a couple weeks ago), I ordered large #13's. There were not special instructions. We went in and picked up our order and went home. We proceeded to open and eat the subs. I had this constant thought while biting into it, besides no dressing something is missing. It came to my son - these subs have nothing on them except lunch meat!! There wasn't any dressing, lettuce, tomato, etc NOTHING. It was a sub bun and meat. Gross! The worst part was I called and started to tell my story, was interrupted and told to hold on. The young lady laid the phone down on the counter and never came back. I waited thirty minutes! Then my son emailed the company. This was four weeks ago.....they are as bad as their employees. Nobody ever responded. Needless to say WILL NEVER GO BACK TO JERSEY MIKES!!!!!!! read more

Despite confirmation by the order taker we could present our coupon to the cashier, after Ordering, waiting for sub preparation, selecting the misc sub-bits, arriving at the cashier window . . . . THEN the clerk won't accept coupon "at this location". We pointed out the order taker said to present to the cashier, that the stores address was on the reverse of the coupon - to no avail. Jersey Mike's is the only sub shop I know of that won't let you build or create your own sub...I just wanted grilled turkey and they refused to grill it...they won't even let you add grilled onions or grilled mushrooms to a cold sub...it's wasn't like I was expecting them to do it for free...Charge me for what I ordered and make it....That's ok though I'll just get my subs from Firehouse instead!! read more

Very good sub shop. It beats Firehouse subs, jimmy johns and subway. I love the turkey and ham sandwhich and I love how the veggies seem very fresh and that they put a lot of lettuce on the sandwhiches. Their meat tastes delicious and when I eat their food it seems like it I am full for the rest of the day. I think their sandwhiches are very filling. I have gone back 3 times since the have opened and I think they have really good sandwhiches. The staff is very friendly and always ask how I'm doing today. One day the couldn't take credit cards so I left and went to get cash and then went back there to get lunch. Their food is deff worth it and it is cheaper then I feel like the other sub shops. read more

Today (Sunday) was the first time ever having Jersey Mike's and I was disappointed. They just opened this location and I thought I would give them a try considering I love subs. While the atmospher was very welcoming and clean, the sandwiches I ordered where not very good. The employees were kind and inviting however the last person on the line had to ask me several times what I ordered on my subs. The guy who rang me up not only put one of my items in the previous persons bag, which we realized before I left but he forgot my child's kids meal cookie. I did not noticed it missing until I got back home and went to give it to my little one after lunch. However, I am not one to take thinks personal. This is a new business with new employees and it takes time for them to become more experienced. I got 3 different subs for me and my family to try. The kids turkey and cheese was so soggy from the huge amount of oil and vinegar she put on it, that I refused to give it to my son, so to the trash it went. The Italian sub for myself was unfortunately the same way and I threw it away also. Perhaps it was my fault for allowing the oil and vinegar to be put on them in the first place but I didn't think it would be a problem considering I only live 5 minutes away. If I do give them another try, I will have them put the oil and vinegar on the side or skip it all together. When they put in Jersey Mike's down the road from me I was very excited to try them because a couple of my friends highly recommended them. Perhaps I'll give this location time to grow and get into their grove before trying them again. Only advice, get the oil and vinegar on the side because they put so much on the subs. Which, in my opinion the excessive amount just ruins the sandwich, causing it to be extremely soggy and making it taste not very good. It makes me displeased that I spent $22.00 on lunch for my family and had to throw away 2 of the 3 subs.
