No seat covers, clearly some bodily fluids on the floor near the trash can that needed to be emptied. I can't believe I'm writing a review for a fast food spot... but here we are. I stopped by this KFC on Lincoln and Manchester because I was craving something classic and simple. Ordered a chicken pot pie and a two-piece crispy chicken for lunch. Nothing crazy, just wanted something that hits the spot. What made this visit stand out though was the customer service. The team here was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Not the usual rushed, robotic fast-food vibe. They were patient, polite, and just had good energy. I originally planned to grab my food and head out, but the service was good enough that I decided to just sit down and eat there instead. The pot pie was hot and comforting, and the crispy chicken was fresh and exactly what I wanted for lunch. Simple meal, done right. I've continued coming to this Taco Bell/KFC because it's the closest location to me, but unfortunately almost every visit has been a negative experience. The food quality is consistently disappointing. I've received nacho fries that were so hard they were practically rocks, which tells me old fries are being served. This has happened on multiple occasions where my fries tasted old and stale. My food is often cold or barely warm. I also regularly order nacho cheese cups, and they're almost never filled properly. Many times they're less than half full. Considering they cost about $1 each, getting barely 2 spoonfuls of cheese is unacceptable. I now check every cheese cup before leaving and usually have to ask them to fill it correctly. The cleanliness is another major issue. The drink station is almost always dirty and sticky, the lobby tables are rarely clean, and the bathrooms are consistently filthy. One experience really stood out. When I was 7 months pregnant, I asked to use the restroom. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet it took nearly five minutes for someone to unlock the bathroom. At that point I could barely hold it. I asked if I could use the employee restroom because I know how dirty the public one usually is, but they told me no. When I finally got into the public bathroom, the toilet was filthy and there weren't any toilet seat covers available. I had no choice but to squat over the toilet while 7 months pregnant. It was an awful experience. Another time, on an extremely hot day, I accidentally left my Stanley water bottle at home. The drive thru was packed, so my partner went inside to ask for two water cups, one for him and one for me while I waited in the car. The employee refused because of "policy," even after being told I was pregnant and waiting outside. I ended up having to walk inside myself just to get a cup of water. It felt completely unnecessary and lacked basic customer service. On top of all that, the employees often come across as rude or annoyed that customers are there. Some don't even seem properly trained. I've had my food tossed upside down in the bag on multiple occasions, orders made incorrectly, and items left out entirely. More than once I've had to return to the store from my house or spend extra time waiting for them to correct my order and provide the items I had already paid for. At this point, it's hard to justify coming back. This Taco Bell/KFC location needs significant improvements in food quality, cleanliness, accuracy, and customer service. Being the closest location shouldn't mean customers have to expect consistently poor experiences. We ordered 2, that's two, orders of the "Build A Bucket" that came with 8 chicken "strips." The last time we visited this store, I had asked for "chicken strips" and was told they no longer had "strips" which were replaced by chicken "tenders" which are larger than the strips. They were great so I thought this is what I was ordering but didn't receive. I received "strips" which were fairly dried out narrow strips of chicken with little coating. We were disappointed. The striips in the past were usually fully coated and fairly tender. Not this time! To top off this bad order, we only received one of the orders. If we had received the "tenders, " we would have had enough to feed everyone but we only received 8 dry strips of chicken and of course, they forgot to add the dip we selected while filling out the order form online. We also ordered 2 potato wedges choices which were received as ordered. We also ordered 2 cole slaw sides. One of the containers was well-filled and the other container held about half of the amount as the first container. That too, was disappointing as now I had to made a salad to add to our meal as we just didn't have anough food to feed everyone. To top it off, now I'm being billed for the two full orders, instead of the one I received. I have only had one issue with this store in the past which was a small glitch. I don't think we will be returning as customers as apparently no one is paying true attention to the orders anymore. I put in our order AFTER the lunch hours, thinking we would not have any issues as the store might not be crowded after 2 PM but KFC really let us down and did complete the order, as requested. read more

Unprofessional and Rude Service I went through the drive-thru at Taco Bell around 1:40 pm on 2/28 and had one of the worst customer service experiences. When I politely asked for a second to decide on my order, the employee, Maria, rudely told me to "back up unless you're ready." That kind of attitude is completely unnecessary, especially in a customer service role. The food and the service is horrible! I rarely treat myself but when I do I go to KFC because the one in my old neighborhood was great, so I went to the one on Lincoln in Westchester. The first time they screwed up I got the bowl with chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy however they forgot the gravy. The second time I went there to get something to eat before I went to an event at the school and I was late because I was in line for over an hour. I couldn't get out because the line was around the corner and today I ordered my favorite chicken tenders and received something that look like chicken wings With no bones. They were tiny fit in the palm of my hand. They were old. Didn't look anything like chicken tenders. I couldn't go back because I take care of my mom and I had already gotten home and I wasn't gonna drive all the way back over there, so I was angry and disappointed. I will never go back there because it has been a problem And the people there are never professional they used to be but not anymore. Friday night and I was feeling like nachos and fried chicken. Went to KFC/TACO BELL on Lincoln. The drive-thru line was long. The pace of line movement was slow but steady. When placing our order we had to repeat the order several times. I'm not sure if it was the speaker or something else. When we arrive at the cashier, the order was not ours. The cashier continued verbally and consistently, letting us know that was what we ordered. She was incorrect. She became frustrated, speaking to herself out loud. We had enough! Cancelled the order. I gave them a 5 star just for the staff here. Typically you won't expect good service from fast food franchise. This store is different. When I walk in late at night to pick up my order, a staff is cleaning the floor. Everything in this store is clean and tidy. My order was handed promptly to me. Before I leave, he kindly told me to be careful of the wet floor. I know all these things sound like bare minimum for a restaurant.
