Just left Jersey Mike's in Yucaipa. If I could have taken a picture I would have. To the owner: check on your high school staff and manager. We left because two of the items in our order were salads and all the lettuce was brown/reddish. I wasn't about to have that on my kids sandwiches. When I mentioned the brown lettuce to the girl putting on the toppings she dug her hands to the bottom and mixed the lettuce. The lettuce on the bottom was brown as well. The manager suggested looking in the back for other lettuce. While talking with friends she started to fill the salad tubs, I said I wanted to see the lettuce first. That lettuce was just as brown as if not browner. When we walked out, the teenage girls began talking about us with the other customers. You just sent our business to Subway! I am done buying sandwiches from the Yucaipa location. I have had 2 mobile orders messed up. One was today. I got sandwiches for my kids and dropped them off at school for them. They had mislabeled the sandwiches (my mistake too for not checking them to verify they were the correct ones). My little ended up with meats he absolutely hates and didn't eat his lunch. Another time I had ordered the California club and was missing the avocado and bacon. It gets irritating ordering in store too because there are a few employees that pay zero attention to what you are saying and they ask you multiple times what you want or you have to repeatedly tell them not to put tomatoes or onions and they go ahead and do it any way. read more

I have tried to eat from this location for 3-4 years now, I used to work across the street. I have gotten my order wrong so many times is crazy, I have gone inside this location, politely asked the employee to not put oil or drag my sandwich through oil. They nodded, then few mins later he slides my sandwich through a large puddle of oil. I quickly say "hey" I asked you not to do that. I was greeted with your supposed to tell me to put a white paper down so we know not to do that. I am sorry but isn't it company policy to clean the board between every sandwich, but I am not an employee but I have to know to tell them to put down a paper? I have tried to order countless times from this store through door dash and it's wrong 4 out of 5 times. We stopped ordering for 6 months and tried again same thing. Why is it so hard to get a sandwich made correctly and not told I have to learn rules to order here. I have issues with the Beaumont location (same issues) tried the Jersey Mike app and they still got it wrong. Now won't refund a sandwich I wasn't able to eat. Crazy long wait inside. Total of 3 people working on a Saturday lunch shift. Staff prioritized phone/app orders while customers inside were ignored. The worst customer service ever! I placed my order through the mobile app at 6:00 pm, I went in to get my order at 6:30. Sandwiches were not ready and was told they just started. Then I was told they don't have any bacon, and after that she tells me that they are out of onions. I told her I placed my order 30 minutes ago, she told me that they have been out of those items. This is the best part, Leah I think was her name, starts arguing with another customer because he wasn't happy with the customer service. Finally, I get home and both of the sandwiches I ordered were made incorrectly. This place is the worst, I don't recommend anybody go to this location. Staff member was rude and unaccommodating. I had made my order and decided to add another sub before he had finished slicing meat for my first two subs. He caught an alarming attitude and told me I needed to order the sub that takes the longest, first. I then explained to him I had later decided to add on. I was met with scofs and eye rolling. Shame I had this experience. I'm a local bartender in town and most of my staff visits this store several times a week. I agree with the other reviewers. This place is terrible! Apparently when you order online and go pick up they don't get your order until you show up 20 mins later. How coincidental! Or......a big fat lie. Who lies about something that dumb. There is no service or integrity here! The food is way to expensive for the attitudes and lack of service you get. I'd imagine the kids that work at these places are local. It's sad the difference between the Yucaipa kids that work at this joint and the Redlands kids that work at the Redlands one. Huge difference in attitudes and ability to function as respectful young adults. I'd rather just order on the app and drive down to Redlands than deal with the people here. You have one or two good employees. The others....well I'm sure unless they get fired they'll be working here until it finally goes bankrupt because none of us are coming back. I hope this visit isn't a sign of how it's going to be from now on. Walk in and they are out of bread. It's 7 in the evening, are you serious? So we wait for it to bake. Then we finally get to the sandwiches. I ordered 3 sandwiches and the worker made all 3 of them wrong, like wrong meat and wrong size. They did fix it, but then when I asked for Mike's Way they used about 3 sandwiches worth of oil for each sandwich. Plus the tomatoes were nothing but shredded pulp. I would put no stars if that was possible. Associates have no sense in urgency. I felt like it was a little messy as well . One associate in particular was very rude. I've never been to a Jersey Mike's, and when a friend said "this place is the best!", I had to give it a shot. To start, I had some issues with the staff. The first came up when the girl asked if I wanted it "Mike's Way", not knowing what that was, I asked what that was. She actually rolled her eyes at me and explained it in a relatively annoyed and condescending tone. Yikes. So when I got to the front, I noticed the lady in front of me had a rewards card. I decided to ask the cashier when I got to her about it out of curiosity, and she looked at me as if I was an idiot for even thinking of bringing it up. In all, I didn't feel very welcomed by the crew there. The sandwich itself was good. I got a regular sized club sub and I thought the price was a little steep for what I got. That said, it was a fairly tasty sandwich. Taste wise I'd put it up above Subway, but the attitude and service (not to mention the price) really turned me off. There's several sandwich options in Yucaipa, and given my experience here, I'd be very reluctant to come back. read more

Missing items and items made incorrectly, yet they won't refund or re-deliver. Unacceptable. Watch out Yucaipa, because at this location if you use the app they will steal from you! I placed my order on the app, and when arriving to pick it up they had the bread wrong. Instead of remaking my giant sub, they just plopped it on the correct bread. I ordered and paid for extra bacon and avocado, but this giant sub only had 3 pieces of bacon on it total. I guess this unprofessional business believes they can charge you for items and not give them to you, because you use their app to save time. Most ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Took over 20 minutes to make two regular sized subs because they never wrote down our orders so they mixed up everyone's order who was in the restaurant. I had to repeat my order about 5 times and the young women working at the front put one of my sandwiches in someone's else's bag so she lost it. I ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich and the cook forgot to put chipotle in my sandwich. Employees are too young to be working without an older manager helping out. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. The girl slicing had the worst attitude I have ever seen. This was my second time here and I had some questions she about ripped my head off just cause of something I was unsure about. Food is always fresh and meat is always good quality and they cut it right in front of you. The veggies are great and I always get it "mikes way" they cook the bacon fresh every day. Place is pretty clean, sometimes you gotta wipe down the tables but that's fine. My favorite is the big Kahuna... My son and I get the managers special and it's plenty of food. I was there for training and a few of us decided to go out and find something different. Jersey Mikes offers up some amazing subs that satisfy ones appetite. Look for the local favorites as well.
