Adjaruli, khinkali, sacivi, and honey cake.
    W G.

First time coming and really enjoyed it! We got the Adjaruli (bread filled with cheese and topped with an egg yolk you mix in) , khinkali (dumplings. We did potato next time we want to try the meat one), sacivi (chicken cooked in walnut sauce), and honey cake. Delicious. The initial service was a little slow but once we put our order in the food came out pretty quickly. The restaurant itself was nice and clean.

This was my first time dining here. My brother and I went for dinner. The parking lot is located behind the restaurant and that's also where the entrance is. There is a lot of parking. Walking in, you're greeted by 2 mannequins dressed in Georgian apparel. You walk down the hall to the main restaurant, there's a lot of seating, as well as a bar area. Upon walking in, we didn't see anyone at all but heard some cooking going on in the kitchen. There was a couple who walked in a few moments before us and they were also waiting. It was only the 4 of us there. After several minutes of no one appearing, the guy from the other couple went and knocked on the glass window to the kitchen door. Finally someone came out and greeted all of us. The lady sat us and gave us menus. They have a button on the table you can push when you're ready or need something. We ordered the chicken shish kebabs and chakapuli (a lamb dish simmered in wine and seasonings with tarragon). Upon learning that the dishes didn't come with any sides (after we ordered), we also ordered some bread. The lamb dish came out first and almost 10 minutes later, the shish kebabs arrived. It would have been nice to have all our food come out at once. I also tried the Georgian lemonade in the pear flavor, which I liked. The initial lady gave us our menu and then a guy brought our food out. They didn't seem very friendly and didn't talk much to us but maybe that's the culture or a language barrier, I'm not sure. The food was seasoned very well and because everything didn't come out together, it leads me up believe most of the food is made to order, which I don't mind waiting for because everything was very hot and flavorful. I have to admit that the lamb dish didn't look appealing at first and looked more like a soup but it was great! I would dine here again. And towards the end of our meal, we noticed more diners coming in, which was also a good sign. The menus could use some updating and maybe other offerings, like more side dishes because I noticed a lot of meals came with potatoes and others didn't have any side dish at all so it would be nice to have some other options or include something like bread at least.

More than a restaurant. An experience. Nice people (ask for the owner David) who makes sure it is an experience I loved the blinchnik appetizer as a meal (5 fried meat egg-roll like appetizers). The eggplant with chopped liver on top was cold and creative and flavorful. Both the owner and the waitress were concerned that I ordered a lunch without bread and had to talk about how to make it a full lunch. Note. They brought me bread to complement the appetizers I ordered. I often go to restaurants for two to three appetizers and no main course. Bottom line is I was happy and well fed and eating here. Highly recommend.

Five stars for the food! I love Georgian food so much, and the food here did not disappoint. The kinkhali were the best I've had, fresh and huge! The adjaruli was also fantastic and totally hit the spot. Very filling and we couldn't finish everything we ordered. We loved the ambiance of the place, it felt very homey. My only criticism is we wished the service was a little more prompt. Not a long wait for the food, but it was a long wait to get a box and our check. I'm not taking any stars off my review because honestly some people do like to hang out for a while and not be bothered, so maybe that's what our server was thinking. It was also one guy serving 5-6 tables and one of the tables was like 20 people so we were patient. If you plan to come here, maybe budget more time than you think you need. So glad to have a Georgian restaurant in this area!

Had my first experience with this restaurant about a week ago. Ordered 4 items from the menu even though it was only two of us. But I did t realize how big the portions were !!! Soup "Kharcho" was split between us and it was plenty! The same with other dishes - "Khinkali" , "Lobiani" and "Adjarouli". Giant portions of everything!!! Since there was only us at the time , food came out of the kitchen in 10 min already! Great ambiance! And I liked that the dining room was separated from the bar area. Cozy place and delicious food!!!

    Delicious Georgian wine.

Amazing. This was an exceptional experience. The food was so very good. We had the spinach and walnut, the cheese khinkali and the adjaruli and I cannot pick a favorite. Everything tied for delicious. Definitely unique and different. I'm really glad I split the dishes with my friend because the food is very filling. We had so much we even ended up with quite a bit of leftovers. Yay! We also really loved the bottle of wine we got. The service was on point and very friendly. Plus they have little call buttons on your table if you ever need anything. The decor is really warm. I can't wait to go back.

Napoleon and Baklava from the dessert counter. Huge portions--we had dessert for a week!

So glad my family tried this place! The owner and waitstaff were all incredibly friendly and ready to answer any & all questions we had about the food menu, wine selections (of which there's many!), and Georgia in general. The dishes we ordered (megruli, khinkali, "mushroom & cheese," and ostri) were served family style, which made it easy to try a little bit of everything on the table. Loved the wine, the food, and the company. Now I'm wishing that I took pictures of our dinner, but I know we'll be back soon!

We drove up on a Saturday late afternoon in Aug 2025 and found parking across Main Street. There are other free lots nearby and sometimes a free shuttle around town on Sat and Sun. While waiting for the music, we staked out a table among some that people had reserved ahead of time in front of the wine shop, with other tables just outside the lot and more across the quiet side-street. From the wine shop, we got a nice little pinot noir to take home. They offered plastic glasses and a bucket full of ice, so we could have had that during the concert. They also have beers and ciders, gourmet snacks, and many clever and original accessories and crafts. The wine shop's owner encouraged up to walk to nearby Joe's Deli, and across to the Patapsco Distillery where the band set up under a small canopy, and we also got some food and drink from them for our table. And there's a sweet little ice cream shop across Main Street too! The band played light rock and folk and people were relaxed in conversations and enjoyment of the music. The gentle breeze kept us cool under sun-shielding umbrellas. This is nicely done weekly pair of concert, and the welcoming hostess and cooperative nearby shops make this a pleasant way to visit Sykesville on a Friday or Saturday evening, continuing through Nov 8th.

Colorful clothing hang up in display, palm size houses tucked away behind rocks, and a cozy outdoor seating area are the first things to great you as you approach the store. Once inside, you'll find yourself in a claustrophobic den, filled with locally made goods such as clothing, foodstuffs, and art as well as wall to wall wines. Choices are plenty despite the small size of the store and at reasonable prices. For those living nearby, be sure to check out Vine on Main's wine club to get more wine at better values. The real highlight of Vine on Main is the owner, who is the sweetest woman you'll meet. She's highly knowledgeable about all the products in the shop, even the non-alcoholic ones and is more than happy to share information about them. Not only does she have excellent wine and booze recommendation, but she'll even offer some free samples if you ask her nicely. Plan on shopping around the area? She'll take your order, bag it, and leave it to the side so that you can pick it up when you're all done instead of lugging around heavy bottles. If you're in the area looking to buy some good wine or just want to spend some time with a fun and interesting woman, then check out the Vine on Main.

The Half Moon drink was nothing more than grapefruit juice with a cherry . I was expecting more presentation since it's literally a tonic. I would like to mention that the bar was slammed with guests and the tables were not getting their drinks on time. So, maybe it was a slippery Sunday night for the bar and my zero proof drinks lacked in pizazz. The watermelon salad was a wild card choice as Glenwoods does not have much fresh fruit on the menu. I wish it was not so chunky ... chunks of watermelon and tomato covered in a balsamic sauce and feta cheese. This salad pairs nicely with the arugula. The sides were hot and came out expeditiously. The burger was undercooked and the server offered to re-Fire a new burger. 5 out 10 night .

Save your money. Warning the review is long. TLDR: service is so bad and so expensive for shitty quality food. Though their coffee and sangria were delicious. We were seated promptly and while waiting for the rest of my family arrived the waiter brought us water. He claimed the appetizers were good for sharing so I was expecting the portions to be good. Our party was 8 adults and 2 kids. We got 4 appetizers and it's good we got 4 of them because had we gotten 1 or 2, literally everyone would get like 1/2-1/4 piece of appetizer. So not sure why he said the appetizer was good sharing size. Also I want to note these appetizers are not cheap. They were very expensive for the amount you get. You would think if you paid $20-$22 per app you would get more. Literally paying for an entree with significantly less food. Onto the food: The waiter claimed that the Lemongrass chicken was "juicy". We got two of these and it was SO SO DRY. The Mediterranean salad I got was so salty. And the mussels that I also ordered were disappointing. I want to say 60% of the mussels were closed. This indicates that these might have been undercooked, poor quality or simply did not get checked. The mussels were so salty as well. What really pissed me off is that my mom ordered the shrimp tacos. Nothing complicated about that right? Well they never came out. We find out that there was a mixup so they sent it to a different table and we're "working" on a new one. Tell me why almost two hours later they never came out till we asked for the check? Then they magically come out in a to-go container. Literally the sloppiest mess you can imagine. How is that acceptable? You're telling me it took 2 hours to make this pile of shit? And what's even more absurd is their own menu says it comes with fries. Well in that small ass container they did not include fries. I asked about this and they looked confused and said it should come with fries and that they would get it. I have never experience such ABYSMAL, ATROCIOUS service. Sure the waiters and front staff were nice but nice doesn't make up for the terrible service. Something is going on in the kitchen for sure. Why does it take 1 hour for appetizers to come out. And then 45 min after only 3 people's meals come out. In polite company you would wait for everyone's food to come out to begin eating, but idk what they were doing back there that there was such a delay. Once the 4 of us finished our meal well the 5 people's food comes out, they got an entire order wrong. Ordered a kids pepperoni pizza and they brought cheese. We told the waiter that this was wrong and literally 5 min after he brings what I can say is the SAME DAMN CHEESE PIZZA with pepperoni slices right on top and a bit of Parmesan cheese. We could tell it was the same pizza because the pepperoni were sitting right on top like someone just added it on. We complained to the manager and he brought a new pepperoni pizza that was good this time. We had to ask multiple times for condiments and water refills. I could give a little leeway if this restaurant was so busy but it was not busy at all. Our waiter kept peeking over at us and not coming over like he was scared. And if your service is gonna be this bad, at least the food should be good but no. You have terrible service and shitty food that you're paying $$$ for. And gratuity being included is laughable because the service provided was not worth an almost $80 tip. We had to get up and find the waiter to ask for the check and where the hell the shrimp tacos were. In the end they tried to comp only the pizza and the shrimp tacos, but that was unacceptable. They did comp the appetizers. But they tried to give us brunch vouchers but why the hell would we come back to this place that had terrible service?? Make it make sense. And now that I review the 1 star reviews, it is consistent with everything we experienced. Terrible service, missing food, and hunting down the staff. Also the owner responds to bad reviews with AI responses. Shame.

Whether you're planning date night, catching up with friends, or looking for the perfect first stop before a concert or show at Maryland Live, this spot sets the tone for a great evening. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, and the relaxed atmosphere makes you want to sit back, sip, and stay awhile. The interior is beautifully decorated, golds and greens with gorgeous lighting & a fireplace. We were greeted by Laurie who seemed to be both host and server! She was really sweet and super personable. The food was amazing. I loved my chicken Marsala, the chicken was cooked perfectly. The fries were delicious, the extra crispy kind that you can't find many places! The cream of crab was so good, I don't like when there are chunks of onion in it and this one was smooth and thick. The steak was awesome and so was the whipped feta! The wine flight was a nice touch, they have a ton of wines and cocktails for everyone else (also a full bar)! For my birthday the chef prepared a berry sorbet with candles! It was the best sorbet I've ever tasted and I wish I could have more now! The prices were very reasonable and they do happy hours all day on certain weekdays! We will for sure be back!

But today we realized that Iron Bridge is considered a bar, not a restaurant, and therefore this place in Columbia/Howard County, MD doesn't require/ need to have high chairs for families with toddlers whom need them, and in our experience, it's not a family/ children friendly bar. ? I always thought it was a nice restaurant, until today ! What I consider a shocking experience. Because we live nearby and have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, etc., there, but until today I've never taken our grandkid there! Wow, a terrible experience! However our waitress was really nice ..

They were definitely very busy but our server was still attentive and friendly. My friend ordered a flight of wine and I ordered a glass of the Poggio Le Volpe, 'Roma Rosso'. The wine, as always was delicious. My friend ordered the IBWC Fall Burger and I ordered the Grilled Bistro Steak Frites. The Steak was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. We had also ordered side Caesar salads. It was restaurant week and neither of us opted into the the 3 courses for a price option but our server did kindly inform us that she grouped it that way to help us save and include the dessert. We ended up getting the Nutella dessert (I don't recall what it was called). While the presentation wasn't great, it was very good and I would recommend it. Wish I liced closer so I could come here more often but it is one of my favorites in the area.

I tried a glass of the 2024 Karl Josef Piesporter, and it was sweet without being overwhelming. It has a laid back vibe, so there's no rush to leave. It's a great place to sit and chat for a while. They're dog friendly, though I will say the dog next to us got a little active with their friend, which was a bit distracting. Overall, it still had a quaint atmosphere. The service was on the slower side, but we weren't in a rush. Just keep that in mind if you're looking for a quicker stop because this spot might not be your best pick. I really enjoyed the wine and the waterfront views, so I'll definitely be back!

We ordered two vodka lemonades and two spicy margaritas. A little later he brought out a cheese board and said he was training someone, they had made an extra one, and he wanted us to have it for free. Super nice of him! We sat there enjoying our drinks, the cheese board, and watching the Blue Angels fly by. Great atmosphere. When we asked for the bill it was $73. Keep in mind, that's for four drinks because everything else was given to us for free. We never asked for the peach drink or the cheese board--he offered them. We paid the bill and left a good tip, but come on...$73 for four basic drinks is crazy. Just be aware if you're stopping in. The drinks are not cheap. Even with the free extras, it didn't feel like a good value.

We got a gorgeous lemon meringue pie, and it was discounted several dollars, which made it all the sweeter.
