Chicken Shawarma Plate(with Tabbouleh and Tahini only)

The food here is pretty good. I usually get the Shakshuka dish, which is an appetizer, but it is enough to fill me up. They give 2 pieces of bread/naan and are fairly generous when asking for more. I will say that sometimes the egg is cooked differently, I have had the egg well done and sometimes a bit runny, but when ordering, you can't choose how you want them cooked. Overall, the food is great, and the person that I ordered with got the Chicken Shawarma plate and absolutely loved it. They give a pretty hefty portion of food and allow you to choose which sides to include. My friend recommended that people order the plate with only Tahini and Tabbouleh. I don't eat meat, but the plate looks delicious. A heads up, the restaurant is really nice, but it is self service. So you can order on a kiosk or at the register, but when food is prepared, they call out your number and you have to go grab it from the front. Nothing wrong with it, the cooks are super helpful when directing you to your plate and giving and extra sides that you want. Also, its right across the street from a great cafe called 967 Coffee, so you can get a great nightcap after dinner.

I am sad to report that I was underwhelmed by the food I had here. I ordered the mix kabob platter and the falafel patties. The food was flavorful and seasoned well but the meat was excessively dry. I don't know if it had sat on the fire grill for too long. I visited the adjoining market and picked up some fresh figs from the refrigerator case . I'm willing to give Jerusalem another try and hoping it was an off day.

Always reliable, with fresh, high-quality food and some of the best prices around. The meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, paired perfectly with fresh veggies and warm pita. The garlic sauce was rich and creamy without being overpowering, and every bite felt fresh. Portions were generous and left me full but still wanting just one more bite. Definitely a go-to spot for satisfying shawarma cravings!

I have been here a few times over as many years. Whenever I am in town, I try to stop into the grocery and restaurant. Large dining room, outside seating too. They are very nice with substitutions. Recently I ordered the veggie platter but do not care for the Tahiti salad so I subbed more of another. Next time, I am going to ask for less rice and more hummus or baba ganoush. Falafel, pita bread round it out. Plenty for 2 meals for me. The huge baklava selection is impressive and delicious. Freshly baked pita and plenty of dry or fresh goods available. I love the golden raisins, sesame bars, dried fava beans, etc. Plenty of parking in the strip mall.

Jerusalem bakery is just that! A bakery/store on one side and the grill on the other with screen baked goods as well. Open kitchen to view the food being made fresh. Lots of dining space. Very big location with an outdoor patio with lights. The staff is very pleasant with smiles. It feels like a family owned location. I had the pleasure to enjoy the chicken shawarma combo with the hummus. Although the shawarma was not what i was looking for it was very tasty! The hummus . It had oil on top and I loved every bit. I could have had another piece of the bread!

We walked in and was greeted by a dessert display that made our mouths water. There was plenty of seating, and it was very clean. We ordered the taste of Jerusalem- beautiful presentation with plenty of food for 3 adults to share. It was delicious!! We ordered our meal and picked up at the counter. The people who took our order were friendly and helpful. Definitely plan make this a place we visit often.

Love the beef shawarma! Served with fresh ingredients and taste delicious. Tried the traditional hummus and was not a huge fan the flavor of the olive oil on top was a no for me personally. I also got a side of fries that were served hot crispy and fresh. The service was good and the restaurant has plenty of seating indoors and out and it's attached to the store where they have plenty of goodies.

Came here with my church group around Saturday 7 PM, wasn't too crowded. However, that did not affect the length of time it took to prepare the food! They give you large quantities of food however, preparation of the food takes an extremely long time! I ordered a hummus with a side of cheese pie, and that took over 40 minutes! I had to remind them twice, and it still took forever !

We've been here 3-4 times now and it's always delicious. The servings are huge and the hummus and pita are out of this world. It is very clean and tables are roomy. I definitely recommend the chicken if you are a fan of shawarma. read more

Since discovering this spot a few months back we've had it delivered through Uber Eats several times and never been disappointed. This most recent time we split the Kufta Kabab Platter, Kufta Kabab sandwich (we didn't communicate well there) some hummus and baklava. Everything was five stars, though fair warning - the sandwich was a little spicier than expected. Give it a try! read more

Fast casual Middle Eastern diner with a grocery store connected to it. There is a bakery on site so if you're looking for fresh pita bread this is the place to go. Their baklava boxes are nicely designed and are a perfect gift. Most delicious here is their garlic sauce, will definitely keep those vampires away. read more

This place was just okay to me. The seating inside is huge and allows for plenty of social distancing to be done. I got the mixed chicken/beef shawarma plate and my friend got the lamb shank plate. My pieces of chicken were very lean and hardly any fat on it, but the beef had some tough bites and didn't seem to be cleaned very well. The beef also tasted kind of dry and old. My friends lamb shank serving was kind of small and it had a spicy kick to it. The spicy kick was odd because that is not a traditional middle eastern flavor for lamb. Huge quantities of delicious food. If you don't mind a fast food vibe for great food, this is the hook up. Don't confuse it with the place up the street called "Jerusalem Chef." Attached is an interesting import grocery store. I like all kinds of quality food, so this is a cool find. read more

I love locally owned restaurants and this seemed like a family establishment with excellent food and very friendly staff. I had the beef shawarma sandwich (which is more of a wrap). The portions were fantastic and I regret not grabbing a few desserts from their bakery as they all looked delicious. I will definitely stop in next time I'm in Roswell. read more

great mediterranean place! i was looking for some good halal food and decided to try this place out. was pleasantly surprised. their lamb shank platter is perfect. lamb shank always consistently soft and falls off the bone. comes with hummus and some salads that are always tasty and nice to balance out the meat. food is always consistently good and huge portion. service is also great. lady who seems to always take our order is very nice and has given us free drink once and extra food another time. quality of the food is great, oh and their lentil soup is also really great. everytime i eat i feel like they dont cut any corners with quality. sometimes with halal places food quality isnt always amazing, but here definitey not the case. and i like that its not too fancy or formal so easy to take out or eat often and quickly. glad this place opened and fairly close to where i live. would be cool if they were on doordash or uber eats but hopefully they will be soon :) read more

Came in from out of town, recommendation of a friend. Had the beef shawarma, and a side of falafel. Shawarma was the best I've had. You can taste each of the ingredients in every bite. Falafel was not over cooked. Left full and happy. read more

This is their third location, starting in Marietta and the location on Old Milton Pkwy near Kimball Bridge. Authentic felafel, shawarma and maybe the best hummus I've ever had. I love the grilled kafta kabob platter, with tabouli, hummus, baba ganoush and their freshly baked bread, served on yellow basmati rice. Order the felafel sandwich with pickled turnips and "mild spicy" unless you can handle it. It's big enough to feed two modest eaters. Add a bag of six pita loaves and extra hummus for later. They also back all the traditional sweets like baklava and bird's nests of sweetened shredded wheat filled with nuts and honey. read more

We just had the best mid-Eastern meal ever! I had the mix kabob platter and my wife had the falafel wrap. Everything was amazing! The platter contained two skewers - one beef kufta kabob and one spicy kufta chicken kabob, served with rice, amazing hummus, delicious baba ghanoush, tabbouleh salad, tahini salad, and freshly in-house baked pita bread. Incredible! The falafel was fresh, delicious and loaded with flavor! Delivery was prompt. We took home an assortment of baklava and can't wait to try it. Highly recommend!! read more

A generous Two Star review for location, atmosphere and staff. The food is a bit above cafeteria style and not good basic Middle East food. Falafel was dry, undersized, salads a bit of a mess. Spinach pies were about good. Jerusalem bakery is a better choice over the unhealthy fast foods all too prevalent today. The grocery attached to the restaurant is a fairly good place to find ME spices, yogurts and other stables. read more

Their lentil soup is the best I have had! We have tried been and chicken shawarma and both are great. I do like the beef shawarma better than the chicken, more flavorful. Hummus and tabbouleh salad also delicious! We drive over 1 hour to eat here more a few times and never disappointed. Don't forget to order extra pita bread, they make it fresh and it still warm when you get it. read more

The oatmeal raisin cookies are also a fave (and currently costs $3.50 each, but they're really big) although sometimes they put too many raisins in them and I have to pluck out a lot of them. I wish they would make chocolate chip oatmeal cookies without raisins because those would be divine! They're also friendly, and if what you want isn't displayed they will usually go to the back to check if they have more (depends on who's working the front though, because certain employees like to talk to each other instead of taking your order). I go there about once or twice a week and definitely recommend it; you'll like it.

Motorcyclists are customers too, and it's strange to single out an entire group of people who are simply looking for a place to eat and spend money like everyone else. Since I wasn't made to feel welcome, I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of restaurants that welcome all paying customers, regardless of what they drive or ride.

I treated myself to three Christmas sweaters, a jumbo whoopie pie (big as a bagel!) with Christmasy sprinkles, and a ginger cookie for Hubs. I nibbled on a Christmas sweater sugar cookie and it was nice and fresh. The whoopie pie was epic! Hubs cracked up watching trying to take a bite.
