My boss bought me lunch and Jersey Mike's delivered a delicious sandwich to me. He ordered it on grub hub and had it left on my front steps. I'm so sorry I didn't get to leave the driver a tip so I have to write a review! I promise not to exaggerate how much I enjoyed my sandwich. I've been here a couple times for subs. All the ingredients are fresh and the sandwiches are made with care. I appreciate freshly sliced meats that are put together nicely with the toppings so every bite is consistent and your sandwich isn't falling apart. They have a variety of cold and hot subs. You can't go wrong with an Italian, Turkey or roast beef sandwich with whatever cheese and toppings you want. I also like their meatball parm and Cheesesteak sandwiches. They got something for everybody with a bag of chips. All their workers have always been very courteous and professional. Sandwich's are always amazing. Staff was very polite and the meats, the cheeses, and the veggies are always fresh. There definitely are other Jersey mikes that are better than this one because this one in particular there bread is a little bit on the hard side 75% of the time. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with extra meat and a chicken Philly with extra meat bowl. Neither came with extra meat and how they bagged the order, they put in a smaller bag and had the bowl vertical so half the cheese and chicken was on the roof/top of the bowl. When I was trying to fix the bowl and asked for a fork, employee said it's in the bag. Zero concern, empathy or customer service. I've been a loyal rewards customer for years and tip generously. About 11:30 on Monday morning, my friend and I walked in and ordered a giant Italian sub intending to split it later at our destination since it would be slightly cheaper than ordering 2 regulars. We asked for onions on one half of the sub only, and we were adamantly told by the worker that it wasn't allowed and we'd have to order 2 separate subs due to "company policy." This info was delivered in an extremely abrupt, aggressive, and rude manner. The dude even had his coworker, who actually put the sandwich together, verify it in much the same manner. My friend and I decided it wasn't worth a scene, and it certainly wasn't worth ordering 2 sandwiches over onions, but the customer service and attitude from the staff was appalling; condescending, and downright obnoxious. They even had the nerve (I was thinking of another word here) to ask if we were a club points member (or whatever they call it) when I paid. Sub was good, but they lost two customers. I get it that they want to discourage people from trying to save a couple of bucks by splitting a sandwich, but aside from whether that's a smart policy in the long run, there are ways of conveying a message to a paying customer that doesn't require petulance and unprofessional borderline hostility. i love jersey mikes and go all the time. i had my birthday thing to use and i went in to this location to ask how to use it and what i get for free on my birthday. the guy looked at me and goes "we don't do anything for birthdays here" and i was like "online says you get a free sub and a drink" (i have an account and everything) and he told me "yea our owner at this location isn't nice enough to do that". this really annoyed and upset me because i had never been here for my birthday freebee and was excited to use it. i still got the sandwich but it was an unpleasant experience and he was very rude. + he didn't even wish me a happy birthday lol. just very frustrating since i shop here all the time, will not come back to this location and will continue to go to the one in mahwah cause they've always been nice. read more

My second time visiting the newly built Jersey Mike's in Wyckoff on Godwin avenue. Let's first get by the price. We all know Jersey Mike's is a buck or two steeper than everywhere else. Then again, so yiu really want a cold cut combo from subway or a freshly sliced sub? Don't get me wrong, in a pinch, Subway is ok, but I'm taking the drive when hungry. Today, my buddy got the cheesesteak. The picture really doesn't do it justice in this particular shot. I had a strong hankering for tuna. Cheesesteaks in the past never disappointed me from Jersey Mike's, so let's concentrate on the tuna; which is my first time getting from Mike's. Now, I was really craving tuna today. I got a shmear of mayo on the new parmesan rosemary bread, little extra shot of the "juice". My day is now fulfilled. Fresh, hit the mark with the extra dressing. I love dried spices and had just the right amount of oregano and pepper. Not too much salt, which is good since the tuna is salty enough. Employees are great. Very friendly and attentive. Little weird that you have to go to the right for your hot sandwiches and then to the left end for cold, but if that's the worst of my worries, then I'm doing ok in life. This location is NASTY the trash cans are over flowing with trash the napkin holders are extremely dirty with food stuck to them there is Dust sitting on the overhead lamps old food under every table in the place and be ready to clean your own table . The Owner or the manager only seem to worry about making money and i would hate to see what is behind the counters. NEXT TIME YOU GO THERE LOOK AROUND AND SEE WHAT YOU CAN FIND THERE ARE MORE ISSUES. Very limited toppings and bread choices, and honestly it might've been cheaper to get it at a regular deli. It tasted good, it was just very basic. read more

Walking in I was expecting a normal experience. Ordered the food and this is where it goes downhill. Watching the person cooking my food, I started to believe no one cares anymore about food safety. The gentleman that was cooking the cheesesteaks had a well grown beard with no beard guard, as well as 2 others performing various tasks, having beards with no guards. So I get my drink, and it was so sweet I think the soda company needs to come in to adjust the syrup. I have frequented many Jersey Mikes and always had a good experience. From the outside of this building I was expecting a lot more. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to Jersey Mike standards. Honestly I would've walked out, but my family was very hungry. We visited on May 5, 2023 and the restaurant was empty. We were there around 5pm and half of the dining area was blocked off with chairs on the tables and tape blocking the area. There was no outdoor seating. I had to squeeze through the blocked off area to use the bathroom and wished I didn't, it was not clean. We had to ask an employee to clean off the high top table so we could eat. The tables, floors, bathroom and prep area were very dirty also. I think with a little more attention from management this could be a good establishment, but I don't think I will be visiting again. read more

The inside of the store is always immaculate and very clean, providing a great experience when ordering your food. It's new and it feels like it. The place is bright and crisp. The employees were eager to help and happy. The sandwich that I got was really delicious. They post the calories on the menu so you can make an educated decision about your meal. There were plenty of seats for smaller groups of 2 or 4 and even some tables together that could have supported a group of 15 people, but I got my sandwich to go. It's a little more expensive than other shops which shall not be named, but their cold cut sandwiches are piled high with toppings to make up for it. read more

Do yourself a favor and order at least 35 minutes before you arrive if you go there for lunch. They tend to take forever to fulfill take out orders. Seems like they only have one person handling those. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes while I saw everyone that just hummed online leave withing 3 minutes. Otherwise sandwiched are pretty standard. Its very confusing to order and check out, not sure why, it seems like alot of people behind the counter and not enough coordination to move from ordering to register. People have to either move ahead of line or behind line due to this. Suggest manager review this process and train as necessary. read more

The skimpiest Jersey Mike's sandwich I ever had! I normally order from the Fairlawn location on Rt208S, but ordered through Uber Eats for local delivery this time around. Was looking forward to my Italian sub but it was so dissatisfying. The meats, cheese and toppings are more generously served at the Fairlawn location compared to what we got tonight. I placed an order for delivery through the Jersey Mike's app. The timeframe for delivery was somewhere in the range of 27-36 minutes. After approx. an hour and 15 minutes had passed, I called the WYCKOFF store to check on the status of my order. The person who answered my call was curt, unfriendly, unapologetic and expressed that he had no idea when I would get my order if at all. He was very short and seemed to care less about the delay. Given the demeanor of his response, I asked if there was a manager I could speak with. He expressed that he was the manager. It takes Just a little bit of care when handling inquiries, expressing a sense of care and urgency and managing expectations when things are not going as planned. I was surprised that he was the manager and had no sense of basic customer service skills. When the order was yet to be delivered an hour and 45 mins from the time I placed it, I went to the store and picked up the order myself. read more

When it comes to Subs, this is the last place I would ever go. First of all it's all bread and lettuce. All the cold cuts are pre sliced. The tomatoes are terrible. The rest of the "Sub" is loaded with a bunch of salad stuff. The variety is limited and price wise they are no bargain. Was very excited for this shop to open up as i would drive past it everyday on and from my ways to work. 1st time walking in and i felt my eyes widen. The atmosphere was fantastic.
