The technician who did my treatment was very apologetic and checked in on me, which I appreciated, but that is where the positives end. I was told I would receive a refund and that any treatments to fix this would be comped, but I have not received a refund. They have also stopped checking in on me. I have called multiple times and emailed with no response, while still being charged the monthly fee. At this point, I have paid $1,352 to be left with burns and no resolution. The lack of follow through from management is unacceptable. I would not recommend coming here.

The woman at the front desk was very kind and luckily my nail tech was ready when I arrived. They have a beautiful room facing the street specifically designed for their nail salon. The Healthy Gel Manicure is meant to avoid any harsh chemicals and, instead, they use formulas that promote nail health with reduced amounts of chemicals. I was very surprised that my manicure lasted about three week. The color and shine was always there, so yes, this manicure is indeed long-lasting and chip-resistant, as advertised. My only complaint is that my nail tech left a bit more space between my cuticle and the nail polish. I understand that it is customary to leave a small gap, but comparing this manicure to previous manicures I've had, the gap was definitely bigger. Within one week, it looked like my manicure was much older, and after three weeks, my nails were long overdue for a manicure. I wasn't expecting a Russian manicure, where the nail polish gets closer to the cuticle, but please don't leave so much spacing.

Still the best Nail Technician around as far as I'm concerned!! Tried them all at one point or another but will always go back to Donna. It is that one on one care and professionalism that does it. She is always caring, professional and available if at all possible, sooo very important to Me as I travel extensively and need to have my nails taken care of asap, she always comes thru. Also I find that her polish application lasts the longest which is a BIG plus as I am on the road for 3-4 weeks at a time and need to have that peace of mind.
