The only good thing about my experience was that i finally got to eat my sandwich in the end. My sister and I stopped here after flying into LAX. We needed to order something quick and easy because we had a two hour drive ahead of us, so we decided to order online and pick up jersey mikes on the way out. All we ordered were two mini sandwiches no combo. After ordering at 12PM (noon), we came in at 12:10 and saw they were busy and so we went to browse around Trader Joe's. We came back and the guy told us that our sandwiches were being made (he never checked) . Finally 12:35 rolls around and I check with the woman and she tells me she'll check on it. she never gave me a real answer but from what i saw there was never any receipt paper coming from their printer so they never even received the order on the line. Finally, we get our sandwiches at 12:45 after everyone else in the place had eaten and left. Oh and on top of all of that, my sister got a massive mustard stain on her pants because she sat in one of the seats to wait. One of the most infuriating experiences i've ever had. Brand new next to Trader Joe's, I've been watching them build this store and it's finally opened. Definitely better than subway - we ordered Philly cheesesteak, club sub and turkey provolone, sandwiches are hearty and fresh. Their applewood bacon I. The club sub was crispy and did not feel cheap like most fast food bacon does. I think as sandwich shop goes, they definitely have a good formula with this franchise....hard to go back to Subway after this. Nice thing about this location is there's lots of parking. This place seems great! I placed an order on the app it said 15 minutes I ended up getting there about 5 minutes later. I was greeted when I walked to the counter to pick up my order even though the line had about 15 people and only 3 workers during the lunch rush. The girl who greeted me, checked and saw that my sandwich was ready and let me know she would bag it up after she helped the people at the register. She moved quickly without error. Overall the 3 workers were quick and efficient considering the long line. This location is large compared to others and was clean. I was impressed with this location considering I had a bad experience a week prior at another location that had less people in line, more workers, and didn't get me my order until 17 minutes after it was said to be ready. My only complaint is to management that they need more workers for such a busy location. There's plenty of businesses nearby so I'm sure it's not only busy during the lunch rush! read more

If you're ordering in advance add an extra 30 minutes. Even if it says 15 minutes don't believe it. They're obscenely slow. Even if they tell you they're working on it, there's a good chance they haven't started. It's like one of those poorly run Wendy's where there are more employees than customers and they still can't keep up. I placed a to-go order through the app and noticed a mandatory $0.10 fee for a takeout bag--standard for Westchester as part of Los Angeles. I tried to remove the fee, but the app wouldn't allow it. I arrived five minutes after the scheduled pickup time. When I told the counter staff I was there for my order, she took my name, completed the transaction, and asked if I wanted a bag. I replied, "Since I already paid for it, yes--the app wouldn't let me opt out." She tossed the bag toward me without a receipt, no thank you, and no acknowledgment of the app issue. Had I not been standing at the counter, it might've hit the floor. No receipt was offered, which is a basic requirement for card transactions. Additionally, while the bag fee is legal, the lack of an opt-out option in the app and absence of clear signage at the register violates California's Junk Fee law. I later spoke with the manager, who apologized, said he'd review the footage, and offered a guest recovery gesture that I found acceptable. read more

It's a clean location and I love my weekly sandwich stops here! I love the turkey cali club but my favorite sandwich is definitely the Italian sub! The ham here is always fresh. what in the world is going on at this location? I went yesterday to grab one of those giant #42s (sub provolone) and they tell me as I order it will be a "long wait" I say how long? they say "15-20 min" - not terrible since it literally ALWAYS takes 10+ minutes...anyway I wait and watch as they seem to struggle to prepare sandwiches for like 5 people - the place was bordering on empty a few minutes later. I watched them throw a slab of frozen chicken onto the grill, rectangular shaped. I got home and tried it- it was not even close to edible. The chicken was full of cartilidge and hard/chewy spots. This is a sharp contrast from previous jersey mikes experiences I've had (at other locations) - something is very wrong with this locations food but also the employees all seemed to be in a pretty bad mood. Management needs to take a look at both sides of this - but especially where they are sourcing their meat from.
