I have ankle and some joint issues and in the past (not necessarily here), I have had people move my feet and ankles in position that are painful because they feel more comfortable if my feet are in a certain position. Then when I have to move it to be comfortable they get upset with me. What I love about Lisa is she is gentle. The manager and the person who did the manicure insisted that there was nothing that looked like black but what we can see in the pictures is that's not true. The manager was insisting that I pay for the service. I said they can take everything off and we'll call it a day. She said I still have to pay for the service and that would take even more time. I said I'm not gonna do that because now I have to pay for another salon to take this off. So she said fine just leave --there's the door. She chose a pretty red, and I went with a soft pink. My friend didn't get her feet scrubbed, and unfortunately, the pedicure didn't hold up--her polish rubbed off the tops of her toes after wearing heels that night. A letdown.
