The one thing that really irritates is when people lie. Shows no integrity and disrespect. I ordered mobile pickup. When I get to your location there are cars in all the spots. Because McDonald's does nothing to enforce these places and the self entitlement of people they don't care. The highest number spot is 5. So I put that in in spot 6 hoping someone would have common sense and bring the food outside and check who's waiting on their order. Unfortunately, you just can't fix stupid. I go inside and your crew if 10 ignore me. No one asks if they can help me because they're all retards. Finally after 5 minutes of being ignored someone finally asks if I need help. I get it, you have to hire what's available. People aren't exactly beating down the door to make burgers and fries. This lady tells me someone already came out with the order and couldn't find me. We went through the drive through. The drive through attendant was really nice, the app wasn't working but he worked with us anyways. The drive through moved pretty decent. His name was Dayoni. Came here this morning with my son for breakfast and went inside to sit down. They have a sign at the cash registers saying to order on self service machines. So I did. My son order 5 mins after me and got his food while I waited another 10 mins. They were supposed to deliver it to the table but I decided to walk up to the cashier and there was my tray sitting there. They were supposed food was gross and cold . When we first moved to Westchester, I had several bad experiences here and stopped going. I don't know if it was a change in leadership or staff or both - but we tried it again and it was honestly the best McDonalds food experience I've had - maybe ever. That was about 2 months ago. I've since had it 3 more times, and it's been consistently great. The Big Mac each of the last 4 times was picture perfect. Almost didn't look real it was so well assembled and tasted great. Nuggets and fries were crispy and perfectly done as well. Whoever was working the kitchen today - nailed it again! Perfect food - and it was even delivered by Postmates and still perfect. The people who work at this McDonald' have got to be the worst ever. They don't want to give you the sauces that you pay for extra and act like people are still getting them for free. I liked the fact that I could pay for them on the app so I didn't have to feel like a thief. Every time I came in and asked for extra sauces yet even when you pay for them, they don't want to put them in the bag I would say 50% of the time I have to go back to the store and show them the receipt that I paid for the sauces that they didn't give me. They are extremely petty about the soda machine and turn it off and on all day long they want to police how many refills people get even though you're paying three dollars for a soda every time you get a soda you go to the machine and it's turned off and you have to go ask them to turn it on and it takes them a few minutes to even turn it on then they watch as you're filling your soda and turn it off as soon as your soda reaches the top. It's really ridiculous micromanaging honestly, they need to find more important things to worry about in life. read more

Not a fan of this location. Sidel, if she was the human at the first window, was nice but the lady who handed me the food, was a little rude. I ordered the steak egg bagel with no egg and it's like, whomever made it slopped on tons of cheese which was overkill. When my order was ready it came out on the tray even though I ordered it to go. They would not give me a bag unless I was willing to Pay the $.10 after the fact. Standard McDonald's. This location is surprisingly modern and upgraded. Lots of parking spaces but can be hard to find parking since the lot is full. The drive thru line was incredibly long on a Friday afternoon during lunch. No all day breakfast, which made me so sad. But I did end up getting an iced caramel macchiato, which was surprisingly good and comparable to a Starbuck's drink. read more

Chicken McGriddle and Sausage McGriddle were $3.99. The Deluxe Breakfast was $6.19. I haven't tried the Deluxe Breakfast for 30 years. The Deluxe Breakfast weren't existed in Chinese McDonald's anymore, except for Hong Kong and Macau. What a child memory. Nice staff and efficient progress, places were not naughty. read more

Surprised to see that this particular McDonald's has very low ratings on Yelp. Have only been here twice, and I've used the Drive-thru each time. Both times the lines were long, but it went by quickly. My orders have been perfect each time, and the food has been good. Well, I only ordered French Fries and Pies. The fries were hot and fresh. The Apple pies were yummy as always. The limited edition Guava Pie was really good too. They only had it that first visit, though. Hey, based on these two trips.....I'm a fan of this McDonald's. Drive-thru service has been fine, and the food has been delicious. Have not gone inside the restaurant yet, but this is my opinion for now. read more

This place restricts bathroom use as one must buy and pay for food prior to using the restroom. I really had to go from a long trip before ordering and they refused me making sure I finished an entire transaction with their condescending and sure staff before being allowed to relieve myself, that's criminal. I'm a paying customer using their glitchy app and am not even remotely homeless and my dress, hygiene and demeanor reflect that. This location is infamous for bad and rude service, incorrect orders. The young lady employee behind the counter was extremely rude to me. As soon as I waited in line one person in front only, she saw me and then put the most bad smug mad look on her face.
